I am not able to access my mobikwik account via phone or computer. When i try to login it says user is disabled. I have tried to access the account via computer actually multiple computers and even tried different browsers but not getting through the login page. I tried reinstalling the app but same issue. I was just filling passenger details and without confirming the deducted my payments directly. I stay in ahmedabad but they issued ticket from gandhinagar.
