Why My account is disabled. I had money in my wallet and I want my account back!. even i did not any transact from my account. I had only add money to wallet and they can disabled my account without any clarification. My account id is [protected]@gmail.com ..I am not even allowed to send a complaint to them and nobody is picking up the call on their customer help number.
Please enabled my account and inform the further details for this issue. please help me.

    Fraudulent activity of Mobikwik

    I did sun direct DTH recharge of Rs.2850 with mobikwik website but after deducting the amount from bank they displayed an message showing 'this Tariff is not available with sun direct ' and credited my deducted amount to wallet after that I called to Mobikwik customer care for bank reversal each time they are giving different transaction numbers to try with bank and bank people just scolding me by saying don't waste our time with this fake...

    22nd Oct 2016 at around 6pm I made a recharge of 199 for my airtel number with MobiKwik android app, the recharge got failed.. I contacted them immediately and they said they forwarded the details to operator and will get back to me in 48 hours.. But today is 25th Oct and they are totally silent.. They are not even giving a single response... I want my money back at any cost...My order id is EN[protected]...

      I recharged my mobikwik wallet on 22 sep 2016 with 1110 rupees. thereafter i recharged one of my numbers using mobikwik wallet for 110 /-. the very next day, i. e. on 23 sep 2016, i again required to recharge my phone so tried to log in my mobikwik account. the application came up with notification that my account was disabled. when i tried to contact customer care, i was not given any viable reason for disabling my account. when i kept calling customer care time and again, they told me some crap of suspicious activity in my account which led to disabling it. they promised some action or notification within 48 hours, but never notified me after 24th sep 2016. the staff is not at all cooperative and customer care executives keep harping the tune of some wague authority to which they have escalated the issue. the whole coop being about tricking people to recharge the account with good money and then disabling their accoun. once the person tries to re enable the account, the mobikwik does not render any help. currently suffering from the same issue. please help.

      I have a account with [protected]@gmail.com But i can't login and can't use my wallet money.I am a mobikwik user but i can't log in my mobikwik a/c. my a/c balance 2500 above. 10 to 15 days same problem shown.

        am vijay, my registered mail id: [protected]@gmail.com and regt mobile no:[protected] in mobikwik account.
        Actually i referred to my friend on dated[protected] through unique link for downloading mobikwik app for enjoying benefits and who has mail id: maram.[protected]@yahoo.com. my friend also download the mobikwik app through my referral link and install successfully and also load Rs 50 successfully. As per T & C, after sucessfully loaded a amount Rs 50 they get extra Rs 50 within 24-48 hours, but till now my friend doesn't get any extra amount for downloading the app through referral link. even though when the friend download and loaded Rs 50 the referred account credits Rs 100 for referral so am not also credit Rs 100.

          Dear sir
          I have transferred rupees 5000 on 13 oct 2016 from my mobikwik wallet to my sbi bank account ifsc code sbin0007128 account number [protected] but till date the amount is not credited in the said account
          I lodged the problem on 16 oct 2016 to mobikwik vide ticket number 5420906 they replied that matter will be resolved within 5 to 7 days and money will be deposited back in the wallet but still the matter is showing in progress and it looks that mobikwik is not at all interested to hear or solve my problem
          I have provided with the snapshot of mobikwik transaction history and bank statement of 13 oct 2016
          I have not provided with the transaction id for the transaction
          Kindly look into the matter and immediately take necessary action to credit the amount in my said account number or in my wallet

          Sir I lodged already complaint & got a phone call from Mobivik & she told me that we r going to refund ur. amt. but still not credited in my a/c so kindly either refund in my a/c or transfer in my Airtel DTH I.D. NO. [protected] immediately.

            Sir,

            I have paid a bill of Rs. 5797 of Jodhpur Vidhut Vitran Nigam Ltd. using mobikwik portal on 09.09.2016 whose last date was 21.09.2016. as i was out of station from last two months and today when I reached at my place I found that electricity connection get cut by department and on enquiry I came to know that one of our last bill is pending due to which it get cut. I am attaching paid receipt of mobikwik and pending bill shown on JVVNL site. please intervene as mobikwik is not responding and not picking up the phone. now the unpaid bill is with penalty.

