I have made a transaction from my bank account to my mobikwik wallet of rs 800 and 4000 on jan 5 and jan 19 . both the transactions failed and money debited from my bank account and not added to my wallet . they said that it will be refunded in 3-15 working days . still it is 45 days going on but i didnt get my money back. really worst service from mobikwik.i made plenty of complaints from my mail i made many tickets in mobikwik but no reply no call backs nothing . i need my money back

Today i add my money to wallet for transfer someone bank account but the limit is 5000 thousand only and i want to send 15000 so can i get my money back in my debit card which one i use to add money in the wallet

    Mobikwik — Full talk time not credited

    I had recharged for Rs. 200 FTT for tata docomo number on 23.2.2017. but i got only Rs.170 talk time instead of Rs. 200 FTT. I want the credit of FTT as the operator tatadocomo has requested to contact mobikwik itself for the FTT credit.

      On 19th January i have tried to transfer money into my wife's mobkwik wallet transaction failed message had come but the money had debited from wallet.Regarding this I complained through wallet's 'help' line.They given me ticket no.5827172 on19-1-17.Till today they have not been resolved.Even though they didn't send my total transaction particulars on that day.AproxmatelyRs.2994 had been missed from wallet.Please solve my problem as early as possible.My cell no.[protected].My mail is... tungalabaswarao @gmail.com.

        I tried to book a bus ticket through in.via.com and while paying money through Mobikwik by Net banking, i faced a transaction failure of Rs.532 on January 20, 2017...Attached the transaction details with the screenshot...

        I created a ticket#5831896 with necessary details through the Mobikwik app, they acknowledged me that they would refund within 15 days(Attached the scrrenshots of them)..After that i didn't get any support from them..Also i COULDN'T CREATE another ticket for this issue..

        Please help me get the REFUND of money back to my bank account as soon as possible..

            I have done online payment of Rs. 1400 of my reliance broadband on number [protected] bill dated 3rd Feb, 2017 through your site.

            But this amount didn’t not reach to Reliance Communication till now .also, I called on the helpline number given on your site but, I was disappointed as there is no response.

            I request you to please refund the amount as early as possible, otherwise I have to go legally.

After the transfer only I got noticed about this issue immediately I send the message to help desk but there is no response ...emergency purpose but due to handset problem it was sent to the another number ... Please solve this issue as early as possible

                Mobile paid for bookmyshow through mobiqwik. Didn't receive cashback of 35% . I am a new user and I didn't receive my cashback of Rs. 100 even after 24 hrs. Customer support no's not working and in the help column, even after raising a complaint, they are noy looking into the issue. Please provide a solution to the same.

                no call backs no reply to mails .. really stuck with mobikwik totally dissapointment
                I didn't get the cashback of 35% after transacting Rs .344 from bookmyshow through Mobiqwik. It has been 1 day and still I didn't get any cashback. I even wrotr a query regarding my issue to mobiqwik but they didn't reply me either. So please help me resolve the issue.

I saw the offer on Mobikwik of paying at petrol pump through Mobikwik I will get a cashback of 100% maximum Rs. 100 from 3rs Feb to 9th Feb between 6pm to 9pm.Today at 9th February I made a payment of Rs 100 through Mobikwik for petrol at 8 pm. But I did not receive my cashback of Rs. 100.I kindly request you to give me my cashback of Rs. 100 as soon as possible.

                    Mobikwik is fraud company... Money got deducted twice for one transaction. They said money will be refunded within 3-15days and its more than a month money is not refunded... Mobikwik earns money by cheating people and shud be shut down to avoid any more fraud... I have a very bad experience... Plz help the customers not to be fooled by this app and put their hard earned money and get cheated..

                        Beware Mobikwik is doing fraud with the customer . Kindly take some immediate action on it.

                        Mobikwik customer support is asking for the Card details like card Number, expiry detail & CVV Number . I have provide the all these detail and after few seconds i got the OTP for transaction 2000 which is trying to done my card.

                        [protected] is the fraud number which is connect to any account number directly .

                          The complaint i raised previously not at all addressed but the status in this forum changed to resolved. After the failed mobikwik transaction raised a complaint through mobikwik customer care. But from anonymous number received a call and they were asking for card details saying the exact information given to customer care. I am not gonna use this app anymore for all good reason.

                          My complaint is not yet resolved but still it shows resolved.

                            I have recharged my account with 1300 . Wherein, there was a coupon no. 7FEB17 which I tried to apply but it showed the error of please try again and after numerous tries it didn't apply .
                            Then after there were so many other discounts on different wallets I chose to pay with your wallets as it was showing clearly upto 100% . I didn't got any discount on the order which seems so frustrating to me.
                            If this is the case I will stop Making any transactions .
                            Your numbers are useless...Tried calling you so many times but was unable to reach...

And from last 25 days it is in pending state Money is already debited from MobiKwik . " And from 24 days I am complaint nobody is replying . They have also blocked all calls from all my numbers from last 10 days.This was my first transaction with MobiKwik and this is what happened . They are not returning my money from 24 days I have spent hours complaining ., Nobody is replying...
                                  i had even wriited feedback here on this mail 6 days ago..and i received a reply first time the give us last 48 hours...it has been 8 more days total 24 days ..please refund my money...

                                    Mobikwik in tie up with a fake website Book my offer shows that they sell products at a discounted price, but they just receive money and never sends product. You could search for Book my offer and see a lot of complaints against it. All the communication details provided for Book my offer are fake except the ones for Mobikwik. And Mobikwik uses the loophole answer saying they are not responsible even though they have direct tie up with fake website.

                                    I requested Mobikwik to cancel the transaction, they would not cancel the transaction and also they wont help in making the transaction successful as well.

                                      I have loaded Rupees 1010/- from american Express card and I have entered my OTP, Money got deducted from my Card, but still not it is not yet added in my wallet.
                                      Already I have frustated with one your cash back is not yet happened to my wallet, Please return my money back or credit in my wallet.
