My Mobile No. [protected] (Postpaid)
I had done the transaction from this Mobikwik APP,
On dt:15-Aug-2016 time 10.00 Pm,
Through my Debit Card / n amount is debited from my Canara Bank Account,
Still now the transaction amount is not credited to my Mobikwik App or my postpaid number- [protected],
I had to call the Dirty Customer care of Mobikwik, they provided the transaction number that the amount is posted to my mobile number,
I had raised a complaint for my payment with IDEA,
I had received a confirmation that the payment is not done the transaction is false.
Still today the payment is not get posted nor the Mobikwik Team is not bothered to credit to my Wallet atleast.
This is the dirty I had ever seen this kind of fraud APP-MOBIKWIK.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But in your account it is not showing
Pls refund or add the ammount in .my account
