Hi Team,

I Have added 2000 rs in Mobikwik wallet and done one transaction 500. And after that i tried to login into site not able to login and no update on my money. nobody is responding to my calls and mails.

I have called to customer care and not took any action

    My Register mail Id for mobikwik is "[protected]@ymail.com" and Regd no is [protected].

    I did complaint to mobikwik team number of times - " complaint Ticket id : 5251817 "
    i did call 3 times to mobikwik and i do complaint also and i submit my documents also but there is no respond till now.

    Complaint:
    I did booked a bus ticket on 4-Aug-2016 . My Booking Id is " 1LFMUQIKC5Z2V7DS " and PNR is " EH4teaCch7 "
    But on 11-Aug-2016 i got a SMS on my mobile as " your ticket YGT[protected] from rajampet to hyderabad on[protected] has been cancelled. your amount will be refunded." But i didnt get any refund till now. So please check it and do refund to my account as soon as possible.

    2.08.2016 ko hi Maine 500 rs add kiy sbi money bank m transfer karna chaha tho user is disabled batana start kar diya.

      Hi,
      There was some airtel offer for cashback so i tried to do a top up for my mobile phone and i followed all the steps from entering my mobile number, selecting the provider, going through the different plan and then selecting one of them and finally paying the money.
      But rather than my mobile they just recharged my DTH which has the same mobile number registered. I have not provided any detail of my DTH so i am quite sure that took it from their database as i have used mobikwik for my DTH recharge before.

      When i complained they are saying i have recharged a wrong number.

      I want the money back.

        Yesterday (14th Sep 2016) I received a offer from Mobikwik for Dominos which mentioned "upto 100% cashback". I called Mobikwik Customer Care to check if the offer was genuine and what would determine the cash back quantum. Customer Care didnt commit but did mention "upto 100% cash back" based on bill value discount can be between 1% to 100%. I used Dominos website and paid via Mobikwik to avail of the offer. Today I received a cash back worth 7% and was shocked & felt cheated. In normal circumstances getting a 10 to 20% cash back is commonplace in Mobikwik ... here you are expecting much more. This is almost cheating in a way and in many ways misleading since we are dealing online. You cannot make an offer that has no criteria - it is like a lottery. I am not even sure if Mobikwik actually offer 100% cash back to any single customer and if so what was the criteria actually 100% cashback. This type of nonsense and nice way to hoodwink customers must be immediately stopped.

            I had downloaded and doing mobile bill payment using this application first payment as there is discount offer to First time user. I was making payment of vodafone postpaid bill payment..My money transferred from my bank to this company's wallet account and but payment failed..

            I called to customer care and speak about this issue multiple times. one was saying that issue at your operator'e end..So called to vodafone they said there is no issue at our end. so called again to customer care of mobiwink this time they said there is technical problem at their end...They have instantly transferred my money .. Now i don't want to make payment with mobiwink and want to transfer my money.. They are saying they will take 3 to 15 working days and also they will charge 4% of transfer amount...This is clear case of cheating with consumer...They will earn interest of our money by delay in transfer...also charging transfer charge...I am not sure i will receive my money or not as there is no proper response...They are giving false discount coupon which do not work at all and keep money and earn interest.. One should not use this app..

            Please help me and other from this fraud company..

              Order EN[protected]. I want to recharge for Rs 115 full talk time and have opted the same to recharge for my mobile no [protected] but they have given wrong benefit of 250mb Internet data. They have displayed correct information but have given false benefit to me. I called the customer care and asked for the refund but they said you need to contact the operator after recharging and said that they have given me the same plan that I ordered. If I get the right plan why would I complain here. If they don't know the right plans of recharge I tell them not to show it in their plan list. Displaying one information on their plan list and delivery another led to the loss of my money and my valuable time. I need a refund for the transaction that I made as the fault as it their end as they haven't verified plans with the operator and indirectly cheated by delivering wrong recharge. I need a refund for the same

                I have made a payment of 1622 for electricity bill payment on 26 aug 3:18 pm...
                the payment was not updated on biller... i called on 27 aug and 29 aug they tell me it takes 3 to 5 days to get payment updated on biller... then i called on 31 aug and one of thier cs executive had take my complaint and tell me that it will be resolved in 24 hours but 1 sep was the due date and i have to make payment so i again make payment of my bill and i got a stupid reply that about some 264rs bill... now on 5 sep i again called and they assured me that they will give me refund in 24 hours... but no reply... now i called on 9 sep and thier supervisor tushar tell me that they have refunded the payment on 5 sep and i should check my bank statement i checked but i got no money... they tell me to send my bank statement on their mail and do that and got the reply that they have not refunded the payment as it is updated on biller on 1 sep... i again reply them that that is the second transaction which i have made on 1 sep what about my first transaction... they are making me go round and round... please help me...

