    I have complaint ticket no.-6633302 on dated 8'june'2017, not solve and reply till date 19/06/2017.
    My mistake to rechage by mobikwik, i will never recharge in future if no solve and refund my complaint.

      I have made a transfer to a bank account but i have submitted the ifsc code wrong. So by this the transaction must get failed and the money should get back to the wallet but i have not received the money back. The company does not have any coustomer support. I want my money back.       I have also registered a complaint ticket in the mobikwik application but the complaint​ is not yet responded by the company. I have used money transfer facility from paytm and the company resolved every problem and get it solved quickly but this time i used this mobikwik and the company charges a lot of money to transfer the money and are not resolving my problem.

        Dear sir/mam, i m user of mobikwik.2 days before i had recharged worth rs. Of 48/ on my telenor number [protected] but i didnt get recharge amount or refund for this.         I am not able to use my super cash at petrol pumps and amul outlets even if I transact more than 100 INR, I am facing this problem since 1st June.
        Every time money gets deducted from main balance.
        Mobikwik you are a big cheater and lure customers with your fake schemes.

          Hi,

          I had paid my mseb electricity bill of rs. 1220 using mobikwik. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but on the mseb website, it still shows the amount as pending even after 5 working days.

          I have raised a ticket on the mobikwik site, but i have received no response. There is no response at the customer care number as well.
          Furthermore, nothing happens when i click on the invoice to check my payment details.

          Please help.

              I have done 3 transactions on 8th and 9th june. Previously i was getting 10% of the supercash as a discount while doing payment for any transactions. But since last 2 days i am not getting 10% discount.

              Then what is the use of supercash? So please try to resolve this issue.

                  I have used mobikwik payment gateway for purchasing prdoducts from other online shopping site.. Once those products got returned my money came to mobikwik wallet but now when i am trying to send my money from mobikwik wallet to my bank a/c they are charging money for it... Why i ll pay charges for my own money... I have created several tickets, sent email still no one bothers to reply even... They # dont have any dedicated customer care number or website... I dont know how to get my own money

                    I have been using mobikwik wallet for ore than couple of years.
                    Now they have started new offer called as 'supercash'.
                    For first two months (April, may) they have allowed to use supercash (Which is 10%) in a single transaction.
                    But now w. E. F june 2017 they have closed the usage of supercash at amul outlet and petrol pumps.
                    Guys this mobikwik is a big fraud company. First they have lured us by giving big (100% cashback even) cashback offers and now they do not allowe to use it anywhere.
                    If you want still your reputation in market, mobikwik please stop this non-sense.

                        Mobikwik, is cheating customers with fake promises of cashback which they are stating as supercash and allowing only 10% of available wallet balance to be utilized on single transaction unlike other organizations like paytm etc.

                        Even that 10% not given during transaction at 1mg medicine gateway. Relevant screenshots given for previous transaction of amount less than 1400 wherein supercash got adjusted earlier unlike the version they are saying,

                        Now saying that minimum order value to be eligible for cashback at 1mg is 1400 which they didn't mention earlier. But that is also not being kept.

                        On june 3, 2017 i happened to successfully place an order in 1mg via payment gateway razorpay vide payment id: pay_7ywkhq2ldq9vblthe order value is ₹1523.34 well above your self defined new limit of ₹1400.

                        Still no supercash got adjusted. Only ₹12.95 which was in the wallet got deducted. Such cheaters you are.

                        Mobikwik management is also in loop. I wonder if they ever check their emails or is this a plan orchestrated and articulated with their cognizance to lure in customers with fake promises and dupe them on regular basis.

                        It is utter shameful and breach of trust and relationships if ever there was one.

                        I am looking for your kind intervention.

                          I did a recharge for my aircel no [protected] for 498. During recharge in mobikwik, i entered my mobile number and it auto selects my network as airtel instead of aircel and i didn't noticed that. The recharge done and they took money 498 for wrong network, still i didn't got that money back to my wallet and how come they charge for a mobile number with wrong network selection. That recharge is un successful right?

