Hi..

I am deepak, i try to book ticket irctc app and payment 1000 throgh mobikiwi but mobikwik deducted 1000.00 rupee and ticket is not book, i give complaint regarding same but mobikwik did not provided resolution.

Moreover mobikwik don't have any active customer care, isn't it violation of rules of rbi.

    I have recharged my airtel postpaid bill for 520.55 through mobikwik but it isn't reflecting into my account. I have raised this with mobikwik but there was no response. The complaint number is # 6226657.
    This i have raised on march 31st and still i see there is no response.

      I am facing serious problems with mobikwik.
      In 2 purchase from firstcry i didn't got cashback.
      In making recharge to jio my wallet balance of around rs. 5 was used and rest rs. 94/- was deducted from account. Transaction failed, i got no refund.
      In another purchase from firstcry i should have got cashback of 10% or rs. 100. I got nothing.
      There have been several cases and continous problems, but i cannot even raise complaint as 2 earlier complaints are pending since long time.
      I am left with no option but to take legal action against mobikwik. And sue mobikwik in hon'ble district forum.
      Regular cheating, fraud and mischief. Where i cannot even raise issue.

        Hi..

        I am pankaj, I try to recharge my Reliance Jio no. [protected] but mobikwik deducted 402.00 rupee and recharge is not confirmed, I give complaint regarding same but after 3 days, mobikwik did not provided resolution.

        Moreover mobikwik don't have any active customer care, isn't it violation of rules of RBI.

        I have recharged my mobile in mobiwik on Mar 30. in Mobiwik it shows recharge is done but mobile is not recharged. here is the Transaction Id: RJ[protected] for the Recharge. Mobiwik not providing any customer support number for the contact.
        Seq number[protected] which is sent but bank alert message, money debited before 1 week but not yet added to wallet, cant able to contact customer care also, very poor service from you.

          I recharge my jio number [protected] with amount of 402 Rs but still its not done although balance from my debit card has been deducted.
          Now there is no response from your
          and the customer care no. is the biggest joke you have created
          Its been almost a hour getting hold by your side on the call and no one attending the call
          Either return my money or recharge my jio number immediately
          First and will be the last Worst experience with Mobikwik

          Tomorrow after all of the effort i got an email that sorry your jio recharge of 402 has failed and the amount has credited in your mobikwik wallet
          Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          My jio prime recharge not happened on my number but amount deducted from my icici bank account. Neither it is reflected in mobikwik wallet so where my money gone. I Just want to money refunded in my account as soon as possible. Otherwise other legal action can be taken accordingly.

            Hello, i had made a recharge of rs 303 for my jio no. 07th april from mobikwik now the problum is that the money i. E. Rs 303 as drducted but the recharge is not done, i have tried writing other complaints to the companey

            I have tranfered my mobikwik account balance RS 910 to my bank account... it is not yet credited to my bank account plzz solve my issue... my mobikwik mobile number is [protected]

            During the add money the amount is deducted from the my bank account but not added in my mobikwik wallet . Please resolve this issue immediately. This type of problem is many users faces so update your system for continuing for service.

              Hello,
              i had made a recharge of rs. 402 for my jio number on 7th April from Mobikwik. Now the problem is that the money i.e. rs 402 is deducted but the recharge is not done. I have tried writing other complaints to the company but there were no reply even after 24 hours. Plz refund my money because I can't avail that offer now.

              Invoice number MP[protected] paid to bsnl for landline payment on 12 March 2017 still has not been transferred to bsnl and my landline connection has been disconnected since then . Please make sure that it is either refunded back or paid to bsnl at the earliest or I will sue you for harassment

                I have made my recharge for bsnl.. but it doesn't happen and the refunded money gone to only their wallet. Now they are saying you need to add more money for recharge as they need a minimum balance. and I can't transfer it to my bank account

                They are having a very crooked way of extracting money against norms. They produce baits and shows some technical difficulty to get more money.

                      I had done the recharge of jio 303 on 06 April 17 but still waiting for the recharge, mobikwik deducted money from the account but recharge not done, for this issue I have raised the ticket two times but no response from mobikwik. There must be customer care no. for quick resolution of query and if you raise the tickets than you have to wait for 2 day for query resolution... Worst customer support, I have ever seen, if will not get reply from mobikwik than I will complain in consumer forum. I have gone through the user reviews and all of them faced too many forgery issue, so suggest all the users to uninstall the app and save their money. SAME ISSUE I WILL SHARE ON FACEBOOK AND MADE AWARE ALL OF THEM, AND SUGGEST THAT DO NOT USE THIS WORST APP.

                        I had done a recharge of ₹402/- on my mobile number [protected] with my SBI debit card on mobikwik. money has been deducted from my bank account but recharge is not yet done I have been told that my issue would be solved in 48hrs it's been 3rd days today not my recharge nor my refund has been arrived yet .had written many complaints to them on their app but tgey didnt respose even yet transaction number is RJ[protected]

                          Hello I have transferred the funds from my mobikwik wallet on Wednesday Rs.6400 I have the confirmation and amount has been deducted, but the amount has not been transferred to my friends mobikwik wallet.its very embarrassing from mobikwik I need that money to be refund to me or to transfer to my friends...it was given for medical expenses please I need any kind reply or response from mobikwik peoples..i have been contacting to there customer service but all numbers are switch off or not responding.Kindly do the needful.

                            I have recharged my and my family's jio number through mobikwik but only 2 of them are successfully recharged. And remaing two did not get any recharge
                            And i compliant in app too but did not get recharge or refund. Such poor customer support mobikwik have. I am giving my recharge details below hoping positive response from mobikwik or else i will take some legal action on this.

                              The transaction went through Mobikwik payment gateway but the order did not get placed in pizza hut on Feb 26 2017. I raised a ticket for same on March 06th 2017. However they did not resolve the issue and have closed the ticket. You can find the details of the transaction in the attached screenshot.

                              I even did not receive a call from their end. No one picks up call in their office.

                                      I have done my payment through mobikwik of Rs 450
                                      I received a mess that payment successful (attached is the screenshot for your reference) however there is no deduction was done from my vodafone bill account.
                                      I called on vodafone customer care they said there is no recharge done on this [protected] account.
                                      How is it possible.
                                      Mobikwik is just fake & fraud.
                                      They are doing fraudulent activities & making fool of customer

                                        Hi i have recharged my jio no [protected] on 7/4/2017 by offer of 303 and get 53 cash back but my phone no yet not have been recharged and in my mobikiwik account they have cut the charged now what should i do plz tell me on above no. i can provide whole detail if problem will not be resolved i will go for further other department plz recharge my number