              Let me throw some light into issue; I received a message in my mobile that if I use 1STSTRIKE coupon for my 1st PREPAID/DTH recharge, I would be eligible for 20% cashback.
              Hence please be informed that in the month of September 2016, I did not do any PREPAID or DTH recharge before 30th September 2016.
              The transaction history is attached for you to see clearly.

              All transaction were POSTPAID bill payments.

              And be further informed that the coupon was successfully accepted by Mobikwik; I believe your system is not dumb not to realize that it is not my first recharge. Hence had I dont something incorrect, your system would have prompted me with an error.

              Hope you understand these basic things and do the needful.

                  I did recharge of ₹500 for D2h Videocon by applying promo 13OCT16. The money got deducted but neither recharge happen nor I got the ₹25 cashback. I complained on app itself but didn't get any response. I tried calling them more than 10 times on their customer care num but no response, very horrible service. Kindly sort out this issue on urgent basis. This is not the single issue, there are many other issues pending but please solve this on urgent basis.

                      In February month my mobikwik wallet balance was around 1300 then I book a railway ticket near 19 February. Transection was failed but around 950 rupees was deducted from my account. After this I used remaining balance for recharges which was successful but cashback not received. My 950 rupees was deducted for failed transection and I requested for this 3-4 times but problem not solved. Customer support advice me to contact bank but money was not deducted from bank account, money was deducted from my mobikwik wallet witch was added by me into wallet.
                      Please look into this and solve this problem...

                        Today i tried to add rs 227 to my mobikwik wallet using mobile browser.
                        I got message from my icici bank that the money has been deducted from my bank account. But no money was credited to my mobikwik wallet.
                        I tried calling the customer care but they do not pick calls.
                        There is no response for the ticket raised too.

                            I have booked a bus ticket with pnr ts - mwik34363578uwg for travelling date[protected] from pune to hyderabad through npr express.
                            First of all they haven't provide any bus number and also the contact details available through mobikwik were either out of service or they were not receiving. After waiting for 3 long hours fro 10:55 pm bus, one bus came with name npr express with number - ka51c9735, the conductor refused me to take me into the bus and said ticket is not valid. And then after many attempts i was able to call on one of the number [protected], he accepted that they have misguided us and i ahve all the recording of the interactions available in my phone, i am lodging this complain against mobikwik because they have not shared us with authenticate bus service alongwith contact details and bus number. Also my payment has not been reverted back alongwith other expenditures which i have spent in struggling to reach the bus and my home.

                              Sir i had booked the irctc ticket through mobikwik but my ticket is not book but money is deducted from my account, and after that mobikwik care said to me that money is refund in 24-48 hours but after approx 15 daye money is not refund to me. When i called to mobikwik care no they said all agents are busy, they are not picking my call and not refund my money

                                Hi,

                                I had done mobile recharge worth Rs.300/- using promo code 27SEP16 for the offer 100% cashback. The offer page was saying "There was no upper cap on the cashback amount". However I had received just only Rs.13/- which was expected Rs.300/-. I have attached mobile screen shots of the offer page. Please ask them to credit the remaining amount Rs.287/- as part of assured offer. Thank you.

                                  I am Komal Kedia, resident of Delhi. My complain is about mobikwik.com.
                                  On 27th Sep 2016 I placed an order for food using mobikwik wallet. For that my wallet amount was insufficient so I added approx 122.11 Rs in mobikwik wallet and then proceed to check out. After checkout the food order company declined the payment and credited the 122.11 Rs i mobikwik wallet. Which is immediately showing in wallet history. But not reflecting in total balance. My total balance is Rs 28/- which should be 28+122.11=150.11. Now I tried to contact customer support of Mobikwik many times and tried to call in given contact no. but they are not picking the call, and not processing tickets I have generated. Its not a good company. Earlier also I got msg from mobikwik that my account is going to be closed without any reason, where some balance was still remaining in my wallet. Please provide me the solution.

                                    We purchased renault kwid on..02.2016at the time the complaints were the drop box was not closing and the digital meter is also not showing the curry running as we visited at 1st servicing problem was not solved after repeated calling and followup after six month the date given today on.03.02.2016 so now vehicle is delivered from showroom but the complaint of dropbox meter and chromes are not properly fixed.
