Sir i am user of the mobikwik application from last 3 months i faced one common problem on 5 Mar 17. i added Rs.500 to the mobikwik wallet. Money deducted from my card(citi bank credit card) but till now on 07 Mar 17 mobikwik wallet not updated.
I also raised two times complain against this but they are not working on it .
Complain no./token No.#6044026.
Plz help me thx .

    I want to contact the Mobikwik Customer Care to get an idea about my Bill Payment information. I have done a payment(BSNL Landline Bill) via Mobikwik website, bit till now that amount is not updated in the BSNL website.

    So in-order to check this, while I am trying to contact them via the number mentioned in their website, it's not being connected.

    From last 2 days . I am trying to access my account but it is not generating OTP. I tried several times.
    Both the numbers given for customer care are not working.
    Even ticket is not generating. Getting frustrated

      Yesterday i recharge my tatadocomo([protected]) no through Mobikwik, After putting my mobile no i saw there is an option to view recharge plans. I search for combo offer with unlimited calls in any network and data packs. In plans i saw, if i recharge 298 RS then i will get Unlimited call and 1 GB 3G data for 28 days. Then i recharge 298 Rs, After recharging i get a SMS from Tata Docomo. Recharge successful and get 2000 min free.

      Whati have need and what they gave? If it was not showing in their plans, then i will not recharge this amount.
      This is totally fault from Mobikwik. They dont have update news.

      So i want my amount back in my Account.

          I have transferred the amount of rs 2700 to my hdfc bank account from mobikwik but i have not received the amount in my bank account. I have tried to contact the mobikwik but the number they are provided is not contactable. Even i have mail them but i hve not receive any reply from them i contacted to they through there mobikwik app but it ia showing that they will contact me but i dont think they will contact i very much upset with the services they will provide i will not refer any person to use this app even though they have charge processing fee to transfer the amount from wallet to bank then also i have not received yet...

            I have done a mobikwik wallet to bank transaction of Rs 5000 but the transaction got failed. Amount is deducted from the wallet and not reversed yet. Though the transaction is showing in history, I am not able to open the particular transaction history to get the invoice and transaction id. I have registered a complaint in mobikwik help and Ticket ID: # 6020196 and#6025984 . Pls help me to get this amount reversed.

            till date there is no solotion
            I have booked a ticket from Coimbatore to bangalore today i have asked for cancelation of my ticket yesterday it self still i have not got any update from the mobikwik and they r not even taking any calls this is fraud service i belive they r not even refunding my money.

            I have done transfer of Rs 1000 to bank accnt from my mobikwik wallet on date 3rd march 2017 and after that money was deducted frm my wallet but unable to credited to my bank accnt.

            When i tried to called customer care phone no its seems that all phone no are switch off or incoming call was nt there.

            Then i given complain in mobikwik help support page and my ticket no is #6020381.

            The customer service agent told me my money will be refunded but till now its not credited to my accnt no..

            Now they have blocked my complain chat page also.

            So please help me out from this problem asap..

                The wallet has got locked and raised request in help however there is no solution from last 2 days.

                I am unable access my available funds and it is required for medical emergency.

                This kindly help to resolve on urgent basis.

                Not able to understand if this is the 1st experience then how other users are continuing with this wallet and this is situation post uploading the KYC documents.

                  Due to theft of my phone, I opted for user disabled option. I got back my same number and tried various times to enable my account at Mobikwik, but failed. It says user disabled all the time. I request you to please enable my Mobikwik amount so that I can use it. I am really very distressed. Please help. I am unable to create ticket also to complain.

                            On 04 march2017, I add 400 in ma mobikwik wallet after that my wallet balance is 533 (Transaction ID 549e2a4ccb99d). Then i tried to pay ma postpaid connection bill there is a lack of 5Rs amount then again i add 5Rs in ma wallet (tarnsaction Id 549e2b836cbdc). after this transaction my wallet balance is 441 instead of 538. May i know the reason of deduction of 97Rs. I am realy disappointed with your service as all the customer care number are not working and the reply what i get from your team (ticket no. 6027980) is not satisfactory because my transaction history does not show any balance deduction but my wallet balance is deducted.

                                I booked bus ticket on 21/02/2017 using mobiwik app.
                                I used an offer cash back of rs. 150.

                                I.booked ticket for Rs. 650. As per offer my account should have been debited Rs. 500 or else I should have received Rs. 150 back. Whereas both hasn't happened.

                                Kindly look into the issue and update the status.

                                    I booked a train from irctc through mobikwik wallet. Transaction failed and money has been deducted from my wallet and i didn't get the ticket also.. Till now my cash has not refunded...
