There is balance in my account. But my attempts to recharge failed for the last 2 months. Now I find that my account is disabled. I tried to contact your number several times but was irritated to hear the recorded reply. I think that Mobikwik is cheating its customers.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My id is ratheesh.[protected]@gmail.com. It was blocked a month ago and even after multiple complaints no action has been taken. Please help.

      I had received notification on 27th september from mobikwik of 100 % cashback of money on recharge and other services So made a recharge of Rs 500 on my MTNL number i.e [protected] and other transaction detail are in picture and i only received only Rs 12 i have proof regarding scheme i had taken screenshot and i suppose to recieve Rs 500 in form of cash back
      I hope that my problem case will resovle as soon as possible

        My wallet refund is not reflecting correctly, it should be 179.10 but is showing lower. my entire credit back from eBay is not showing in mobikwik, why?

        .so mobikwik cheats in paise to accumulate cores of money as cheat collecting my fooling customers so that customers do not object to cheat in paise and you silently run your business..
        I want to initiate a transaction which will require 179.10 so complete the amount.
        Today my eBay transaction failed just due to stealing of money from my wallet which is showing lesser. Whether it is rupees or paisa, theft is a theft.

            DEAR TEAM,

            I need to recharge my DTH only once yesterday but due to mobikwik site issue same was not reflected yesterday & the amount deducted by 4 times i.e 250 * 4 = 1000 from my mobikwik wallet,

            This was very bad experience with mobikwik first time.

            So, kindly refund my 3 times amount deducted i.e 3* 250 = 750 & only once be retained for the one month recharge only.

            Kindly do the needful & confirm .

              I have created a account in mobiwik and i have added money in to my wallet of rs 107 but i could not able to recharge my mobile as i did not added primary number in my settings as i am trying to add primary number to my account settings the account is not responding and it is continuously showing that "something went wrong". So please fix the problem as soon as possible.

                Sir i recharged with reliance gsm(mob no.[protected]) with rs 74 on 26 sep 16 in the morning around 3 to 4 am.money hasbeen deducted from my wallet but recharge not done.same problem complain from mobikwik app but not satesfactory answer.
                So sir early solve my problem and add 74 rs in my wallet or recharged with rs 74.otherwise i will take higher action of this company thanku...

                  Please issue my full refund of 5630 which I received from jabong to mobikwik wallet. Only 2532 has been refunded to source account. I have been struggling and contacting mobikwik team from 1 week they are not taking any action. They are closing the ticket stating amount of 2352 is refunded. Who will pay remaining amount. Mobikwik is pathetic wallet all vendors should remove as payment gateway.

                  I called them up many times. They won't connect only to customer care executive

                  Please help me to get my refund from mobikwik

                      My mobiwik account is disable from last one month. i forgot my password so i resend the otp. even after i re register my password its still saying user is disable .I really liked movie in account.I used to recommend this apps to everyone.ifrom the day I started using it I was very satisfied.I used many other recharging apps too but I uninstalled them nd used only movie in.                         I lost a good deal with ebay as i tried buying a computer speaker from ebay, but i made mistake of paying ebay through mobikwik wallet as my payment of 179.1 from my mobikwik wallet ac [protected]@gmail.com,
                        As my wallet is debited by 179.1 by mobikwik, without making payment to ebay.. i missed my deal from ebay and all this happened.

                        I will be really careful and never prefer mobikwik again.

                          With bus ticket booked by mobikwik i went to boarding point and called the no given menioned on ticket than he gave me driver's no than he told me there is no booking o[censored], again I called the operator he has give me different no again and told me get in touch with driver theni reached to bus as guided by driver.. but when he checked my ticket he told me for there is no booking o[censored].than i called the operator again..and he gave me another bus operator no, ..this thing happened 4 times and wasted my 2 hours at kaushabhi metro station indian oil pump...after that at 11:00 operator gave me no of Ravinder..and I went to bud of Rana transport... He provided me seat after many calls here as well..but this bus is nothing for me.almost dead, , ..very poor seat almost damaged and no AC in ths bus...driver was also very rude ...I asked many times to change my seat or on the AC but nothing was happen ed...however I paid for semi sleeper AC bus. after driver told me yahi service hai jana hai jao warna utar jao...this totally fraud service ...please reverse my all money along with compensation for trouble...
                          i have many times write to mobikwik but not geteting the peoper response from them. they are telling me to get in touch with bus operator not sure thwy are telling this if my money was taken by mobikwik he shloud be responsible for this.

                          as per consumer i haveright to receive the service for what i paid. which is not done in this case.

                                I did complaint to mobikwik team number of times - " complaint Ticket id : 5251817 "
                                i did call 3 times to mobikwik and i do complaint also and i submit my documents also but there is no respond till now.

                                Complaint:
                                I did booked a bus ticket on 4-Aug-2016 . My Booking Id is " 1LFMUQIKC5Z2V7DS " and PNR is " EH4teaCch7 "
                                But on 11-Aug-2016 i got a SMS on my mobile as " your ticket YGT[protected] from rajampet to hyderabad on[protected] has been cancelled. your amount will be refunded." But i didnt get any refund till now. So please check it and do refund to my account as soon as possible.

                                  There was some airtel offer for cashback so i tried to do a top up for my mobile phone and i followed all the steps from entering my mobile number, selecting the provider, going through the different plan and then selecting one of them and finally paying the money.
                                  But rather than my mobile they just recharged my DTH which has the same mobile number registered. I have not provided any detail of my DTH so i am quite sure that took it from their database as i have used mobikwik for my DTH recharge before.

                                  When i complained they are saying i have recharged a wrong number.

                                  I want the money back.

                                    Yesterday (14th Sep 2016) I received a offer from Mobikwik for Dominos which mentioned "upto 100% cashback". I called Mobikwik Customer Care to check if the offer was genuine and what would determine the cash back quantum. Customer Care didnt commit but did mention "upto 100% cash back" based on bill value discount can be between 1% to 100%. I used Dominos website and paid via Mobikwik to avail of the offer. Today I received a cash back worth 7% and was shocked & felt cheated. In normal circumstances getting a 10 to 20% cash back is commonplace in Mobikwik ... here you are expecting much more. This is almost cheating in a way and in many ways misleading since we are dealing online. You cannot make an offer that has no criteria - it is like a lottery. I am not even sure if Mobikwik actually offer 100% cash back to any single customer and if so what was the criteria actually 100% cashback. This type of nonsense and nice way to hoodwink customers must be immediately stopped.

                                        I had downloaded and doing mobile bill payment using this application first payment as there is discount offer to First time user. I was making payment of vodafone postpaid bill payment..My money transferred from my bank to this company's wallet account and but payment failed..

                                        I called to customer care and speak about this issue multiple times. one was saying that issue at your operator'e end..So called to vodafone they said there is no issue at our end. so called again to customer care of mobiwink this time they said there is technical problem at their end...They have instantly transferred my money .. Now i don't want to make payment with mobiwink and want to transfer my money.. They are saying they will take 3 to 15 working days and also they will charge 4% of transfer amount...This is clear case of cheating with consumer...They will earn interest of our money by delay in transfer...also charging transfer charge...I am not sure i will receive my money or not as there is no proper response...They are giving false discount coupon which do not work at all and keep money and earn interest.. One should not use this app..
