Mobile paid for bookmyshow through mobiqwik. Didn't receive cashback of 35% . I am a new user and I didn't receive my cashback of Rs. 100 even after 24 hrs. Customer support no's not working and in the help column, even after raising a complaint, they are noy looking into the issue. Please provide a solution to the same.

I didn't get the cashback of 35% after transacting Rs .344 from bookmyshow through Mobiqwik. It has been 1 day and still I didn't get any cashback. I even wrotr a query regarding my issue to mobiqwik but they didn't reply me either. So please help me resolve the issue.
I would like to book the bag from Shopclues.com, payment payed by mobikwik.
but money debited from mobikwik, not trasfer the money to Shopclues.com..
please resend my money to my mobikwik wallet..

There wash cashback offer on purchase of dominos pizza, 100% cash back. I confirmed this offer with Haptik application guys. I did not receive any cash back ..
I didn't get cash back on recharge of jio
I didn't receive Rs100 cashback on 1st jio recharge on Rs555 through mobiwik.

I saw the offer on Mobikwik of paying at petrol pump through Mobikwik I will get a cashback of 100% maximum Rs. 100 from 3rs Feb to 9th Feb between 6pm to 9pm.Today at 9th February I made a payment of Rs 100 through Mobikwik for petrol at 8 pm. But I did not receive my cashback of Rs. 100.I kindly request you to give me my cashback of Rs. 100 as soon as possible.

      I have tried transferring money from wallet to bank. But transaction was failed and no money refunded back to my wallet. This was the response from mobikwik

      Mobikwik is fraud company... Money got deducted twice for one transaction. They said money will be refunded within 3-15days and its more than a month money is not refunded... Mobikwik earns money by cheating people and shud be shut down to avoid any more fraud... I have a very bad experience... Plz help the customers not to be fooled by this app and put their hard earned money and get cheated..

        I have raised the ticket no.5846602 in respect of money debited in my account but money didn't get added in the mobikwik wallet on 23.01.2017. It has been almost 15 days and there is no response from their end. I have been trying to contact on the customer care numbers but they are also not reachable.           Beware Mobikwik is doing fraud with the customer . Kindly take some immediate action on it.

          Mobikwik customer support is asking for the Card details like card Number, expiry detail & CVV Number . I have provide the all these detail and after few seconds i got the OTP for transaction 2000 which is trying to done my card.

          My mobiwik id has disabled i have 11000 rupess in my wallet for mycollage fee unfortunately my wallet disabled sir please unblock my wallet i want to contact mobiwik but company has no risonse sir please unblock my account

            The complaint i raised previously not at all addressed but the status in this forum changed to resolved. After the failed mobikwik transaction raised a complaint through mobikwik customer care. But from anonymous number received a call and they were asking for card details saying the exact information given to customer care. I am not gonna use this app anymore for all good reason.

            My complaint is not yet resolved but still it shows resolved.

              I have recharged my account with 1300 . Wherein, there was a coupon no. 7FEB17 which I tried to apply but it showed the error of please try again and after numerous tries it didn't apply .
              Then after there were so many other discounts on different wallets I chose to pay with your wallets as it was showing clearly upto 100% . I didn't got any discount on the order which seems so frustrating to me.
              If this is the case I will stop Making any transactions .
              Your numbers are useless...Tried calling you so many times but was unable to reach...
              I want my money back for both the cases ASAP!

                    Money is not refunded..It has been 18 days..100s of complaints but not yet replied and not yet sorted..
                    My 1000. Rs is in pending state since last 18 days

                    I am tired of complaining I have complained 100 times now.This was my first transaction . I transferred 1000 rs to my bank . And from last 25 days it is in pending state Money is already debited from MobiKwik . " And from 24 days I am complaint nobody is replying . They have also blocked all calls from all my numbers from last 10 days.This was my first transaction with MobiKwik and this is what happened . They are not returning my money from 24 days I have spent hours complaining ., Nobody is replying...
                    i had even wriited feedback here on this mail 6 days ago..and i received a reply first time the give us last 48 hours...it has been 8 more days total 24 days ..please refund my money...

                      Mobikwik in tie up with a fake website Book my offer shows that they sell products at a discounted price, but they just receive money and never sends product. You could search for Book my offer and see a lot of complaints against it. All the communication details provided for Book my offer are fake except the ones for Mobikwik. And Mobikwik uses the loophole answer saying they are not responsible even though they have direct tie up with fake website.

                      I requested Mobikwik to cancel the transaction, they would not cancel the transaction and also they wont help in making the transaction successful as well.

                          I have buy a power bank from infibim and i have paid through Mobiwik but Due to some problem I have cancelled my order but the mobiwik is not transferrin my money to my Account when I am transferring the money from wallet they always send you need minimum paymet of more than my wallet for example I have 3654 rs. in my wallet when I am sending it the saying you need minimum balance of 3800 to transfer.

                          When you go for booking IRCTC ticket it says 100 rupees cash back, , , but after adding it said 104 is the convenience charge, later on I added and after paid irctc, said 104 refunded, but now I can see only 50.63 is balace,

                                  Vodafone recharge to my number [protected] failed on 31st jan 2017, but not reversed to MobiKwik wallet, amount was 389/-. Need refund immediately. i. Raised a ticket on MobiKwik website Since their app does not have a complaint logging system shockingly... I raised the complaint but till date no response, no response on Helpdesk numbers also. This is a fraudulent transaction... I demand justice.

                                    I have been charged twice for the same product and i have not got the refund for the same. I have coplained to mobikwik thrice but they usually say that it will be credited in 48 hours but nothing like that happened and now adays neither their call go through nor they reply for the complaint ticket raised. Please look in the matter.

                                      I had called up [protected] for some answers.

                                      Twice i was the call is being forwarded I have to hold on

                                      And then the call got disconnected twice immediately.

                                      After 30 minutes one Mr. Rakesh Kumar Jain called me up from Noida
                                      as he said from his mobile number (+91 [protected]) received on my mobile

                                      He was asking my card details to activate my account.

                                      He is a fraud who could trace my call to your number and then linked up to speak to me for the fraud.

                                      Please confirm my outstanding balance against my mobile [protected]
                                      Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
