      I was paying rs 1107/- in yatra.com via mobikwik wallet the money got cut but the transaction failed... I contacted customer care they nly replied once that wil get money withing 7 days but it has been 2 months till now but didnt get my money... They are even not respoinding to mail or anything my name is bhavik madlani and registerd mobile number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com... This is 2nd time it happened they are cheat and blocks our money and dosent give back... Give my money back

        I have added rs 15000 from my credit card to mobikwik wallet. On 09/05/2017.
        After some time i tried to transfer rs 5000 back to my account by using transfer to bank link but every time it could not be completed.in every attempt it showed different messages. I decided to logout and re login to do the same, but as i logged out and tried back to login now it is not allowing me to login by giving message otp has been sent max no of times. Before login i tried to contact mobikwik but neither there is any contact no. Nor email id. I raised my issue by going in help section. After login i again tried to raise issue that i could not be able to login but now website is saying that ticket can t be raised till next 12 hrs from same user.
        Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I booked the bus ticket for shirdi to pune form neeta tours and travels than i cancelled it again within 12 hrs and as per the policy terms mentioned in the site, you have to refund me the full amount

        There was a double transaction of Rs. 1582 in mobikwik wallet on[protected], when I was transacting on Swiggy. I put in a request to refund the money into my account but till date, it has not been refunded. There is no response from mobikwik customer care either despite my repeated follow up.

          My friend tried to transfer 7700 rs to my MobiKwik account and it went to another account due ro an error in typing what can i do to get the money back ? Ive raised a complaint with ticket no. 6487440

          As it shows the wrong mobile number is not registered with MobiKwik only in which case the transaction should not have happened in the first place .
          I tried calling the no. But its not reachable.

            Hi,
            I've booked a bus ticket from hyderabad to bangalore dated[protected], with bus type as volvo multiaxle (2 2), operator name as : jabbar travels and m-ticket pnr qeb7885 and departure timing at 23:30 from aramghar circle. Lately, i had got a message saying the bus is cancelled but still my money is not refunded.
            I've even created a ticket to your customer service on the mobikwik app to know the status but there is no progress. If you cannot provide service and solve our issues, then what is the need of running such big business. Since, its been more than a week and no respond from you people, i'm so frustrated. Hope, you would refund my money as earliest.

              Hello, on 2nd may i recharged my number with rs.399. The transaction was not successful but the amount has been debited from my bank account. When i made a complaint, mobikwik customer told me that the money would be refunded to my account. But still i haven't received my money. Please help me. It's been now one week but there is no sign of my money. What are they doing?

                Recharged my mobikwik wallet for internet banking with 1000 rs but no balance showing up in my mobikwik account.. Ticket no...#6482513
                There is no reply from their side even after repeated messages
                The worst part is they cant be contacted via live messaging.
                Paytm is much better.
                I simply have no clue what is wrong since there has been no assistance from mobikwik sites.
                Please do not make me regret my decision and make me quit the app. This was my first recharge. Lol
                I hope mobikwik will respond soon

                  I booked two bus tickets from kanpur to varanasi by using the same account on 30 april. The bus was canceled and hence i contacted for refund and create ticket for complant.. Mobikwik hasn't processed my refund till yet. The pnr number for the tickets are xvns[protected] & xvns[protected]. One ticket was worth rs. 886. So refund for 2 tickets was of rs 1772.

                    I have added an amount of rs 1050 to the wallet and got the confirmation mail for the as well. When i checked the money in the wallet, it is showing zero balance. Transaction id for the above transaction is 54ec1de64eb40. Kindly help me in getting back my money either to my bank account or my mobikwik wallet. I have also raised a ticket to resolve the issue, but did not get any response from mobikwik team. Ticket no is # 646904.

                      On 4th may 2017 i tried to add rs 540 in my mobikwik wallet (With no.- [protected]) and it got failed.
                      Then i tried it once again and again it got failed. But after an hour rs 540 was added to my wallet but when i checked my bank account statement rs 540 was debited twice that sums up to rs 1080 but i only got 540 in my wallet. It's been more than 2 days and yet they are'nt responding..

                        After 7 days also i haven't received payment confirmation from mseb.
                        I also raised ticket on mobikwik site but i haven't received any reply yet.

                              Dear sir/mam, I have made a shopping on justdial through my internet banking of OBC bank but due to insufficient balance in my mobikwik wallet i chose to add money to mobikwik wallet of amount Rs 900/- through justdial website but after entering mobikwik OTP money debited from my account but not updated in my wallet with an error of some technical problem on 13/04/2017 around 3.00pm .That amount of 900 rupees shown as (+900) in red colour in new issue section of help...but not in my wallet history .My registered mobile no is [protected].                               I have made a complaint against mobikwik to refund my 900 rs that was not updated in my wallet After posting my complaint I have received two calls [protected], [protected] claiming mobikwik customer support asked to share my atm card details as well as one time password promising me to refund my value..but after completing the procedure they cheated me and debited even the remaining balance in my obc account that was 3000/- rs so I was shocked of all about this...till now neither I have received 900/- nor 3000/- rs ...now what should I do where is my 3900/- please help me to refund me it all back.
                              I have tried to add Rs 1500 in mobikwik wallet. amount has been deducted from my acount but not added in to mobikwik wallet.                                   I was trying to recharge my mobile number - [protected] for Rs. 1030 wherein I was using Rs.240 from the payback points that i redeemed in the wallet and rest of the amount i added using my debit card for Rs. 790.

                                  Amount got deducted from bank account, received sms for the same but the mobikwik wallet still shows 240 as the available balance.

                                  Kindly take immediate action for this inconvenience caused.