                  I have tried to add money 2000/- in my wallet on 3rd Sep 2016 using Promo Code '3sep16'... at the last stage of my transaction my mobile app saw that transaction failed and at a same time I received massage from my bank that amount 2000/- is debited from your account... i have complaint about this to mobikwik but they are not responding at all. please help me...

                    I have used mobikwik app. For airtel dth recharge with amount rs444/-. However due to wrong id, recharge not successful and amount come back in my mobikwik wallet. I was raised the request to my amount return in bank account vide request id no. 5272666. I try again the recharge our dth, but i did not get the recharge successfully from airtel dth and mobikwik and i did again talk with mobikwik customer executive. He said to me that your recharge not successful and your wallet balance will be return in 2-3 days, these request not cancelled and please try again. I was 3rd time recharge my dth. It was successful and 2nd time also be successful. So how it is possible that why 2nd at-temptation was recharge successful. So please resolve it and refund my excess recharge amount.

                    Note:- i was talk to airtel dth customer care, he will not refund the same amount.

I am not even allowed to send a complaint to them and nobody is picking up the call on their customer help number. I had money in my wallet and I want my account back.i lodged a complain after 72 hrs as their number was not getting picked up.i having 1000/= rupees in my wallet.Kindly refund the money so that i vll use some other platform for recharge.

                          I had done the transaction from this Mobikwik APP,
                          On dt:15-Aug-2016 time 10.00 Pm,
                          Through my Debit Card / n amount is debited from my Canara Bank Account,
                          Still now the transaction amount is not credited to my Mobikwik App or my postpaid number- [protected],
                          I had to call the Dirty Customer care of Mobikwik, they provided the transaction number that the amount is posted to my mobile number,
                          I had raised a complaint for my payment with IDEA,
                          I had received a confirmation that the payment is not done the transaction is false.
                          Still today the payment is not get posted nor the Mobikwik Team is not bothered to credit to my Wallet atleast.
                          This is the dirty I had ever seen this kind of fraud APP-MOBIKWIK.

                            I am using mobikiwik a/c at last 2years. But first time iam faceing problem it was login problem. I was trying to login number of times mobikwik account shows user is disable, , , , in my account their is 248 rs in it.                                 Sir, It is to submit that I (TK Sharma) am a regular user of Mobikwik. But last 2-3 days I am not able to login my mobikwik wallet vide user id [protected]@gmail.com . I registered my request online at mobikwik support desk but no positive response received till hour. I have an amount of Rs.1173/- balance in my mobikwik wallet. I have much need of money to recharge my mobile but I am unble to get back that balance. your good self is requested to look into the matter why mobikwik is harrasing customers.                                     My account [protected]@gmail.com has been disabled on mobikwik for no reason of my notice. I was trying to sign in but my system got crashed and when i tried to open it from another system, it started popping the message that my account is disabled. I am not even allowed to send a complaint to them and nobody is picking up the call on their customer help number. I had money in my wallet and i want my account back!

                                    I can't mail them because disabled accounts are not allowed to mail for help too. Customer care NEVER picks up the call.

                                      My account has been disabled. I didn't receive my otp so i resent it 3-4 times so they disabled my account i had 650rs in my wallet. I'm using mobiwiki for first time. This is really bad es for me. I won't suggest mobiwiki to my friends. Its not user friendly unless you care about customer and respond to them. Please solve this problem. Reactivate my account.

                                        My account with email [protected]@gmail.com is disabled due to login 2-3 times with wrong password.I am having some money in my account.Either activate it within 24hours or I will file a case against your company.really It sounds too irritating where you were going to recharge your phone and it says user is disabled.you are not allowed to do so till we are having money in it.
