I had transferred rs 509 for Bsnl landline bill payment to my mobikwik wallet [protected] but found that mobikwik does not have Bsnl bill payment hence want to transfer back the amount to the same bank but mobikwik is not allowing to transfer back the full amount please do the transfer back to bank account immediately as I have to pay the Bsnl landline bill.

I have a mobikwik account [protected] from which I wanted to reverse my wallet balance to bank since I was not able to pay my landline bill s raised a complaint on this site since full transfer was not allowed and immediately I got a call from [protected] who said it's mobikwik customer care and they would do the reversal and took my pin but only after an hour my mobikwik account showed that they had recharged two airtel numbers using my wallet balance will mobikwik bring such fraudsters to book and retrieve the amount swindled?

Also they made me to go to a fraud website rbiauthorization.com where I wasade to enter bank details will rbi and other agencies act and put these fraudsters who operate such sites in jail...

I added Rs.550 on 06th may 2017 (transaction number: IINB[protected]). But till now not credited to my wallet. I already filed a ticket with MobiKwik on 06th may 2017 ( ticke #6476046 ). But I didn't received any response from MobiKwik. Please credit my money back to my account or my wallet.. I'm facing several problems with MobiKwik.
I just reserved my bus ticket from buldana to pune having PNR. 8TRTA4N. I have complaint about cashback not received in mobikwik acct. By using promo code SUNNY200 .
I did recharge my phone no [protected] Rs 38 amount debited from bank but not recharged
When i am logging into my Mobikwik account it shows User is Disabled. I have balance in my account.

      Greetings.
      I tried booking a hotel room from oyo via mobikwick wallet. The room was not booked but i got a prompt from mobiwick that money has been deducted from my wallet. I contacted them via help section immediately. After 5 days i got a reply and they said the money has been paid to oyo (Which is absolute false claim by mobikwick). Then i asked mobikwick for the exact account no of oyo rooms where the money was transferred so that i can raise a ticket with them. Since that day mobikwick is not even bothered to reply to my requests. This happened on may 25th 2015, i keep on sending them request, but mobikwick is not helping me. Worst part is that don't have a customer care number. The only way which is left for communication is via app. And as unprofessional beings, mobikwick doesn't reply.
      The amount which was deducted is rs. 1695
      Ticket no given by mobikwik is 6435402.

        Mobikwik customer care is the very bad customer care. No way to talk with them for our problems. If any failure in our transaction, our amount will be locked in wallet. we can't get that amount to our bank account. If you want your money to bank account you have to raise a ticket for your problem. But the mail will come on next day..very idiotic customer care in this world. So if you want to do the last minute bill payments don't choose mobikwik... Many wallet operating companies having the same lack of immediate customer care support...

            I have paid april month electricity bill on april 14th 2017, today i logged in to check to pay may month electricity bill for id : [protected], and it displayed same april bill again actually it should not display once i have paid.

            Now i have paid 889 bill amount twice once on april 14th and now may 12th again i have paid, please refund my amount asap or deduct in may month bill

            support had called and he is asking for debit card details and OTP to verify, i dont understand what kind of verification that is, very nuch disappointed with Mobikwik, Just refund my 889/- for the April month Electricity bill, i have paid twice, once on April 14th and once on March 12th. Please refud my 889/- to my wallet.

            I need response asap, Mobikwik team.

              It's been one and a half month since I tried to recharge a jio number for rs99, but that recharge failed and I haven't received my refund. I tried to post complaints on their app but they resolved the issue without any refund. There is no proper response from them. They are cheaters and frauds. They don't even provide a valid phone number so that anyone could contact them. Frustrated!

                On 4 Apr 2017, I tried to book a bus ticket which cost Rs. 650. So I added Rs. 621 to mobikwik wallet & along with the Supercash, Rs.25.91 my Payment is done. After it showed "Contacting bus operator" and then I suddenly got "Oops something went wrong". For this case I got no ticket, no money back or no Supercash. Even I didn't received the ticket confirmation.
                So I tried for 2nd attempt, I booked ticket for Rs.500 which is successful and I got ticket for this.
                After this I contacted them in help & support. It's been one week, still there is no response

                      This is Mohd. Asifuddin opened Mobikwik Account and credited amount of Rs.20, 000/- to wallet.when I logged in to make payment at eZone my user id is disabled.
                      I have sent all the required documents to [protected]@mobikwik.com but neither they are replying nor they have enabled my user id.
                      Neither they are providing a Toll-Free Number to contact nor they are calling me.
                      I am very much worried about this to whom I have to contact for my money Rs.20, 000/-which is blocked in my wallet since 06/05/2017.

                                I was paying rs 1107/- in yatra.com via mobikwik wallet the money got cut but the transaction failed... I contacted customer care they nly replied once that wil get money withing 7 days but it has been 2 months till now but didnt get my money... They are even not respoinding to mail or anything my name is bhavik madlani and registerd mobile number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com... This is 2nd time it happened they are cheat and blocks our money and dosent give back... Give my money back

                                  I have added rs 15000 from my credit card to mobikwik wallet. On 09/05/2017.
                                  After some time i tried to transfer rs 5000 back to my account by using transfer to bank link but every time it could not be completed.in every attempt it showed different messages. I decided to logout and re login to do the same, but as i logged out and tried back to login now it is not allowing me to login by giving message otp has been sent max no of times. Before login i tried to contact mobikwik but neither there is any contact no. Nor email id. I raised my issue by going in help section. After login i again tried to raise issue that i could not be able to login but now website is saying that ticket can t be raised till next 12 hrs from same user.
                                  Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I booked the bus ticket for shirdi to pune form neeta tours and travels than i cancelled it again within 12 hrs and as per the policy terms mentioned in the site, you have to refund me the full amount
                                  There was a double transaction of Rs. 1582 in mobikwik wallet on[protected], when I was transacting on Swiggy. I put in a request to refund the money into my account but till date, it has not been refunded. There is no response from mobikwik customer care either despite my repeated follow up.

                                    My friend tried to transfer 7700 rs to my MobiKwik account and it went to another account due ro an error in typing what can i do to get the money back ? Ive raised a complaint with ticket no. 6487440

                                      I've booked a bus ticket from hyderabad to bangalore dated[protected], with bus type as volvo multiaxle (2 2), operator name as : jabbar travels and m-ticket pnr qeb7885 and departure timing at 23:30 from aramghar circle. Lately, i had got a message saying the bus is cancelled but still my money is not refunded.
                                      I've even created a ticket to your customer service on the mobikwik app to know the status but there is no progress. If you cannot provide service and solve our issues, then what is the need of running such big business. Since, its been more than a week and no respond from you people, i'm so frustrated. Hope, you would refund my money as earliest.

                                      Coupon mention it a cash back but they give me supercash. From supercash we can use only 5% amount. This company making fraud coupon statement.
                                      I used this coupon only because of cashback.

                                        Hello, on 2nd may i recharged my number with rs.399. The transaction was not successful but the amount has been debited from my bank account. When i made a complaint, mobikwik customer told me that the money would be refunded to my account. But still i haven't received my money. Please help me. It's been now one week but there is no sign of my money. What are they doing?

                                        Sir i am rashid khan and my mobikwick registered mobile no. is [protected] and sir i add first time ten rupees but the money did not come in my wallet and deducted my account then after some time suddenly ten rupees also deducted from my account plz sir refund money in my wallet
