I have never seen any company using such misleading tricks to befool customers like mobikwik. I mean how much more deceiving con-tricks could they use in their supercash usage terms.

In a nutshell - if you have 100 rs as supercash - you will need to spend atleast 4500 rs, spread over 45 transactions, within next 2 months, without using any coupon, just to use 90 rs out of this 100 rs supercash

How?
In every transaction of minimum 100 rs, you can use only 5% of it for recharge/bill payment (10% in case of other transactions)
So, in 1st transaction - you will use 5 rs
In 2nd transaction - you will use 4.75 rs.in 3rd - 4.5 rs... And so on.

If you calculate it - you will find that, even if you want to use 90 rs of your rs 100 supercash
- you need 45 transaction, each of minimum 100 rs
- within next 2 month
- you can't use any more coupon on these 45 transaction

Thats the misleading trick you are being played with.
And look it their shiny* faqs. You can clearly see that they dont want you to get even a hint of how you are being duped!

Yes No ratings as the supers cash trick is just a gimmik. You can not use it so beware and trust the Paytm app more on cash back scheme. Now they have limited the transaction with one merchant once per month .Now it is very hard to use your cash back.
I m sure moBikwik itself can not suggest the way how a normal consumer spend super cash.

    With the ref. Of order id [protected] by irctc i got 365 but in my wallet it reflect 353! Without my permissio you transfer my cash into supercash! Who's you have right to convert my money into suppercash! I want my full money 365 into bank account if mobikwick failure to do then i will file the legal action against mobikwick wallet.     Yes they have done to me also ..for shopclues order i had paid 2016 rs to mobikwik and just after 10 mins i have cancelled the order for some reason and shopclues sent full 2016 amt to my mobikwik wallet and these mobikwik frauds change it to 1930 and remaining they have given in super cash ..what the hell it is ?

      They frequently change tnc of cashback to supercash without informing customers. First they allow 10% per txn, then it was for rs 100 above, then it was 5%, then if promocode apply no supercash will be deducted, then supercash now not allowed to adjust against irctc, bookmyshow, petrol transaction. So they want to make fraud of supercash by hook or crook don't adjust supercash

        Since last few times i have tried to make payment of more than 100/- rs but mobikwik does not allow us to use my supercash. I have also raised the concern with support team but they are not responding to me proper way.

        After providing all the necessary screenshots they are saying that please update your mobile application.

        In my wallet have 10000 rupees, but my wallet is has been disable bby mobikwik, and i many time sent my documents by mail but still i am facing the same.

        no response of any mail or phone calles
        I'm facing similar problem. I tried buying items from Myntra and pay using Mobikwik. When i completed the transaction it is not recognising any SuperCash that is available in my wallet.
        On raising query they are just misguiding by ambiguous answers.

          My Mobikwik wallet is blocked for about 45 days now. I've written so many emails to [protected]@mobikwik.com but they don't seem to pay any attention to it. They are not even transferring my money back in my bank account.

          After huge back and forth over the emails (that too they reply after 2-5 days), first they asked for my documents and then so many more details. I've shared allthe details with them however they are not working on my concern.

          I am now concerned about my money as I have 9000+ in my account.

          Latest update - they said I've received 10k from someone and now they want me to force him to send his documents else they will not unblock my account.

          Request you to please look into this matter and escalate this to wherever applicable and help me in getting my money back.

          I'll be highly thankful to you.

          Can someone please provide me a customer service number for mobikwik where I can talk to a human. Their email - [protected]@mobikwik.com is a canned response mailbox that always sends out the same reply and if they reply - they do not read our question/concern but keep on asking for the information that they need.
          My Vodafone postpaid bill payment mobikwick transfer to someone else Airtel postpaid bill. And from last 6 days they just communicate by helpline chat not any mail or call from them.its just a irresponsible work by them. don't go with type of site for any important transaction.
          Sir, from my account rupees 49 has been wrong recharge of mobile number [protected] . Kindly I request you to that refund my money my mobile number [protected].

            I sarwan lal ([protected]) trying to recharge my BSNL mobile since last 1 week and trying to do it.
            I have tried 20-25 times but all the mimes it is unsuccessful and amount is refunded.
            I have complaint so many times but no one has responding my ticket number is (#6601999, #6598728)
            Now my money is in my Mobikwik wallet and it is not usable since i am not able to recharge and your team in not answering also.

