I have raised this as complaint and they mentioned that they added the money already and till now it is not reflecting. Please do the favour

      Dear Sir
      on 31st Jan 2016 I tried to recharge my phone of worth 196Rs on my vodafone no [protected] through the recharge website Mobikwik, For this i done the payment through my PNB bank account, Ac no [protected] after paying 196Rs from this account I got the notification for the deducted amount from PNB by SMS but no recharge has been sent by MobiKwik and After than I registered a complain in mobikwik site to return my money but no response i got Sir I want my money back as no recharge has been done by MobiKwik please resolve my issue soon.

        Balance deducted from Bank for
        Rs 177 but not recharged on [protected].
        I made repeated requests to customer care of mibiwik but till now no return was given to me .Last time they deducted rs 20 but didn't return .

          I have made a transaction on mobikwik on 26th january, 2016 for which they were running offer "15% cashback when you purchase from Myntra". But after my purchase, Mobikwik denied that they were not running any such offers. I have attached screenshot of their app describing this offer. When i try to contact them I did not get any satisfactory answer.

            I tried to add Rs 1000/- to my Mobikwik wallet on 14th Jan 2016. The money was deducted from my PNB account, however it was not added to my Mobikwik wallet. Since then I have tried to claim my money back in every possible way but there is no appropriate response from the Mobikwik team. I have raised a few emails which they have totally ignored and have called the customer care at least a 1000 times but they also are not ready to help. They are saying that they have not received the payment however I have confirmed it with my Bank and they have given me screeshots of the transaction as a proof in which it is quite clear that the amount has been received by Mobikwik and it has been settled on their part, yet I have not received any refund. neither in my Mobikwik wallet nor in my Bank account. This kind of a deed is a sheer disgrace to the online merchandising world and this fraudulent intention of a registered Wallet App is a shameful act on their part. On top of it, they are totally neglecting the queries I have been continuously making for about a month now. Can someone please advise how can I claim back my refund now?

              Dear Sir,

              Refer my discussion with mobikwik customer care & ticket raised as mentioned above, I realised that you have simply swiped my money Rs.2293.87 in your wallet. I realised this when I was trying to make a payment at Big Bazaar outlet on 6th Feb. Later when I checked my January16 statement, I found that you have made my balance as zero.

              I cross-checked my transaction history after downloading from mobikwik portal. This clearly shows that since my account opening, there are credit entries of Rs.21060.75 and debit entries of Rs.18766.88. This again confirmed that Rs.2293.87 just disappeared from my account.

              I am raising this from 6th Feb and no body bothered to reply. I was not expecting this from a company of your repute. Please return this immediately in my wallet as already enough time passed for you to act.

              Please respond immediately.

                Had done online shopping worth Rs. 786/-. But after the transaction process it showed a blank screen and no confirmation of the shopping was sent. Whereas as per the bank, money was already deducted from the account.

                Now since then i have called mobikwik regarding the same, even raised a ticket, even sent proof of money gone into their accounts but they are not refunding the amount to me..

                Every time i call mobikwik it is either busy or else they say that they'll refund the money asap but no action has been taken. its been a month now.

                Please help asap.

                  I am Saurabh Singh and i had done 2 transaction on 14 Jan of rs 255 each and it was debited from my debit card but not updated to my wallet and i had filled a ticket also on 27jan and they said update your pass book and i had done that its showing money is not credited back now its 9feb i had launched a ticket again and they are not responding more than that their customer care numbers are also not working.

                    for any transaction, i will receive OTP or My protected password all the online transaction. But for this Mobikwik i have make any payment and it is updated within my current statement with multiple transactions. I have requested HDFC with filled CDF form and do the needful.

                      Today 09/02/2015, I created my account on mobikwik .. the offer was to get recharge 500 and get 20% cash back (100RS) for new user. I called customer care to about cash back but they said you will get only 50 Rs.

                      Till now if you go on mobile website offer is still showing 20% cash back.

                          Dear Mobikwik Team,

                          Please kindly look at the matter my wallet balance is missing Rs 1400+ on 29thJan to till date I had raised many complaints on your Mobikwik app help still not take any action about my wallet balance complaint, I am getting very tired, I feel very bad about used Mobikwik app, I am using more than a year but still I am facing lot a problem about your irritated customer carying zero service, It is like what ???

                            Respected sir/madam, As i am going to inform you that i did purchase on shopclues on 6th feb 2016 for Rs.1048 using mobikwik wallet in that wallet they said that buy for Rs.999 or above get RS.300 cashback using coupon but at the time of clicking to pay using mobikwik wallet there will be coupon option available that is not displayed suddenly payment successful so i thought that they cheating me i giving complaint in wallet using help they saying u have to apply coupon so only applicable, i want 300 rupees cashback what they displayed in wallet.

                                Mobikwik P2P transaction[protected] for Rs 2500.

                                I tried to add Rs 1950 to my account to receive Rs 2016 cashback. Payment was unsuccessful for 7-8 times, then it was successful once. But after few minutes, Rs 1950 was added 3 times in my wallet which clearly was your fault and I did not intend to do so. So, I contacted mobikwik support team to revert Rs[protected]*2) to my bank account but they told me that I need to do it myself and will have to pay 4% charge to mobikwik (max Rs 500 per transfer). I refused to pay 4% as it was not my fault that money was added. After refusal, they did not reply back to my query. Finally, I gave up and transferred Rs 2500 to another account which belongs to my brother. After a few days, this money was deducted for 'some unknown suspicious activity' and the account was blocked.After an email, they activated that account but his wallet balance was Rs 0 instead of Rs 2500+ . Now, after a series of email and alert tickets, there is no response to both the accounts. There are some open tickets for so long.

                                  I used mobikwik wallet to do transaction on purplle.com and all three transactions failed..I made a complaint and got refund for only two and mobikwik is not refunding the third payment..have spoken as well as mailed them a lot of times but of no use. They are a big time cheat and I have all the proofs for debits and credits with me.

                                        I had purchased a Microsoft Lumia phone. While buying, Microsoft and Mobikwik advertised their offer of Cash back every month for 12months of INR 300 on adding wallet balance of INR 300.
                                        I got the said offer for the first 3months with continuous issues on Mobikwik’s side with respect to the code.
                                        They also gave me temporary code for a month and manually added the cash back for another month.
                                        Now, they asked me to add the minimum amount for the cash back and said that there are having issue with the code and would manually add it, however after adding the amount, now Mobikwik is refusing to honor the code and the Customer care representatives only keep pasting the Terms and conditions in the Ticket that states the below:
                                        “Namaste!
                                        We understand that you are unable to use Promo Code LUM300.
                                        Apologies for the inconvenience.
                                        As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the MobiKwik system. During a recent screening, we detected suspicious activity in your account which amounts to violation of our Policies, Terms and Conditions.
                                        Please be informed that after the device id check we found that you are not eligible, due to the below mentioned reasons:-
                                        1. Using same Device for multiple MobiKwik accounts.
                                        2. Using same Card on multiple MobiKwik accounts.
                                        3. Not availed the offer within the offer period Aug-Nov15.
                                        4. Have taken it more than once in a previous months by any fraudulent activities.
                                        5. Taken it on a different device than the eligible ones.
                                        So you are not eligible and we can not provide you the benefit of the offer.
                                        Moreover we will not be able to help you in this same concern.

                                        I’ve availed the offer fair and square. The account is used only on the Lumia device and so is the debit card! However the support at MobiKwik seems to just want to do away with the offer and would give any reason for it.
                                        How do I escalate this to MobiKwik and also get this noticed to Microsoft! Microsoft also should know that their partners are not fulfilling their commitments
