    My Mobikwik account is disabled. I am unable to login my account. I have money in my wallet and i want to transfer to my account. They disabled my account without any clarification. My account id is [protected]@yahoo.com.

    I am unable to transfer money from wallet to bank account.

    I am not even allowed to send a complaint to them and nobody is picking up the call on their customer help number.

      I have booked a Volvo Bus ticket for traveling on 17th Nov at 7.45 AM but bus is not available and get the information that there is no Volvo bus, complain already registered bia TOCKEN NO 5536588 on 17th at 8.15 AM
      Now they are not returning the money and saying that you are travelled.

      Customer care yet not resolved this problem even I have to wait for more then 7 to 8 min and after trying for more then 4-5 times in a day.

      I have also checked the UPSRTC website then found there is no bus at theis time and they are doing the booking for the same even I have taken the snapshot of the same,
      Why should I will be charged for the wrong booking, please help me out to grt money from MobiKwik.

      I have paid Rs. 151.00 for bsnl against std plan for 400 minute07.11.2016, but it not received any recharge value against my payment to till date. kindly send my recharge value or refund the same.

        I have ordered food on swiggy for 114 Rs. Mobikwik offered 25% Cash back on first and third transactions. So I decided to pay it through Mobikwik so that I earn 25% as cashback. But the first transaction failed, money got debited from my bank account but the swiggy order failed. Later on I retried the payment, money again got debited from by bank account and this time my swiggy order is successful. I also got a cash back of 25% which amounts to Rs 29.

        The next day I got refund for my failed transaction. This refund amount is 85 Rs. which is equal to 114 Rs. less Cashback of 29 Rs. So eventually I din't receive any cashback for my first successful order from Mobikwik.
        I think this is cheating and nothing else.

          I have 75INR in my mobikwik wallet and not able recharge in mobile app to any mobile or something. Problem i face is when go to payment i asked for a pin Number which is sent to some other number not my registered number.

          When i enquire about this to Mobikwik they told to update the app and i am facing same problem even after updating. I am getting an Error saying Alternate number should not be same as primary number.

          Also not able to change password or mobile number anything.

            When i try to login it says user is disabled. why u disabled me. i have cash in my wallet i[censored] peoples do like this then no one trust on ur terms. pls solve my issue . I have 411 RS in my wallet which was I want to use please hell me mobikwik team . if you unable to give my RS I will complaint in police station or in high court . I waiting for my succesfull login .

            Money has been deducted but recharge is not yet done since last night neither the cash is redunded back to the account nor anybody picking up the customer care no. Also very bad that nobody from mobikwik's office is active on Social media to look at the customer greviances.

              Hello Team,

              I did the Tata Sky DTH annual recharge of 3685 rs. from Mobikwik on 21 Nov 2016, but it has not reflected in my Tata Sky account but amount has been debited from my bank account.

              I did not get any mail from mobikwik regrading to fulfillment of this transaction.Even I do not know, is this transaction is in process or they have cancelled it so that I can recharge it from other place.

              I tried to contact mobikwik customer care, they are not responding. I have raised one ticket. This is my ticket number 5553986 even they are not responding over this.

              Please help me as soon as possible.

                Hi, I recharged my airtel 4g with an amount of Rs. 1097 on Nov 17th through mobikwik but still didn't get the amount credited in my account. I raised a ticket on that day itself and was told they would get back to me within 48 hours about the status but there is no response from their side till now. I raised one more ticket today but again there is no response. (Ticket nos- 5536595 and 5551996)

                Also, their customer care is always busy which keeps you waiting for 15-20 minutes until you have lost all your patience. I have never experienced such a poor customer service before.

                I hope some action is taken.

                    I booked bus ticket on oct 31st from madurai to chennai, pnr no:drf2866. But i got a call from travels they said bus cancelled. So i contacted to the mobikwik, customer care person said we'll revert the amount in 72hrs but more than 2weeks gone still i didn't get my money back. I lost my rs.1100. If no one replies surely i'll file a cause in court.

