Hi,

I have booked a bus ticket from Thrissur to Chennai on Dec 4th Sunday.

Please find details below.

PNR : 499612
Seat Number : C4
Boarding : Thrissur at 10:35 PM
Bus Operator : Kallada Travels (Bus model : Scania)

Particular bus got an accident at Ernakulam and didn't come to Thrissur, so I didn't board into it. At 1:30 AM on Dec 5th, bus operator called me and told bus got cancelled, send mail to Mobikwik for refund.

As I checked in Mobikwik, there is no option to send email to support team.

    I have booked bus ticket from mobikwik for bus travel on 28th dec at 7:30 pm (Pick up at lalghati bhopal) from bhopal to indore. I called bus operator 4 times bus phone was switched off.. At 8:30 am i tried couple more operator to drop me at indore but all buses are full.. Then i went back home and picked car fueled car with 710rs petrol.. I have also booked the ticket for indore to bhopal return but i have to cancelled as i took car to indore and cam back on 30th by again fueling 710 rs fuel. Now i m requesting to refunds 1420 of petrol they are not entertaining me.

        Due to recent demonetisation, I though it fit to download MobiKwik App. I downloaded the same in last week of November 2016 and did some mobile recharge transactions through it. When my balance reached to Rs.72=00 in the wallet, they debited Rs.28=00 utilising my HDFC Bank Credit Card without my authority/information.
        Due to this I received one message from HDFC Credit Card that the said transaction is not as per RBI Mandate . In the evening I got the Mobikwik customer care number through Just Dial and tried to contact them. But their computer was continuously speaking that their Representative will shortly attend the phone as he is busy with another call but to my surprise, the phone was not lifted at all even if I tried frequently. Thus there was wastage of Mobile expenses and mental torture.
        Thereafter I called HDFC Credit Card Customer Care and I was forced to Block my existing card and have to request for issuing new card. Sir this is the plight of an educated person. How they can debit my account without my authority or punching OTP. This is nothing but a fraud by such agency and they should be de-licenced immediately so that other should not be cheated.

          Mobikwik a pathetic!!! Service provider of e-wallet has disabled my account without any reason. They have not mentioned any reason for why my account is disabled and when i try to raise a complaint on their website by giving email & phone no. It till says 'user is disabled' they are not even allowing me to register a complaint with them. Company should be banned for doing such acts.

            I have installed mobiwik app and never able to add money with new user cash back coupon. When i go to add money then they shows error and this is interesting when existing user tries then they are able to add very easily. There are some coupons "nocash", "double" etc which are applicable only to new user and with 50, 60 rs cashback on first time add money. When i used first time then payment add gone failed. When i tried second time then shown error that this coupon is invalid and used my balance is 0 never able to add money. I submitted complaint to their customer care but they are resolving this since last 7 days. I observed when some existing user tries then they are able add money.
            My questing is why payment is failing only for new users when try to add coupon for any cash back.
            Please take an actions against mobiwick for making fool to consumer.

              I have paid my BEST electricity bill through mobikwik for 2st time today and payment has been debited from my Account. But Bill has not paid yet. Why this is happened?                 The biggest scam wallet app, any day they can just shut down and eat up all the consumers money in each wallet that are registered under them. Customer service doesn't work on the mentioned scheduled hours on the website! More than 1 hour no one responses from the other end. If you are trying to transfer money through IMPS from their wallet, it is a huge inconvenience as most of the times it wont go through. However money will get deducted from account.
                They will not respond easily if you do not sugar coat and tell them your problem. In any kind of emergency, DONT ever think o[censored]sing this app as it will fail you big time. The cashbacks are most of the times not given. They will offer you assistance saying "Create a Ticket" on the website which in turn wont be taken care of. Thus, forget about the cashback you were supposed to receive. PAYTM is best. And am not a PayTm employee.

                    Cash back have not credited to my wallet

                    Hi,

                    This is regarding the cash back of Rs.195 which has not credited to my Mobikwik wallet.

                    I booked one flight ticket from Via.com on 21st nov'16, that time there was the Mobikwik offer going on (and it is still there on Via.com), and I paid 2931 Rs (with the cash back of 195Rs).

                    I called 23rd nov'16 to the Mobikwik customer care and he told me that it will take 24hrs more to credit to my wallet....

                    I recharged my mobile no [protected] on 19 th for full talktime, but i did not get full recharge, instead a messge of net pack received. and so i filed complaint about on 20 november 2016. on 22 november again gave reminder for that... and after that again i recharge for full talktime for rs.125/- as shown in mobikwick app.again i received messege abount net pack instead of full talktime. Why it happened? Please help me to get my money back... otherwise i will go to consumer court. It is mistake of mobikwik and Tata dokomo... why should i suffer?

