I ordered Dominos pizza on 9th April in Pune. and opted to pay via Mobikwik as it was offering 20% cb.
after order it supposed to provide stated CB, but no update on the site and Dominos is asking to check with Mobikwik.

I created ticket on mobikwik site also but there is no update.
seems they are faking and cheating the customers. any help in this regards highly appreciated.

    Hi team,

    I have already made an complaint on 5th April 2017 through the app & also email they replayed my that the money will be refund with hours(on 5th April 2017)
    I have made payment in IRCTC through your wallet, but there the amount was debited twice.(5th 2017)

    Please return back the extra debited amount of ₹182

    Below r d snapshot of the invoice.

    Still there is not response.

      The offer on mobikwik displayed that the first booking for Make my trip through mobi wallet will generate a Cashback of Rs. 800. Instead i have been provided a cashback of Rs. 200 and no customer grivienve is been taken into account. Its been more than 3 days from submission of my complain. No action has been taken. Several emails have been done in order to communicate butl were in vain. This has now forced me to take a legal action against the organisation.

          1000 rs is deducted from my HDFC bank account but not updates in Mobikwik wallet pls resolve it. my ticket no is #6340216
          Money got deducted from bank and not credited to wallet yet. I did not get any proper response from Mobikwik.it has been many days ago but still i cant got justice, the service of the Mobikwik make me totally embarrassing. i need justice as soon as possible. i think mobikwik dont care about their customer, they should take care and responsible against their customers..

            I have recharged with 349/- to my Airtel number 8197***109 on 11th March 2017 through Mobikwik mobile application. In mobile transaction history it is showing the amount credited to Airtel karnataka, but i haven't received recharged money to my account.

            I have approached Airtel support team, they sent a mail as below, which is in double quoted.

            ""Dear Customer, This is in reference to your email regarding online recharge benefit not received for your airtel mobile number 8197***109. As discussed with you on 8197***109, your issue is been explained. We would like to inform you that, recharge of Rs. 349/- through third party website(mobikwik) on[protected] was unsuccessful. As the recharge was done through a third party website, we are unable to trace the details of the transaction. We request you to contact the respective support team to check on the transaction status. We request you to check the same with respective support team for further assistance.

            Thanks for reaching out to us.
            Delighted to assist you
            Best Regards,
            Arani Niyogi Service Specialist airtel"".

            I have raised this request long back to Mobikwik, still no acknowledgement from Mobikwik team. Daily i keep sending mails to Mobikwik on same but not responded to a single mail.
            Please do needful and try to resolve this issue ASAP.
            And also request you to provide any proper working customer support number.

                  Used a coupon which was thrown on my screen while i was ordering food.
                  20% cashback for existing users.
                  Raised ticket on mobikwik help (Ticket #6111066), but they said the coupon was for new users only. Surprisingly, the coupon terms had actually changed by the time they responded to my help ticket.
                  I asked them to refer to the terms of the coupon on the date when i applied it.

                  Never got a reply even after repeated follow ups.

                  A petty amount - but sounded like i had been cheated.

                  Mobikwik, done MSEDCL Electril bill payment of Rs. 910 with consumer no as[protected], 3 days back, Trans id of which was MP[protected] but it has not reflectedin MSEDCL Site & yet to get a confirmation sms from MSEDCL that payment has been received, kindly look into this matter urgently & inform.

                    i am continuously trying to talk to the customer care but not able to communicate them.So, i have not got any information from the company.

                    I have transferred an amount of Rs 1687/- from MobiKwik wallet to my bank account. The amount is deducted from my MobiKwik wallet but didn't get credited to my bank account. Please solve this problem ASAP.

                        I have recharged Videocon d2h Re225 plan through mobikwik Mobile app amount deducted and I get transaction ID also but recharge was not done. I have called Videocon d2h customer care they informed it is not our issue it is mobikwik issue. I have called mobikwik customer care it listens not reachable, switch off, not valid number, number does not exist... I visited mobikwik official website and saw refund policy details but there is no customer support form. This MOBIKWIK is completely FRAUD AND FAKE. they are cheating to people and making black money. Please don't use MOBIKWIK app they are cheaters. Today I am registering complaint on MOBIKWIK MOBILE APPLICATION.

                                I am facing serious problems with mobikwik.
                                In 2 purchase from firstcry i didn't got cashback.
                                In making recharge to jio my wallet balance of around rs. 5 was used and rest rs. 94/- was deducted from account. Transaction failed, i got no refund.
                                In another purchase from firstcry i should have got cashback of 10% or rs. 100. I got nothing.
                                There have been several cases and continous problems, but i cannot even raise complaint as 2 earlier complaints are pending since long time.
                                I am left with no option but to take legal action against mobikwik. And sue mobikwik in hon'ble district forum.
                                Regular cheating, fraud and mischief. Where i cannot even raise issue.

                                    I recharge my jio number [protected] with amount of 402 Rs but still its not done although balance from my debit card has been deducted.
                                    Now there is no response from your
