    I booked bus ticket on 28 jun 2016 with transaction id: 44m6jok2eejfveyq|aq0ewaxjc6 of amount rs 912. As per www.mobikwik.com offer rs200 cash back on transaction amount rs 500 and above. Cash back will be credited within 7 working day from date of travel. Now 20 working day completed but i not get any refund. Please credit my rs 200 cash back as earliest.

    I write two time to customer and i get following answer. "namaste! We understand your concern regarding bus ticket cash back. Apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you for being a valued mobikwik customer. Regards mobikwik team"

    I called up customer care and they give compliant number 5168116 but not resolved

    But till date i dont get cash back of rs200

I have mobikwik account and i used mobikwik wallet from long time but on 30th july 2016 i found one mail regarding change of my mobile number and after 5-10 minute i got mail regarding one transaction of rs 500/-. I immediately called customer care and they block my account and they gave me assurance that the amount will be refunded within 48 hrs. But today 2nd aug again they call me that this fraud will happen because you share your account detail with someone. How will i share my account detail with anyone? And why?
          How my primary number was changed without my permission? Please take appropriate action against mobikwik...

            Mobikwik is nowadays getting worse as because people is now migrating to paytm. Users love to get offers for recharges which Mobikwik was not able to provide. So their active users were decreasing day by day.

            So they started blocking the accounts o[censored]sers who use mobikwik eventually and having money in their account. Mobikwik demanded self attested documents for the account verification.

            The giant site PAYTM offers us some deals for KYC Verification but this CHEAP company Mobikwik is doing this things for collecting our documents.

            How we can trust this Cheap and Fake Site and submit our documents??

            This doesn't happen with me only, When you will see Mobikwik Facebook Page, Then you will get to see, All users comments their bad experience in Mobikwik even some abuses them.

But still I did not get any cash back. I have talked your customer care and she told me that there is no offer like that, i shocked . In the invoice there is proper mentioned about offer.

                I have a account in mobikwik, I have done a recharge on mobile through mobikwik on[protected] for rs. 130 and rs.179 . The balance got deducted from my bank account but my recharge was not done. So, I waited whole day . but my recharge was not done. so, I thought that i will get refunded within 2-3 days . but that also not happen . So, compliant them about this at their website and also called their customer care and told it, they said me that it will get refunded within a week . after 2 week, I tried to login but it shows that your user is disabled. So, I called the customer care and compliant about this, but they said that their system is not working, So, called after 3-4 hours after. but, after that my call is getting disconnect automatically . try after so many times and tried every possible way . Now, I am writing here. So, please see my compliant.

                        As i booked the bus ticket for indore to mumbai form raj ratan travelers than i cancelled it again within 18 hrs and as per the policy terms mentioned in the site, you have to refund me the full amount but the amount which i received was not full, mobiwik deduct some amount.

                          In august of 2015 i bought a ms lumia 640 ds which came with an offer from mobikwik.
                          As per offer the user would get 3600 rupees cashback, where a user could redeem this offer on a monthly basis by adding 300 or more in his wallet through debit/credit card and he would get a 300 rupees cashback. this could be done for 12 months.
                          Tempted by the offer i registered myself as a user on mobikwik app and was able to avail the offer for the first month ie; in august.
                          During next month (nov) when i tried to redeem this offer the app rejected the code calling it invalid. i generated a ticket with their support system on the app itself.
                          A few days later i get a reply saying that they are facing some technical glitch and that i should try login in again after some time.
                          And i did so.
                          But the issue prevailed.
                          Again i reported the issue. this time after almost a month later they answered me. they said that i am not eligible for the offer for so and so reason (please see the screenshots). one of the reasons being fraudulent activity.
                          To be honest i didn't even noticed until a few weeks ago. when i came across this message i was appalled by their reply.instead of clearing out the issue they are putting all the blame on me.
                          Although i am totally eligible for the offer but even if i'm not they should provide a legitimate reason for the same.
                          This issue is not of money i didn't get. it's about duping people. luring them with lucrative offers and then not delivering and above all blaming them for their denseness in believing in you and your offers.
                          Although i'm not sure if this issue will be heard but still for reference i'll be dropping my ticket number and some screenshots.

