Driver denied duty spoke in a rowdy manner to me and my lady co passenger, mobikwik avoid8ng proper resolution... Tickets opened to mobikwik doesn't help..

I booked bua tickets from gokarna to bangalore in shree kumar travels through mobikwik. The drop point was mentioned as indiranagar in ticket..

When i asked driver to drop me below things happened

1. Driver spoke in a threatening way (Rowdy) to me and my lady co passenger that they will not drop us at indiranagar.
2. It was never mentiined in rules and regulations provided by mobikwik that bus operator reserves the right to change drop point. Hence i had to get down in early morning at a place 12 15km away from indiranagar (My actual destination).
3. He was driving so rushly. His behaviour to us was as if he was doing a favour by driving. I called all the available numbers in ticket and they all cut the call.. One who p8cled said they don't have a drop to indiranagar at all.

If that is the case why mobikwik is distracting their customers by showing us offers and options which they cannot provide... My experience with mobikwik was pretty bad...

Do mobikwik reserve the right of distracting customers by not showing the actual truth.?
Do bus driver reserve the right of behaving ina threatening way to passengers?

    Hi the transaction history shows that my amount is paid on 15th midnight. 72 hours has been completed 10 hours before. Tomorrow is my last date. Please help. What kind of service is this being provided. Harassing customers. I tried contacting them on the numbers provided. Unfortunately they are switched off or not reachable. Now my electricity will be gone tomorrow.
    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I am trying to contact custom care number of Mobikwik since tomorrow as my balance from bank got deducted but not received in my Mobikwik wallet.
    All the customer support numbers are either invalid or switched off.
    I created a problem ticket from website too but no response up to now.
    My ticket id is #5940440
    I have added 10k to my wallet and tried to tansfer to my friend bank account. at that time OTP was not generated and 30 mins later i got 4 SMS at a same time with same OTP.

    Later i tried to send money but getting the error as OTP has been sent Max number of Times, i have waited for 12 Hours but still same issue.

        On 22/01/2017 I had added Rs. 1000 to the mobikwik wallet. The add was successful and was showing in wallet. Later this amount has disappeared from the wallet. The customer service numbers provided on mobikwik website are non functional. I have open several tickets but these are closed without any resolution. Mobikwik is not even trying to understand the issue before closing the tickets. I don't have any way to reach mobikwik and get this issue resolved. Mobikwik's customer service is extremely poor, in fact, the worst I have come across.

        Mobikwik is running an offer on tapzo under which, your 3rd order will get 30% off if you order through mobikwik (minimum ₹200 order). I have now ordered 4 times on tapzo through mobikwik but still haven't received any cash back.

        Look into the issue and do the needfull.

In date 09/02/2017 I had add 5000 to mobikwik by my bank threw obc NetBanking which status is failed and amount rs5000 is debited from my bank whereas rs 5000 did not added on my Mobikwik wallets.             Mobikwik — Money debited from bank but not added in wallet

            I have made a transaction from my bank account to my mobikwik wallet of RS. 1000the transactions successful and money debited from my bank account and not added to my wallet . they said that it will be refunded 30-40days. still it is 33 days going on but i didnt get my money back. really worst service from mobikwik.i made plenty of complaints from my money back and not refund my money I will going complaint counsumor court.

                Hello today morning I have placed my order from first cry through mobikwik wallet of rs.889 but the transaction has been failed for my sudden shock after a few sec I got the msg that the sum of rs.889 has been deducted at the time my order which I have made from first cry has cancelled I am waiting for my amount it's really a horrible experience since morning I m trying all the possible ways to back my money but in vain.Please I request you to look into this matter asap as I have to make some purchases please.

                      I want know about all mobile wallet company have not any coustmor care mobile numbers are not in working conditions.
                      like mobikwik wallet, paytm wallet
                      both company have three to four coustmor care mobile numbers on google if we search it
                      but not even one number is not in working condition.

                      and mobikwik wallet is cheating to everyone who is using this wallet
                      in morning i was use mobikwik wallet. i add a payment to in mobikwik wallet. and payment is debited in my bank account. but not add in my mobikwik wallet.i doing complaint to mobikwik by mail and by ticket id

                        I have booked a ticket from Hyd to chennai on Feb14 through Via.com as there is a cashback on Mobikwik i have used my Vallet (ID -[protected]) to make a payment of Rs.7100.
                        The amount has been debited and the VIA.COM didn't receive the payment so they have cancelled my tickets.
                        Can you credit the 7100 back to my valled asap.its not a small amount.

                            I have made a transaction from my bank account to my mobikwik wallet of rs 800 and 4000 on jan 5 and jan 19 . both the transactions failed and money debited from my bank account and not added to my wallet . they said that it will be refunded in 3-15 working days . still it is 45 days going on but i didnt get my money back. really worst service from mobikwik.i made plenty of complaints from my mail i made many tickets in mobikwik but no reply no call backs nothing . i need my money back

                              I had recharged for Rs. 200 FTT for tata docomo number on 23.2.2017. but i got only Rs.170 talk time instead of Rs. 200 FTT. I want the credit of FTT as the operator tatadocomo has requested to contact mobikwik itself for the FTT credit.

                                On 19th January i have tried to transfer money into my wife's mobkwik wallet transaction failed message had come but the money had debited from wallet.Regarding this I complained through wallet's 'help' line.They given me ticket no.5827172 on19-1-17.Till today they have not been resolved.Even though they didn't send my total transaction particulars on that day.AproxmatelyRs.2994 had been missed from wallet.Please solve my problem as early as possible.My cell no.[protected].My mail is... tungalabaswarao @gmail.com.

                                  I tried to book a bus ticket through in.via.com and while paying money through Mobikwik by Net banking, i faced a transaction failure of Rs.532 on January 20, 2017...Attached the transaction details with the screenshot...

                                  I created a ticket#5831896 with necessary details through the Mobikwik app, they acknowledged me that they would refund within 15 days(Attached the scrrenshots of them)..After that i didn't get any support from them..Also i COULDN'T CREATE another ticket for this issue..

                                  Please help me get the REFUND of money back to my bank account as soon as possible..

                                      I have done online payment of Rs. 1400 of my reliance broadband on number [protected] bill dated 3rd Feb, 2017 through your site.

                                      But this amount didn’t not reach to Reliance Communication till now .also, I called on the helpline number given on your site but, I was disappointed as there is no response.

                                      I request you to please refund the amount as early as possible, otherwise I have to go legally.

After the transfer only I got noticed about this issue immediately I send the message to help desk but there is no response ...emergency purpose but due to handset problem it was sent to the another number ...
