I wanted to pay my electricity bill through mobikwik. For that purpose I transferred Rs 900 from bank account to wallet for payment of electricity bill. At first the transcation failed and when i tried again it failed again but the money was debited from my account and did not reflect in wallet. I reached their help center twice and it's been 2 days but it seems that the executives are not at all interested in resolving complaints. I want to take strict action against them.

    I received SMS with coupon code for 10% cash back, I paid my bill using code for amounting over ₹ 1000/- and after paying it a screen appeared stating ₹ 100/- will be added to your account. I didn't received the promised amount which I brought to notice of their helpline, then they added ₹ 100/- which again reduced to ₹ 36/- within a couple of days. This pay portal is not behaving like professionals so beware and use other payment wallet who fulfil their promises. Manish [protected]

      Hi,

      today(3/3/17) i had made a transaction from mobikwik wallet to bank transfer worth rupees 5000, the amount from the wallet debited but still not reflects in my account. One day ago i made transaction of 2000 rupees which was transferred successfully.

      My mobikwik account number is [protected].

      I am continuously sending message through app, but no one responding.

      Instead of paytm i'm using this app cause of indian app but very bad service.

      Request to you please do the needful and resolve my issue.

        I tried to contact customer service department of Mobikwik but both nos are switch off... I also Tried to download the invoice but its not going through .

        My mobikwik number is-[protected]

        I launched the complaint on 3rd march regarding my mobikwik wallet balance that my wallet balance has been debited but i have not received the amount in my bank.

        I tried calling mobikwik regarding the same but both nos are incorrect and still i don't received the money back in wallet.

        Moreover i have not received the a call from mobikwik regarding the same.

        So please help me..

I have already complained many times in mobiwik team but no satisfaction response. Bill payment was already deducted in my bank account and not return yet.

          please help me and let me know if do you any further information.

          On 28th Feb I paid bill of my connect phone[protected] through mobikwik vide transaction no RAJESHTXN[protected] and my wallet debited for Rs 1003/- but amount not sent to my connect phone bill a/c. Moreover Customer care no's of Mobikwik not responding.it is a totally cheat

                    I have booked my tickets today mobiwik wallet for yatra. I have paid Rs. 972. I have got supercash of 97 but still the browser displayed error as Webpage cannot be loaded. Amount got deducted from my bank account. And super cash got added. But the ticket has not been booked and I didnt get any confirmation email from Yatra.

I received a message on 24/02/17 at 08:55;21 pm from your agency stating that "Rs.550/= have been refunded to your Mobikwik wallet and confirming that your new Mobikwik balance is Rs.550/=" However till now the wallet is showing as Balance zero.                             1- On failure of transction of INR 2889 for yatra flight ticke, I got only 2869 ?In transaction history it purely shows 2889 refunded but in wallet it shows 2869 !! Don't know why mobikwik ate my 20 rupees. And the money should be returned to my credit card account not to wallet .

                            2-In transaction history i see INR 200 Cash back credited due to purchase another transaction for flight ticket with INR 2841. But no cash back added to my wallet . Same happen 2 days back while booking tickect in Book My show . I did not get the 35% cashback on INR 300.

                            3- They have mentioned their company contact numbers as below.But none of these are working.

                                    We regret to inform you that your online seller website “ mobiwikwik.com” is not responding our grievance, our login number is : [protected]

                                    The very wondering thing is both the mobikwik customer care numbers are non working numbers.

                                    Their customer care numbers are :

                                    +[protected] forwarded to somewhere else then disconnected
                                    +[protected] every time in switched off status.

                                    As per their “100% cash back offer on infibeam purchases” from 29th dec-2016 to 31st jan-2017, we were done the following purchases on 24th jan-2017, but till date we haven’t received any single rupee as cash back. While contacting infibeam they replied “please contact mobikwik “ for the same.

                                    Our purchase details are follows and the entire invoice and offer details attached herewith for your kind reference :

                                    Dear Sir, I got a mail from MobiKwik nodel team from the email id : [email protected], but its very they are also not supporting to solve the customer complaints. MobiKwik offer is " Purchase and earn cash back- Cash back will be credited with in 24hrs to your Wallet". First thing is that they are giving the cash back to us after 35 days of repeated complaint mails from our side to their node team. Second is there customer care numbers are not working numbers. Third is, Finally they are given cash back of Rs.273/- with new T&C, that the customer can only use the 10% of this amount in one txn.                                       I had paid my electricity bill on the 21st feb 2017 and found that the same was not reflecting on bescom site...raised a ticket on 24th Feb (ticket no.# 5983319) and the support team has been making false promises since then...they claim to have forwarded the details to bescom and waiting for an update..now I am wondering if the bescom office is on another planet and if that is why it is taking mobikwik support team so long to get in touch with bescom and get the necessary updates..and they have no clock or calendar for sure...I am waiting for their 48hrs to end(its been more than 80hrs) and no response..frustrated with their service56
