I got a credit of Rs 100 in my Mobikwik wallet on 22 jan 2017. My balance

was updated to Rs 200. On the morning of 24 jan-2017, my balance was

reduced to Rs 100 without any transaction. There was no deduction

transaction in my transaction history related to those 100 Rs. I have

requested them so my times by writing at their helpline link. Only ticket

numbers were generated with no action taken whatsoever. The email id

[protected]@mobikwik.com is fake and not working. The customer care

numbers [protected] and [protected] are never responding. Mobikwik

has cheated me and played fraud with me. Kindly take action against this

company.

    I was booked a movie ticket on date 18 jan .2017 by bookmyshow. and i was select mobikwik payment option. and mobikwik promise me to get using mobikwik payment option mobikwik get me cash back 35% of my payment. but mobikwik is not given me any kind of cash to me. after that i was mail to mobikwik.but the said this offer is only for new users only.

    and i am also using book a movie ticket by bookmyshow and mobikwik for first time.

    i was sent a terms & condition screen shot to mobikwik but they are not any replying me.and not solve this issue from 18 jan 2017.

    and your customer care no[protected],[protected] both are not in working condition.

    you are not listing problems of your customers by email or by your customer care no.

    i think you are cheat to your customers many time

    i will sent all this problem and my issue on all website that mobikwik cheated me and all to there customers

      Hi, i paid for my flight booking on Indigo via mobikwik wallet, order# HMBK[protected], on 22nd January. my tickets were not booked. now my wallet shows zero balance. its been 3 days and the money has not come back to wallet. i have also registered a complaint with ticket no :# 5841142, but no reply yet . i tried calling customer care number but it is not working.
      kindly look into the matter and resolve it.

      Sir my account block plz help me u my account unblock processor. And refund my amount and also continue start my account
      I had paid 1448 rs to pentaloons through mobikwik on 24/11/2016. Money has deducted from my wallet but transaction failed at merchant end. then i tried again for same thing on 28/11/16 and transaction was successful.

      I didn't get money back into my account (today is 21/01/17, after two months).

        I completed a transaction through mobikwik wallet on 13 12 2016, mobikwik had to reimburse me 6000 rupees but they have not reimbursed money in my bank account yet and i am currently unable to contact customer care as well despite trying calling them from hours and hours.
        I asked them for help and generated a ticket twice one on[protected] ticket no #5728468) and the other one on[protected] ticket no #5848643 ) and they havent' responded to those tickets as well.
        I am currently a student and those six thousand rupees means a lot to me as i have to pay my hostel fees and i have been going through some serious mental trauma and frustration and stress because of their lackadaisical attitude

          3% that is Rs. 5 should be added for this order as a cashback.

          During ordering, Firstcry mention on their site that we will get 3% cashback on paying through MobikWIK, otherwise we would had paid through COD. When we informed firstcry of not receiving cashback, they are now not bothered and told to go and contact mobikwik. Is this the way to deal with the customer. Once they got their payment customer is of no use to them.

          When we informed mobikwik about not received cash back they are misguiding us that they gave cashback by showing other order`s cashback and trying to fool a customer. They don't have value for money of customer.

          Now since I trusted these websites and paid to them, it is my duty to regularly mail both of them for cashback, since after mailing also both the companies are not bothered and cheating the customer.
          I lost faith in them.

          First cry.com is allowing for mentioning on their website that u will get cashback by paying through mobikwik so that they get money earlier, but once they get their money, they are not bothered for their customer

            i had transfered funds from my husband mobikwik app to my mobkwik app on 28/12/2016 and 29/12/2016.but still the amount was not credited my account and they are not responding the customer care and also on mails.kindly advice to get my funds credited to my account.My Name Srihitha Pudukota mobikwik number [protected] and i had received the funds from [protected] mobile number.the amount was debited from that account but not yet credited and they asked for KYC i had submitted but still the funds are not credited.

            On 24 Jan 2017, I have added Rs. 9999 for the payment of Airtel payment. It was failed with no reason. When I went to transfer back my amount, account was blocked. It was observed that, they were doing it wantedly for their customers. Almost 1000s of complaints are registered in their forum and FB page and other consumer court forums.

              Fraud company and fake offers...

              The company only shows fake offers, If you go for it then you will be in their trap. You never get any benefit from that offer and you will get additional trouble in bonus...I am also affected by them. Last December I fell from Brand factory sell by paying through mobikwik wallet and you will get cashback of 400, but i didn't get anything and i faced so many trouble for that which I can't explain. so be alert and register complain against...

