MYself Dipesh pagar have transferred rs 250 on mobikwik wallet but the money is not added to my wallet and the money from my bank of india account is deducted.i am trying to call to call the mobikwik customer care but they do not respond to my call.so please respond to my greviance.i have used the code MOBFEB6CULLKG for recharge which was send by the mobikwik comany.
I have not received any confirmation from the mobikwik about the recharge nor during recharge nor on my mobile.

      When i use LUM300 for 300 cashback in feb is display use code used in jan. when i used that code it always show technical downtime try after some time since last 4 days.

      what should i do?

        Dear sir /mam,
        Iam hemant on 15 feb 2016 i did some transactions mobiwik a/c credit balance details
        Transaction type credit to wallet
        Transaction id 52bc0f64cada1

        1. Irctc ticket book using mobikwik app ; but did not get any cash back.
        Transaction id [protected]

        2.Then i top up my reliance mobile no :- [protected] ; of 70 rs (Seventy rupee) with mobikwik wallet balance . And balance of mobikwik reducted but did not get any top up balance.

        Transaction id rbl[protected]

        3. Then again i did the recharge of ten rupee *(10 rupee) again (Mob.No:-[protected] )same thing happens balance reducted from mobikwik wallet but do not get any top up balance .
        Transaction id rbl[protected]

        4. Also use the codes valentine on 15th feb 2016 for 20% cash back from 70 rs top up and 20% from 10 rs top up but not get anycashback balance also.

        ** total loss of 80 rs main balance from mobikwik wallet + 50 rs cash back of irctc cashback benefit + 20 % cash back benefit of (70 rs + 10 rs) top up = 146 rs (Total loss)


        I get very bad experience with this mobikwik app . Never expect from such apps..

            I had booked movie tickets from bookmyshow for rs. 540/- and paid them through mobikwik gateway on[protected].

            I was supposed to get back a cash back of rs. 54/-.(ie. 10%) however they did not provided me although i was eligible due to their offer.

            I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM MOBIKWIK. EVEN THEY HAVE STOPPED TAKING ANY MORE REQUESTS FROM ME FOR COMPLAINS.

              My account is block please re activated account it is showing user disable . Already i have been complaining from a week still its you not able to solve. I Completely rely on mobikwik not able to recharge because of it.                       Its been about a month that i'm trying to explain that i'm not talking about the transaction done on 26January.
                      Rather i'm talking about the transaction i made on 25th January and you are right sir that this transaction is not even seen in your transaction history, so there is no transaction id...

                      But the said money has been deducted from my account and has not been refunded back.

                      Kindly see my bank statement which im adding as an attachment...
                      1. You can see that an amount of 847 has been deducted from my account on 25th as well as 26th.

                      2. Transaction made on 26th got successful.
                      That made on 25th got lost in the gateway.

                      3. Kindly inform my bank that u have not recieved the money on 25th.
                      As my bank enquired from you and you have replied that the issue is settled.

                      But sir settled transaction was made on 26th but that made on 25th january got lost in the gateway.

                      Hope you will understand the matter and solve this 25th and 26th january confusion.

                              on 31st Jan 2016 I tried to recharge my phone of worth 196Rs on my vodafone no [protected] through the recharge website Mobikwik, For this i done the payment through my PNB bank account, Ac no [protected] after paying 196Rs from this account I got the notification for the deducted amount from PNB by SMS but no recharge has been sent by MobiKwik and After than I registered a complain in mobikwik site to return my money but no response i got Sir I want my money back as no recharge has been done by MobiKwik please resolve my issue soon.

                                  I have made a transaction on mobikwik on 26th january, 2016 for which they were running offer "15% cashback when you purchase from Myntra". But after my purchase, Mobikwik denied that they were not running any such offers. I have attached screenshot of their app describing this offer. When i try to contact them I did not get any satisfactory answer.

                                    I tried to add Rs 1000/- to my Mobikwik wallet on 14th Jan 2016. The money was deducted from my PNB account, however it was not added to my Mobikwik wallet. Since then I have tried to claim my money back in every possible way but there is no appropriate response from the Mobikwik team. I have raised a few emails which they have totally ignored and have called the customer care at least a 1000 times but they also are not ready to help. They are saying that they have not received the payment however I have confirmed it with my Bank and they have given me screeshots of the transaction as a proof in which it is quite clear that the amount has been received by Mobikwik and it has been settled on their part, yet I have not received any refund. neither in my Mobikwik wallet nor in my Bank account. This kind of a deed is a sheer disgrace to the online merchandising world and this fraudulent intention of a registered Wallet App is a shameful act on their part. On top of it, they are totally neglecting the queries I have been continuously making for about a month now. Can someone please advise how can I claim back my refund now?

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Refer my discussion with mobikwik customer care & ticket raised as mentioned above, I realised that you have simply swiped my money Rs.2293.87 in your wallet. I realised this when I was trying to make a payment at Big Bazaar outlet on 6th Feb. Later when I checked my January16 statement, I found that you have made my balance as zero.

                                      I cross-checked my transaction history after downloading from mobikwik portal. This clearly shows that since my account opening, there are credit entries of Rs.21060.75 and debit entries of Rs.18766.88. This again confirmed that Rs.2293.87 just disappeared from my account.

                                      I am raising this from 6th Feb and no body bothered to reply. I was not expecting this from a company of your repute. Please return this immediately in my wallet as already enough time passed for you to act.
