I had done the recharge of jio 303 on 06 April 17 but still waiting for the recharge, mobikwik deducted money from the account but recharge not done, for this issue I have raised the ticket two times but no response from mobikwik. There must be customer care no. for quick resolution of query and if you raise the tickets than you have to wait for 2 day for query resolution... Worst customer support, I have ever seen, if will not get reply from mobikwik than I will complain in consumer forum. I have gone through the user reviews and all of them faced too many forgery issue, so suggest all the users to uninstall the app and save their money. SAME ISSUE I WILL SHARE ON FACEBOOK AND MADE AWARE ALL OF THEM, AND SUGGEST THAT DO NOT USE THIS WORST APP.