                      I have balance rs: 100 in my account and my friend sent me rs: 1900 /- a message as notification received to me saying you have received rs: 1900 /- and your new updated balance is rs: 2000 /- but when i login to my account it shows rs: 50 /- i have already sent many requests but not they caring about this by this way i have lost rs: 1950 /- immediately book a criminal case against mobikwik for the fraud done !

                            The story is pretty simple

                            someone hacked my mobikwik account
                            I raised a complaint
                            Mobikwik gave a regular reply - you must have shared your details with someone(as if I am insane and keep telling my credentials to everyone)
                            One fine day - they locked my account
                            The hacker? He must still be hacking someone else's account
                            Who is the hacker? I seriously doubt it's their own staff who are paid to do this How do I know this? I read a lot of complaint about accounts getting locked after their account is hacked..there seems to be a pattern
                            Why do they do this? Let me tell you a brief story. If someone is giving you free food/shelter then you'd leave your home and start living in that house. But for how many days. Once the owner realized that you've enjoyed enough his legacy. He'd kick you off, but obviously not by giving the exact reason to kick you out. Same as like “aatithi kab jaaoge”

                              My flight ticket was cancelled and i got a refund of 6799/- from cleartrip to my mobikwik wallet on 21st oct 2016. then i raised request to transfer this money back to my account. but it is not done yet. and i cannot see any balance in my wallet as well. i have already emailed them number of times. tried calling them and they disconnect the call after listening to the issue. please transfer my money back to my credit card account.

                              7nd nov 2016 at around 12pm I made a recharge of 97 for my Vodafone number with MobiKwik android app, the recharge got failed..but not return cash back of my account.please return my cash back.my account I'd is [protected]@gmail.com and my registered phone number is [protected].please sir help me.
                              I am unable to login to my account after repeatedly complaining to the customer care, they give monotonous answer kf changing the password by the link mailed and accessing the account by website, I did the needful but inspite of that I am getting message some temporary issue occurred please try again later.                               I linked my mobikwik account to jugnoo. I booked a ride today. There was a offer of 40 % cashback but I got only 5 % cashback. This is happened with me the second time. Paytm and Freecharge provide much better service than yours. Either return my cashback or delink mobikwik from jugnoo.

                                While am selecting forgot password, It was asked to enter my login id. After entering login id am selecting submit that time also it showed "Login Disabled". As per mobikwik instructions screenshots are sent to [protected]@mobikwik.com on 12th Nov, but still issue was not solved.

                                  I have booked a bus ticket on 13 oct. Due to some changes in plan I wanted to cancel this bus ticket on 23rd of Oct. I tried for bus ticket canclation through mobikwik mobile app but Mobikwik mobile app was not able to cancel it. So I raised a complaint on same day able "I am not able to cancel my bus ticket". I have spoke their customer care many times they always asked me to wait for 24 hrs. Now its been more than 10 days I did not received my cash. My complaint ticket number is #5448037.

                                    I recharged in MobiKwik app 296rs on Oct 19 to my friend airtel number . It's shows recharge successful my wallet amount 296 rs deducted but recharge not done so I raised tickets, still no one solved my issue. I called airtel operator they told there is no information available of 3rd party apps like MobiKwik instead of airtel money. They told there is no 296rs net pack, but MobiKwik shows 296rs pack in options. Now problem is created Mobikwik asking me to contact operator and wasted my time no amount refunded. I am tired of telling my issues.

                                      I raised my concern many times about the cashback on BUS tickets booked but it remain unresolved.

                                      I booked total four tickets and i received cashback for only two Tickets.

                                        This is about mobikwik.com the fake promise they gave, i used to pay my electricity bill pay via mobikwik.com and i used coupon getitall to get assured 5% cash back i pay bill amount rs 1900 still they didn't gave any cash back. Best way to pay bill and gave all cash back is freecharge. So dont used this mobikwik.com to pay bills stay away from fake promises.
