I purchased 2 items from Myntra, A shirt and A jeans for Rs 1452/- out of which my Jeans costed Rs 753/-
The whole amount of Rs 1452/- was paid through MobiKwik Zip Facility.
After receiving the products I returned my Jeans worth Rs 753/- and Myntra successfully processed my refund with Bank Reference no[protected] but this amount never reflected in my Mobikwik Zip Wallet or Normal Mobikwik Wallet. It has been more than 10 days now since the refund was processed by Myntra but no actions have been taken by Mobikwik.
Even they never pick up their customer center calls, I have tried many a times.

Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Not used zip account money but automatic debited in my zip account Rs 500 rupees 4time. 2 time refund my auto debited money but didn't 2 time refund my money . translation show zip account history but didn't show mobikwik translation history date 27 August 2022 time 9.16am pls help me sir refund my money 😭😭 register mobile number [protected]

        Sir, I ordered on myntra by using mobikwik zip pay later amount Rs 1198 on 3rd Aug 2022. And I returned this order on 20 Aug on myntra and refund processed by myntra on 24 Aug and my myntra application is showing refund credited instantly in my mobikwik bank account .But I haven't received any refund in my mobikwik account. No history of transaction is showing in mobikwik app. Myntra gave me a ARN number for this checking. ARN number is[protected]. Please help me I want my money.

          Mobikwik xtra

          Money added in mobikwik xtra but it is not reflecting in the app. Whereas the amount has been debited from my bank. Even the transaction is not shown in the transaction history. This is a serious issue as mobikwik is not even acknowledging the transaction as failed transaction....

          Hi,

          I had made payment to myntra for placing a order by adding my wallet in MobiKwik. Since I returned the product Myntra has refunded back the amount successfully but the amount is neither reflecting in bank account nor in MobiKwik wallet.

          Please do the needful to sort out this issue at an early.

              I had ordered a product from Daily Objects on 24th Aug with order id[protected] and cancelled it later. I had paid using Mobikwik. The amount was 1999. The merchant rolled back the refund on 24th Aug itself but Mobikwik is not crediting back the amount to my bank amount. I'm trying to connect with Mobikwik helpline and noone is helping out. I'm herewith attaching the screenshots of mail from merchant and mobikwik transactions for your perusal.

                I Ordered on myntra my using Mobikwik Wallet for the amount of 1971/- ( Order ID : [# 1212068 [protected] ) . I cancelled that order to buy diffrent products. The refund amount credited to Mobikwiks bank account from myntra side instantly (1 day ago). But till now mobikwik not updated my wallet balance . Also my 1971/- is not listed in Mobikwik 's any of transaction section to approach help . Raised a complaint by using deposited 1971/- transaction, for that too they not given any respond. am planned for tour, that's why am make this purshase. But still my money stucked in Mobikwik side, can't order another product due to this.

                  I ordered the product from myntra through mobikwik and after cancellation myntra successfully initiated the refund but I haven't received refund yet...

                    I was transact rent pay by zip paylater sum of nine thousand five hundred and service charge two hundred twenty four rupees dated 20 august 2022 time 06:48 pm but my transaction is showing pending and amount is debited so i was send request for solution and relaxe but my transaction is showing pending and amount is useless after two days then i was repeated request regularly for solution but no any action is taken by mobikwik system and this problem is still pending till now. What i do against mobikwik.

                      Sir mene 8500 ka loan liya tha mere business m loss hone ke karan or medical emergency k karan payments nhi kar paya to mobikwik ke recovery agents mere contacts par call karke unse jhut bol rahe hai ke mene unka no mene diya hai recovery ke liye mere father mother ko call kar rhe hai unko Dara rahe hai.harresment kar rhe hai mere pass jese he paise ayenge mai payment kar dunga so please help me

                            I have ordered a shoe from myntra and paid through MobiKwik and then I have returned the shoes and Myntra people have gives me the reference number of the refund but in MobiKwik it’s not reflecting as it’s been already 12 days and when I’m calling MobiKwik customer care there is no response from them kindly help me with this issue as the amount is a bit high of 14635rs

                              I have tried to order french collection watch through Mobikwik from Myntra... money has been deducted and no roder is placed in Myntra...even I have confirmed this from Myntra, Myntra says it didn't receive payment due to gateway failure...
                              Still i didn't get the money back into Mobikwik wallet..

                                Had done transaction of rs 10997 to Myntra from my mobikwik wallet on 12th Aug. Transaction ID [protected]. This failed and I raised ticket 26354839 on 12th itself. No refund was done after calling customer care multiple times
                                On 20th I was asked to submit a confirmation from myntra stating payment was failed.

                                I uploaded the confirmation on 20th aug itself and I was told that amount would be refunded within 48 hours but max 7 days. Today is 7th day and still my amount is not refunded.

                                The most frustrating part of my ordeal is that, it is extremely difficult to reach mobikwik customer care support, Every time I have to wait min 20 mins to get customer care executive and sometimes they disconnect call.

