MY mobikwik ACCOUNT bearing EMAIL ID manoj.[protected]@gmail.com
has been diabled...I opened my account on my new phone..but it displayed (USER IS DISABLED)...
i surfed the net for reasons for mobikwik account blocking.
I found that if account is opened on more than one device, it gets disabled.there is no issue because i opened it on my new phone .
so i was suggested to put up a complaint to get my account unblocked .
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND, UNBLOCK MY ACCOUNT..

    Account closing, Money refund & Wrong email assigned to my number

    My current phone number is associated with someone else's email address which I dont know how it occured.

    Their customer care phone numbers are either switched off or are busy. Have been calling them for 6 days and over 7 hours of total attempts to reach them at various times. But no use.

    Sent them a detailed message online through their websupport and they said " you cant change email but you can create new...

    I made a transaction of Rs. 300 at Indian Oil petrol pump using Mobikwik wallet. Merchant told he haven't received the amount in his account and took a cash from me and told me to talk to Mobikwik about this issue. But now when I am trying to reach Mobikwik they are not helping and not responding to my mail . Mainly the customer care no. Mentioned on Mobikwik website is not working. Very bad customer service, will highly recommend to use paytm and freecharge at least they have good Customer service.

      I don't understand the problem with mobiwik. I had lodged many complaints regarding to my transactions, no reply from them, I had done transaction of 600/- on[protected], through internet banking. Can one do a favour to contact the customer service and the number which is present in site is fake and not connecting and also mailed too. Don't trust the mobiwik, my better suggestion is to do Paytm services.

        Hi, I had made a transaction./Transder on Mobikwik lite of Rs, 2017/- on 24th Jan And I got the sms that the amount would be credited to my bank account by 25th Jan.
        But the amount still have not been credited to my bank account.
        Have also created a ticket on Mobikwik site on 27th Jan, but did not get any reply from them

        I tweeted them on twitter account and got a reply to submit the needed document to their mail id.
        It is just annoying due to their technical error, the user has to go through the process of verification etc.
        Done with mobikwik after getting the money back uninstalling this useless app for good.

          Bloody Mobikwik have looted my money from wallet .Since a week my customer have paid through Mobikwik lite I have not received my payment yet.also I m not get my big Bazaar Cashback too.i already written several times still they are vein.they have provided fake no. On their website to call.they are quite shameless.better to use PayTM

            I made an online transaction through mobikwik wallet on 19th Jan 2017
            The money was debited from may Bank account but the transaction failed I'm yet to receive a refund for the amount that got debited. The details of the transaction are as mentioned below

            The worst part is l've already mailed to zaakpay and also tried contacting their customer care response at all

              From my sbi account ₹251 was deducted while i was trying to recharge my mobile data, but recharge was not done. Mobikwik deducted the amount n send a notification to refund my amount if recharge not done...still i don't get the refund amount. Plz check it..my account no.is [protected].n I recharge in this number only. So plz refund my amount in my account.

                  Transactions done on[protected].

                  I had done two transactions of amount 580/- . One transaction of addmoney 300/- and it not credited in wallet, then I have tried recharge of 300/- ( wallet balance 20/- + 280/-) to mobile no. [protected].these two transactions are not done but amount debited in my account and credited in mobiwik a account. and i had given three complaints till no phone call received about it. I had mailed also no reply from mobiwik services. my transaction id of mobiwik are[protected] &[protected], and transactions done by internet banking of KVB .

                    II added rs 700 which was succesful from fron my sbi card again i added rs 320 amount deducted but not added in mobiwik wallet again i added rs 330 which was successful after that i done transaction from Irctc which amount was deducted but ticket was not booked I had done my ticket transaction from mobiwik wallet on 26.01.16 amount was deducted from mobiwik wallet but ticket not booked please refund the money i am attaching the amont deduction invoice copy from mobiwik.

                      Actually I book train ticket from mobikwik wallet and after 4-5 days I cancel my ticket. Then irctc refund my money in mobikwik wallet... After 1 days I try to send money wallet to bank account..but my money is deducted from wallet and I can't receive my bank account. I complaint mobikwik customer care number but all number are switch off or not reachable..and I also submit my complaint in my mobikwik helpline...but mobikwik customer care not reply

                      Mobikwik reply me that (Please be informed that the IMPS transaction is pending and will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days as per Bank norms which is beyond our control. In case, it gets unsuccessful then the deducted amount will be credited back to your wallet.)