              I did recharge mobile through mobikwik on dated 17 January by 205 rupees and rechage net by 600 rupees on dated 21 January through net banking but both not recharged and not refunded amount in wallet money has deducted from my account on the time of recharge but in last 3-5 day money not refunded back to my mobikwik wallet or account I did recharge mobile no [protected] and net no [protected]

                In mobikwik Wallet, I kept Rs. 5860. Last week i checked my wallet, money is showing Rs. 0.
                I was trying to call customer care since 5 days, it is always not reachable. I was calling following numbers:

                I filed ticket on their website also. There is no reply from their website and team.
                I am really disappoint and one of the worst service as a wallet.

                  I paid to a website for a product via mobikwik but it said payment failure, so i again made the payment, this time it shows payment successful. But when i check my account i found that two times the amount was deducted from my account. I tried to call them number of times but there one number is constantly busy and other is switched off. I want my money back..

                    Hi sir,

                    I added rs. 10000 to mobikwik wallet and it was added successfully.
                    While adding money, they clearly mention that there is no restriction on transfer money to bank.
                    Now when i am trying to transfer my money to bank, could transfer only rs. 3000 and now they are denying the transfer saying i exceeded the monthly limit.

                    They are trapping by writing there is no restriction on money transfer but later they deny to transfer money and illegally hold the money with them.
                    I am attaching screenshot from their app.

                    Their customer support don't reply at all, i even asked to refund my money but they are neither refunding not allowing me to transfer.

                    Please help to ban this fraud app and kindly help to solve my issue.

                        On 10.01.2017, i was trying to redeem the points accumulated through debit card (252 points). However, the points were redeemed from maxgetmore but the equivalent amount of rs.63 was not credited. I have been following up with their customer care through the help option provided in the mobile app, but they are not replying properly. I tried to contact them over phone many times, but their customer care is always busy, and it never connects. Kindly credit the amount in my mobikwik wallet or reimburse the points in maxgetmore..

                              Sub : refund request in wallet for rs 2000, payment received in mobikwik wallet on 16th dec'16 via order no. 543c3f1b52b79 (Receipt attached herewith)

                              I transferred rs 2000 from my icici bank a/c no.[protected] to my mobikwik mobile wallet attached to my mobile no. [protected] of airtel on 16th dec'16 with transaction remarks. Bil/[protected]/pgmib/4066 zp543c3f1b which was successful, the same i have also confirmed from icici bank customer care that it was successful transaction.

                              After receipt of rs 2000 in my mobikwik wallet on 16th dec'16 on same date i tried to pay future retail (Brand factory) at pacific mall, sahibabad during shopping a sum of rs 2000 which got unsuccessful but rs 2000 were deducted from my mobikwik wallet in favour of future retail for this unsuccessful transaction. I also contacted future retail (Brand factory) at pacific mall, sahibabad, they also confirmed me that it was unsuccessful transaction and they have not received any payment from mobikwik which they have already communicated to mobikwik (As confirmed verbally by mr. Mukesh of brand factory).

                              Also till date i have not received any refund back in my icici bank account from mobikwik.

                              Mobikwik call centre is not responding even after waiting till 20 mins and most of the time their provided nos are engaged. They responded on my mobile app of mobikwik on 21st jan (After 1 month of transaction and complaint) and they are denying that they have not received any amount from my icici bank, whereas my a/c was debited with rs 2000 and bank claims it as successful transaction and amount transferred to mobikwik on 16th dec'16 vide ref no. Bil/[protected]/pgmib/4066 zp543c3f1b and till date i have not received any refund back in my icici account.

                              I would request to kindly help for my refund amount of rs 2000/- in my mobikwik wallet to enable me to use it further.

                                Hi sir,

                                I transfer the amount 820rs from the wallet to my bank account but the transaction failed but the balance was deducted from my wallet and I also added 100rs in the wallet but the error comes but the balance was deducted from my card So please solve these two issues as soon as poosible so please 920rs transfer in to my bank account as soon as possible i am unable to transfer the bank detailas are below mentioned i also raised a request but there is no solution provided

                                  I have attempted to add Rs.7049 into my wallet but the amount is deducted from my bank account and not added in my wallet... I have been calling their customer care no from past 2 days and I my call is always been out the on waiting for prolonged time ... They have a very poor customer service and I m not finding a way to contact them... I have registered the complaint in their help section but no response was received to me ..

                                    I recharged my wallet amount today with a bank transaction amount of
                                    Rs.10000/-. using my credit card.The status of the webpage shows invalid, but money was deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the
                                    wallet. I am very much worried about the money, kindly refund my money to bank account or to the wallet.My registered mobile number is [protected].
