Dear admin, I recharged my mobikwik wallet registered with [protected]@gmail.com with Rs 297 through online recharge on 31/10/2015 at 21:31 hrs. My mobikwik wallet didn't get refilled but the amount of Rs 297 was deducted from my bank account. I have not recieved any refunds from mobikwik thereafter. Kindly, look into the same do the needful. I was recharging my prepaid Vodafone number through this site. My recharge amount has been deducted from my account but my number have not received a single money. So I want my amount back on my mobile number or in my account. Very poor service

Mobikwik is a Chor company. I deposit Rs1000 cash in ICICI bank but its not reflecting in my wallet. Tired complaining about it and sending emails to Shreya Sawhney but they r not crediting my amount. Its fraud. Please take this up so that poor people dont burn their hands.

I had recharge my number [protected] of rupee 100 with 9 deals 9 offers at exact 7:00 pm and the offers is for quickly recharge of first 100 customers at 7-8 pm only. The law says that I won the 100 rs cash back but mobikwik didn't give me that Cash back so I complaint plz resolve my quarry.

I did recharge by mobikwik on a number transaction ID EN[protected] dated 21/10/2015 worth of Rs.282 which is failed.
I raise a ticket No.#3715396, they said money has been refunded but still my Wallet balance is Rs.0.
My Mobikwik ID [protected]@yahoo.com & No.[protected].
Please look after this issue & tell them to refund my Rs.282 soon.

Today i paid the Rs.283/- For BookmyShow i haven't Receive any Cash Back in that. also i raise a Complaint on same Mobikwik HelpDesk Ticket No 3715939its Resolved Showing Book My Show cashback offer valid only on Fridays However, you have made transaction on Thursday hence you are not eligible for the same. Please read Terms and Conditions..

My transactions sum should not be zero as showing in wallet, please carefully check my account else i will send a complaint about mobikwik wrong calculations to RBI banking ombudsman, i will publish the wrong calculations blog on muliple websites, and will raise my voice and inform the complete ncr customers on facebook, twitter and through gmail warning customers about wrong calculations and cheating my mobikwik( my acc registered with [protected]@gmail.com)...

As discussed with your customer executive, please transfer my wallet balance of rs 2600.40/- back to my credit card no: [protected] without any debit on the amount.

This is my third request to mobikwik, which is not returning my money and i will like to announce that mobikwik si a fraud company and no one should use mobikwik wallet ever.

Please do it without anymore harassment,
I do not want to create a fuss in your gurgaon office due to this..

Sum 2700.4 (total after the above transactions hows my wallet balance as 2700.40/-, buy mobikwik wallet is showing as 2600.40,

This si clear case case of cheat and fraud by mobikwik and i suggest other customers to check their details carefully because mobikwik is not trust worth and ethical company..

The net total amount is 2700.40 and not 2600.40 s showing in my wallet account of mobikwik..

I will share same calculations on blogs and websites, and have captures screenshots of these wrong calculations by mobikwik,
I will write a blog against this cheat and fraud by mobikwik and also complain to banking ombudsman nd financial regulation india and rbi as a complaint against mobikwik,

However please take this second request of refunding amount of 2600.4 back in my credit card

In my hole life i have yet nkt seen that types of service that mobik provide to us and keep advertising instant recharge facilities. ...this company making mme fool and cheated my rs 140.

I have try to recharge my relince mob number through mobikwik account i had mentioned proprly and used net banking to make a rs 140 payment. ..fund has been debited from my account but recharge yet not done...

u don't understand urgency of people who are using online facilities. ...

Friends don't used mobikwik for any types of recharge im already loss my ra 140 pls don't u do the same

Hi, From bookmyshow i used Mobikwik wallet as it was mentioned as 15% Cashback. To my surprise for the last two transactions for the below amount 367.62 ( October 12th ) and 304.2 ( September 16th ) there was no cash back. I urge you to take necessary action on mobikwik for deceiving the customers in this way. Regards, Subhash K

The refund from ebay was debited by mobikwik by 100/- rs. now i have used this refund to buy more than 3200/- rs products from ebay. Now ethically mobikwik should credit back 100/- rs refund, if mobikwik is not a cheater and fraud organisation. I will not only publish a bad blog but write to ebay requesting a ban on mobikwik for doing this cheating with me/.

as per previous 2 tickets which are not entertained 3638265. and 3628121 now I have filed another complaint my previous complaints not entertained ...why they reducing 3-4 days every month...and we will reduce a full month after 10 months continues transaction..it is against the consumer rights Kindly provide the reason why its happening again and again and still not resolved...what is its repercussion...

Transaction history on my android app not updated correctly- not showing transactions after 1st october 2015, for acc with my email [protected]@gmail.com(registration), moreover when u try to sue mobikwik, u have limited options.. in case you do not get a good quality product using mobikwik, mobikwik will pass on refund of merchant after debiting the discount u got from merchant, , i have tried calling them on customer care but no-one picks the call..neither mobikwik has tried to reach em on my complaints.. Overall i am not happy with mobikwik and do not refer it to anyone..

You cheat customers in various ways, even transferring back the amount u charge 4%, very shameful.. why my balance is showing 636, when ebay has credited 636.40, i know how much lakhs mobikwik can make in millions of transactions made by customer, do not cheat customers, by charging on refunds and credit back to account. in september month also mobiwik had cheated me by debiting rs 100/- on ebay refund to.my wallet.

On 31/8/2015 I transacted from my wallet. For dominos pizza 15% cashback i still not got the cashback. And On 6/10/2015 I transacted from my wallet. For book my show 15% cashback that also i have not got still. Do they really give cashback or not.

Hi I have used mobikwik wallet for payment of two outlets as bigbasket and Fern & petals. In that there was some % cashback(bigbasket-20%and Fern & petals-15%) was fixed to come in my wallet which is not credited in my wallet. also, they are not replying well on their support desk. ticket no. is: TICKET #3621906