                        I used Mobikwik for online recharging my tata mobile on 03/12/2016 My bank a/c debited by Rs. 500 instantly. Recharge failed but till date I get no refund of my paid amount. Transaction details as found in my bank a/c statement is given hereunder -

                          I got a credit of Rs 100 in my Mobikwik wallet on 22 jan 2017. My balance

                          was updated to Rs 200. On the morning of 24 jan-2017, my balance was

                          reduced to Rs 100 without any transaction. There was no deduction

                          transaction in my transaction history related to those 100 Rs. I have

                          requested them so my times by writing at their helpline link. Only ticket

                          numbers were generated with no action taken whatsoever. The email id

                          [protected]@mobikwik.com is fake and not working. The customer care

                          numbers [protected] and [protected] are never responding. Mobikwik

                          has cheated me and played fraud with me. Kindly take action against this

                          company.

                            I was booked a movie ticket on date 18 jan .2017 by bookmyshow. and i was select mobikwik payment option. and mobikwik promise me to get using mobikwik payment option mobikwik get me cash back 35% of my payment. but mobikwik is not given me any kind of cash to me. after that i was mail to mobikwik.but the said this offer is only for new users only.

                            and i am also using book a movie ticket by bookmyshow and mobikwik for first time.

                            i was sent a terms & condition screen shot to mobikwik but they are not any replying me.and not solve this issue from 18 jan 2017.

                            and your customer care no[protected],[protected] both are not in working condition.

                            you are not listing problems of your customers by email or by your customer care no.

                            i think you are cheat to your customers many time

                            i will sent all this problem and my issue on all website that mobikwik cheated me and all to there customers

                              Hi, i paid for my flight booking on Indigo via mobikwik wallet, order# HMBK[protected], on 22nd January. my tickets were not booked. now my wallet shows zero balance. its been 3 days and the money has not come back to wallet. i have also registered a complaint with ticket no :# 5841142, but no reply yet . i tried calling customer care number but it is not working.
                              kindly look into the matter and resolve it.

                              Sir my account block plz help me u my account unblock processor. And refund my amount and also continue start my account
                              I had paid 1448 rs to pentaloons through mobikwik on 24/11/2016. Money has deducted from my wallet but transaction failed at merchant end. then i tried again for same thing on 28/11/16 and transaction was successful.

                              I didn't get money back into my account (today is 21/01/17, after two months).

                                I completed a transaction through mobikwik wallet on 13 12 2016, mobikwik had to reimburse me 6000 rupees but they have not reimbursed money in my bank account yet and i am currently unable to contact customer care as well despite trying calling them from hours and hours.
                                I asked them for help and generated a ticket twice one on[protected] ticket no #5728468) and the other one on[protected] ticket no #5848643 ) and they havent' responded to those tickets as well.
                                I am currently a student and those six thousand rupees means a lot to me as i have to pay my hostel fees and i have been going through some serious mental trauma and frustration and stress because of their lackadaisical attitude

                                  3% that is Rs. 5 should be added for this order as a cashback.

                                  During ordering, Firstcry mention on their site that we will get 3% cashback on paying through MobikWIK, otherwise we would had paid through COD. When we informed firstcry of not receiving cashback, they are now not bothered and told to go and contact mobikwik. Is this the way to deal with the customer. Once they got their payment customer is of no use to them.

                                  When we informed mobikwik about not received cash back they are misguiding us that they gave cashback by showing other order`s cashback and trying to fool a customer. They don't have value for money of customer.

                                  Now since I trusted these websites and paid to them, it is my duty to regularly mail both of them for cashback, since after mailing also both the companies are not bothered and cheating the customer.
                                  I lost faith in them.

                                  First cry.com is allowing for mentioning on their website that u will get cashback by paying through mobikwik so that they get money earlier, but once they get their money, they are not bothered for their customer

                                    On 24 Jan 2017, I have added Rs. 9999 for the payment of Airtel payment. It was failed with no reason. When I went to transfer back my amount, account was blocked. It was observed that, they were doing it wantedly for their customers. Almost 1000s of complaints are registered in their forum and FB page and other consumer court forums.

                                      The company only shows fake offers, If you go for it then you will be in their trap. You never get any benefit from that offer and you will get additional trouble in bonus...I am also affected by them. Last December I fell from Brand factory sell by paying through mobikwik wallet and you will get cashback of 400, but i didn't get anything and i faced so many trouble for that which I can't explain. so be alert and register complain against...