                                Even getting via chat is impossible as they don't allow me enter any text. I have attached images on this behavior below.

                                I even tried reaching to Mobikwik via twitter but no avalil.

                                I am losing hope that my money will ever be refunded and I am doubting Mobikwik integrity.

                                Having really tough time getting a response back from customer care. Despite of raising the issue on 12th Aug issue has not been resolved yet even I have not received any communication back from mobikwik.

                                Mobikwik has put my ticket on hold, as a result of this I am not able to communicate via my ticket that renders Mobikwik help completely useless.

                                I have tried reaching to them on social media platform there also I am not getting any response.

                                That leaves me with only one option, to call there customer care number. Here my real orders begins here is by date descriptions of my conversation with mobikwik.

                                13th Aug
                                Tried calling them 10 times, was successful once with wait time of 30 mins. I was assured that ticket had been raised and I will get resolution within 48 to 72 hours.

                                16th Aug

                                Tried calling them 15 times, was partially successful 3 thrice as my call was cut abruptly all 3 times, At last was I was successful at 6:34 PM I had to wait for 37 minutes to get an update. I was told that sir as there was holidays in between please give us 72 more hours. I thought it was genuine reason and I agreed.

                                20th Aug

                                Tried calling Mobikwik 16 times again 4 times call gets disconnected between conversation, finally managed to talk to customer care executive after waiting for 28 mins. I was told to give a screen shot from myntra stating that transaction has failed on my ticket, When I told that i cannot write anything in my ticket They removed the hold from my ticket and I uploaded the screenshot in my ticket.
                                Then I was told that it will be resolved in 7days i.e latest by 26th aug. I agreed to that time line as well.

                                26th Aug

                                I had a conversation with Mobikwik customer care (Now I was getting worried and started noting names of customer care executives) . Now Rishabh (Customer care) promised me that I will get the refund within 1 hour or atleast I will get a call within 1 hours and meanwhile he is escalating this issue.

                                27th Aug

                                Tried calling Mobikwik 6 times, on 6th attempt was able to talk to Customer care executive Shariq. He apologized for last day deadline and he promised me that in another 48 hours this issue will be resolved.

                                29th Aug

                                Was lucky to reach to customer care on my 3rd attempt, this time I was having conversation with Swapna. She again apologized for missed time time and giving me another deadline of 48 hours . I was really worried and disagreed and told her that I wanted a escalation contact so that i can speak to them, as my issue was not being resolved. I was put on hold after sometime I was told that she has spoken to her senior and this issue is being escalated. I asked her that my issue has already been escalated twice by Rishabh and Shariq what happened to those escalation. She again put me on hold and told me that I can get escalation email contact from Mobikwik website. As I am aware that no email id is present in website, I was being deliberately misled. After that I was really getting worried and politely asked her that can I record this conversation?
                                To Swapna credit she happily agreed, so I asked her that more than 15 days have passed and no resolution has been given please provide me an escalation contact, she replied back that she can't provide it and also she can't provide me with an ETA as well.

                                Then phone was disconnect.

                                I am really worried about my money and Mobikwik customer service as they don't care about customer issue resolution.

                                I know few things about payments and failure do happens there but the way Mobikwik is is responding to my issue, I have seriously doubts about there process or intentions.

                                They are trying it deliberately to make it difficult to reach customer care.
                                Hi same problem muge ho rhi h, itna bkwass support h, pure din try Kiya ki customer support mil Jaye pr 25 min. Wait krne pr bhi call cut ho jata h.
                                Mne zip pay later ke through shoping ki, Mera product return ho gya or refund bhi initiate ho gya pr mobikwik me nhi show ho rha h aaj 11 din ho chuke h .

                                  I used mobikwik zip balance of Rs.5945 including my wallet balance of RS.3020 for my kissht loan dated 05.08.2022 where the transaction was failed and not updated on kissht loan.
                                  Later when I raised complaint on mobikwik app for the same I received the wallet balance back but not my zip balance.
                                  If the transaction is failed one then I should receive both the amount (wallet+zip balance) back.But I rec'd only wallet balance.

                                  Customer care number is useless number and u r cheating upon ppl

                                  Mobikwik have raised bill and penalty also for the same where I have not spend..

                                  For the day 1 i m in follow up with the team through their app, facebook and also thru customer care number but in vain.

                                  If this reflects on my credit score, I would go to any extent as I m having all the proof.

                                    I am complaining this because i have tried to contact the mobiwik customer service but they never answered my call.
                                    so i have an issue regarding about the refund .
                                    i have made a purchased by ZIP balance in Myntra store but i have cancelled as on the same day i ordered i.e., 12th of August 2022.
                                    and i have paid the loan amount for which it was debited and the myntra has already initiated my refund but the refund is not processed.
                                    i would be very grateful if the customer care service would reached out me .