              I have paid an amount of rs. 337 on 24/05/2017 but no supercash was used for that transaction. Transaction id: 75935978. Order #
              75935978. Why 10% supercash was not used? Clarify my transaction details. Mobikwik please close your service you are cheater. Cashback with mobikwik comes into supercash account and this is a worthless money trap. You can use only 10% of cashback money in next transaction, and you can't keep money there for more than 45 days.

                      This mobikwik has started a new kind of scheme in the name of supercash. This supercash amount has so many thanks&c that people don't know and even if they know they cannot use. Because for every transaction you get cash back in the name supercash and it is seperate from regular wallet balance and according to t&c of mobikwik this supercash amount will be used only 10% of total supercash in every transaction. But again this has many t&c that minimum amount of transaction must be done to use this supercash. Even if we follow those t&c this supercash is not been used as this mobikwik is cheating on people directly. Today on 4 the of june i did a transaction on bigbasket with transaction amount of 1500 and according to t&c the supercash amount will be used if you do transaction of more than 1400 on bigbasket. But this has not done and so i did raise this issue on twitter and then i got a call and then they are saying that t&c will be changed in future. I have audio recording of this mobikwik even. Please resolve this issue asap

                        There three issues which occurred as below from mobikwik app service provider
                        1. I did recharge on a vodafone number of rs 259. Twice amount deducted for the same recharge.
                        2. As per the supercash benefits, there should be less deduction from main wallet, but every time, the full amount is deducted. I have lost full amount on recharge.
                        I. I recharged with 125
                        Ii. I recharged with rs 259, total payable amount was 221, but wallet lost 259 twice
                        3. I complained through app, still no response.
                        With all it is felt that if the amount is not recovered, it raises a question of fraud and cheating to the customer in the name of supercash.

                          सर मैने mobikwik wallet मै से 620 रुपये जो की मैंने गलती से 23 मई 17 को [protected] पर transfar कर दिए थे सर मैने mobikwik care से बात करने की कोशिस की लेकिन care नंबर out of service बता रहा है उसके बाद मैंने Twitter के जरिये कॉन्टेक्ट किया और मुझे बताया गया की आपका पूरा balance wallet मै ही है मैने balance को वापस wallet में transfer के लिए बहुत बार twitter के जरिये बताया लेकिन अब भी wallet मै पैसे transfer नहीं कर रहे है और न ही कोई उपाय बता रहे है जिससे मै इन पैसों को use कर सकूँ सर mobikwik costumer care No भी नहीं लगता है दो बार ये लोग call करके भी आये थे लेकिन कोई हल नहीं निकाला अब twitter पर भी reply nahi de rahe hai सर इन रुपयों को वापस wallet मै चाहता हूँ ताकि मैं use कर सकूँ ।

                            The tickets were booked from pune to banglore, but at the last moment the bus operator cancelled the bus, so they assured us that we will refund the amount within 1 week. Till then we are not able to contact the mobikwik customer care numbers. They are all frawd amd their is no working number available. I am further going to complain in consumer court

                                Dear sir,

                                I have complained in this forum for another transaction related with mobikwik and spice jet wherein few minutes of complaint, a person name rahul called from mobikwik with a phone number [protected] and introduced himself as customer executive for mobikwik and enquired about the transaction and got the credit card number. With in a few seconds transaction to the amount of 4788 was deducted. This transaction also not appeared i mobikwik.
                                Kindly help in this regard to get the refund back.

                                  I have been raising multiple concerns through tickets with the mobikwik wallet from over 2 months. Nobody has bothered to reply to my questions. They claim a higher amount of cash backs and discounts while the customer doesn't receive the same after the transaction. The balance in the account automatically vanishes.

                                  For instance, today in the morning i had 30 rupees in the wallet but now it reflects 0.

                                  They cheat the customers by sending and displaying half information.

                                      I invite my friend dinesh kale last night to install the mobikwik app and then add 30 rupees to his wallet. As per your conditions offer sender get 80 rupees to his wallet and app installer get 40 rupees. But not credited to me or my friend wallet. So i complaint you to credit my benifit to my wallet. So i request you sir to provide us best service as fast as possible. Then i request to my other friends to install mobikwik and use it overtime.

                                        On 31st may, 2017 i made a payment of rs. 484/ — towards a payment to sastasundar merchant for purchasing medicines.
                                        But due to some reasons i had to cancel the order, and naturally now
                                        I want that money back to my mobikwik wallet.
                                        Please take the matter seriously and arrange to settle the issue.