                      I have registered this no. to mobikwik account : [protected], and transfered Rs. 10000 from Debit Card. But when i login to the MobiKwik account is sends OTP to the above said mobile, and when i enter the otp the message pop ups saying "User is Disabled"

                      I made a complaint to the customer care, they registered the complaint and said it will be resolved in 72 hours. Now almost 6 days has passed but i didn't got the resolution of my problem.

                      I dont recieve any mail from u, to how to reactivate my account and i was called lot of times to the customer care they were said submit ur monthly wallet statement and aadhar i was submitted both of this but i dont recieve any kind of mail, i need my account, do something for this type of customers ...

                        This has been going since 20 sept 2016.

                        This has reached its highest limit now. Whenever i tried to get this issue resolved which is ongoing since a lot of time something or other happens. I dont feel safe anymore transacting any money with u all people. complaints are in progress since such a long time yet no progress what u all do is just nod ur head and reply with saved messages which is not even relevant to the topic. i am about to move consumer forum and national customer court about insecurity of the money transaction by u all people. my details - soumyajit ghosh with email address [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected].

                        This is the second time i faced this issue so i have send all screen shots the bank rewardz points were redeemed by mobikwik and the amount was not added in mobikwik wallet.

                        1st incident happened in 20 sept 2016 where i lost rupees 13.

                        2nd incident happened in 27 nov 2016 where i lost rupees 21.

                        Total amont lost is rupees 34.

                        Please add that amount as u can see the bank has already cleared that amount in mobikwik's name.

                        My money is debited from my account for train booking. but no confirmation on ticket.
                        Tried to reach customer care number times.not able to connect customer care also.

                        The worst Customer care service i have never seen before by any vendor.

                            My Mobikwik account is disabled. I am unable to login my account. I have money in my wallet and i want to transfer to my account. They disabled my account without any clarification. My account id is [protected]@yahoo.com.

                            I am unable to transfer money from wallet to bank account.

                            I am not even allowed to send a complaint to them and nobody is picking up the call on their customer help number.

                              I have booked a Volvo Bus ticket for traveling on 17th Nov at 7.45 AM but bus is not available and get the information that there is no Volvo bus, complain already registered bia TOCKEN NO 5536588 on 17th at 8.15 AM
                              Now they are not returning the money and saying that you are travelled.

                              Customer care yet not resolved this problem even I have to wait for more then 7 to 8 min and after trying for more then 4-5 times in a day.

                              I have also checked the UPSRTC website then found there is no bus at theis time and they are doing the booking for the same even I have taken the snapshot of the same,
                              Why should I will be charged for the wrong booking, please help me out to grt money from MobiKwik.

                                I have ordered food on swiggy for 114 Rs. Mobikwik offered 25% Cash back on first and third transactions. So I decided to pay it through Mobikwik so that I earn 25% as cashback. But the first transaction failed, money got debited from my bank account but the swiggy order failed. Later on I retried the payment, money again got debited from by bank account and this time my swiggy order is successful. I also got a cash back of 25% which amounts to Rs 29.

                                The next day I got refund for my failed transaction. This refund amount is 85 Rs. which is equal to 114 Rs. less Cashback of 29 Rs. So eventually I din't receive any cashback for my first successful order from Mobikwik.
                                I think this is cheating and nothing else.

                                  I have 75INR in my mobikwik wallet and not able recharge in mobile app to any mobile or something. Problem i face is when go to payment i asked for a pin Number which is sent to some other number not my registered number.

                                  When i enquire about this to Mobikwik they told to update the app and i am facing same problem even after updating. I am getting an Error saying Alternate number should not be same as primary number.

                                  Also not able to change password or mobile number anything.

                                    When i try to login it says user is disabled. why u disabled me. i have cash in my wallet i[censored] peoples do like this then no one trust on ur terms. pls solve my issue . I have 411 RS in my wallet which was I want to use please hell me mobikwik team . if you unable to give my RS I will complaint in police station or in high court . I waiting for my succesfull login .

                                    Money has been deducted but recharge is not yet done since last night neither the cash is redunded back to the account nor anybody picking up the customer care no. Also very bad that nobody from mobikwik's office is active on Social media to look at the customer greviances.

                                      Hello Team,

                                      I did the Tata Sky DTH annual recharge of 3685 rs. from Mobikwik on 21 Nov 2016, but it has not reflected in my Tata Sky account but amount has been debited from my bank account.

                                      I did not get any mail from mobikwik regrading to fulfillment of this transaction.Even I do not know, is this transaction is in process or they have cancelled it so that I can recharge it from other place.

                                      I tried to contact mobikwik customer care, they are not responding. I have raised one ticket. This is my ticket number 5553986 even they are not responding over this.

                                      Please help me as soon as possible.