                          My mobile number is aircel, how come the airtel deduct money for recharge. I hope airtel not loot money for a mobile number which is not their network number. I need resolution soon. Almost 17days, i waited for resolution, still no resolution came. The number i recharged is correct one, but with wrong network (This issue happened by mobikwik, because i trusted and go ahead with the recharge, i never thought it takes my number as airtel instead of aircel)

                          Either money is looted by mobikwik or airtel.

                          I tried contacting the customer care number of mobikwik and no number is there to talk with customer care persons.

                            I have never seen any company using such misleading tricks to befool customers like mobikwik. I mean how much more deceiving con-tricks could they use in their supercash usage terms.

                            In a nutshell - if you have 100 rs as supercash - you will need to spend atleast 4500 rs, spread over 45 transactions, within next 2 months, without using any coupon, just to use 90 rs out of this 100 rs supercash

                            How?
                            In every transaction of minimum 100 rs, you can use only 5% of it for recharge/bill payment (10% in case of other transactions)
                            So, in 1st transaction - you will use 5 rs
                            In 2nd transaction - you will use 4.75 rs.in 3rd - 4.5 rs... And so on.

                            If you calculate it - you will find that, even if you want to use 90 rs of your rs 100 supercash
                            - you need 45 transaction, each of minimum 100 rs
                            - within next 2 month
                            - you can't use any more coupon on these 45 transaction

                            Thats the misleading trick you are being played with.
                            And look it their shiny* faqs. You can clearly see that they dont want you to get even a hint of how you are being duped!

                            Yes No ratings as the supers cash trick is just a gimmik. You can not use it so beware and trust the Paytm app more on cash back scheme. Now they have limited the transaction with one merchant once per month .Now it is very hard to use your cash back.
                            I m sure moBikwik itself can not suggest the way how a normal consumer spend super cash.

                              Yes they have done to me also ..for shopclues order i had paid 2016 rs to mobikwik and just after 10 mins i have cancelled the order for some reason and shopclues sent full 2016 amt to my mobikwik wallet and these mobikwik frauds change it to 1930 and remaining they have given in super cash ..what the hell it is ?

                                They frequently change tnc of cashback to supercash without informing customers. First they allow 10% per txn, then it was for rs 100 above, then it was 5%, then if promocode apply no supercash will be deducted, then supercash now not allowed to adjust against irctc, bookmyshow, petrol transaction. So they want to make fraud of supercash by hook or crook don't adjust supercash

                                    My Mobikwik wallet is blocked for about 45 days now. I've written so many emails to [protected]@mobikwik.com but they don't seem to pay any attention to it. They are not even transferring my money back in my bank account.

                                    After huge back and forth over the emails (that too they reply after 2-5 days), first they asked for my documents and then so many more details. I've shared allthe details with them however they are not working on my concern.

                                    I am now concerned about my money as I have 9000+ in my account.

                                    Latest update - they said I've received 10k from someone and now they want me to force him to send his documents else they will not unblock my account.

                                    Request you to please look into this matter and escalate this to wherever applicable and help me in getting my money back.

                                    Can someone please provide me a customer service number for mobikwik where I can talk to a human. Their email - [protected]@mobikwik.com is a canned response mailbox that always sends out the same reply and if they reply - they do not read our question/concern but keep on asking for the information that they need.
                                    My Vodafone postpaid bill payment mobikwick transfer to someone else Airtel postpaid bill. And from last 6 days they just communicate by helpline chat not any mail or call from them.its just a irresponsible work by them. don't go with type of site for any important transaction.

                                        I have paid an amount of rs. 337 on 24/05/2017 but no supercash was used for that transaction. Transaction id: 75935978. Order #
                                        75935978. Why 10% supercash was not used? Clarify my transaction details. Mobikwik please close your service you are cheater. Cashback with mobikwik comes into supercash account and this is a worthless money trap. You can use only 10% of cashback money in next transaction, and you can't keep money there for more than 45 days.
                                        Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        After 3 wrong password account not login and after password reset same problem. my wallet have 2900 something, allow me to login so that i can use my money or send my money to my bank account or send wallet balance to this no wallet [protected].