                            I recharged my wallet with 550 but i cant see it when i log in to my account to book bus ticket on my friend's advice. But it landed on some error page like some thing went wrong. I called customer care immediately and explained about the issue they said they will provide a solution within 2 hours which is nothing. He said that you will get the money back within 2 hours but still i didn't get it. Since then i was calling them they simply ask my details every time i call them. They dont provide any tracking number for our complaints so we need to spend 20 mins to explain about our problem every time. Paytm is really better than this and it was my mistake to choose mobikwik over it, will never use this in my life time and wont recommend to my friends circle for sure as my stupid friend did to help them not getting under unwanted situations like this.

                              Booked a bus ticket through mobikwik app. On cancellation of the same i did not receive the refund amount.
                              I have raised the issue through their app but they have failed to refund my amount back.
                              They keep asking me the details which i have already shared.
                              They tell they have not received any confirmation on cancellation of the ticket, which I have the sms.I have also shared the sms with them but still no response.

                              beside this complaint, I had raised the issue on all social forums including Google Play store, twitter, Facebook !! There was also a ticket raised against this issue through their app, which finally helped me to get my refund. I also threatened them for consumer court proceedings, but i am not sure if that helped.All in all I got the refund from them and I am happy. Thank You, Cheers !!! CYA

                                I purchased microsoft lumia 640 with mobikwik offer of rs.300 per month for 12 months. but, after 5 months it has stopped giving cashback. i have raised the complaint through the customer support, but, issue is not solved.

                                It says that offer is no longer valid for me.

                                But, in the terms and condition of the offer page there was no statement stating that mobikwik have the right to cancel the offer.
                                Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Mobikwik website shows offers for all user and when we use the offer it says that offer is applicable for only selected user.

                                It always advertises attractive offers and not actually allowing to use.

                                It never says that it is only for selected users in the offer page, or in terms and condition. And only notifies at the payment stage.

                                This is deriving people to do the payment without the any offer. Thus it cheating people using fake offer.

                                I believe that we have right to get the offer if, the terms and conditions or the offer in the advertisement does not mention that it is not applicable for me.

                                For example, the monsoon offer does not mention anything about applicable users but only at the payment stage it says not applicable for me.
                                This same thing happened to me as well. But in my case they refused the cashback offer just after first month. The second time I tried to avail the offer it would reject the code calling it invalid.
                                Raised the issue with support and they said that they are facing a technical glitch and I should try login again after some time. But it never works. Second time I reported this issue I got a reply that after almost a month. To be honest I didn't even noticed.
                                But recently when I came across their reply I was shocked to see their statement. Instead of clearing out they said that I was not eligible for the offer and to read the terms and conditions. Instead of pointing out the exact issue they gave me a bunch of reasons, one of them being fraudulent activity.
                                Like I care about their 300 rupees. But I was taken aback by their level of incompetency and themselves providing fraudulent offers. It's not about 300 rupees, it's about making fraud promises to lure in customers and then dumping them on their butts.
                                This offer was said to be monthly for 12 months available for users registered from aug-nov 2015.
                                I'll be dropping my ticket number at the end just in case anyone from mobikwik is interested in actually helping out their customers.

                                  I've had 2 instances where I received cash back (promotion), confirmed via email and my balance is still 0. One was a Myntra order cash back txn ref : 532d09c835f76 on 05 July 2016 and the other ticketsnew cash back txn ref : 535o34efc3897 on 11 June 2016. I am awaiting mobikwik to respond and Im very disappointed with your unprofessional approach.

                                      I have transferred 200 rs two times..means 400 rs..bt i did not get the amount in mobikwik wallet...bank is also teing that they have transfered the the amount to mobikwik...

                                        I am reposting the same complaints, mistakenly i had change the complaint status as 'resolved'.. But the truth is, at 29th of june i filed a complaint but till now i didn't get a single message from mobikwik.. What i should do now??
                                        My name is priya mooventhan. I did my mobile reacharge through mobikwik app in my mobile (28.06.2016). To the airtel number, but i didn't encounter my balance being updated... I have complained twice, filled two ticket complaints to the mobikwik help line. But till now there is no reply. I need my money or recharge to be done.. My invoice order number is en[protected] for amount 145 and en[protected] for amount 230..

                                        I was using Mobikwik for a few months and I have faced the same problem twice. The money from my bank account was debited but I did not receive the balance in my phone. I called their customer care 4 times, but they did not help me. I am still following up with them for my refund. Off late, I have switched to this app known as Bill Bachao. It is really good. With this app, I can instantly recharge my phone. The amount gets credited in my phone's account within a few minutes. So far, I have never faced any issue with this app. The added benefit o[censored]sing this app is that you get cashback.
