I have recharged my airtel postpaid number on 14 July 2015. However the amount is not credited to my airtel account. ph: [protected] Transaction Id: EN[protected] amount: 358/-

After that I have raised TICKET #3038469 with mobiwik team regarding this, but still no reply. I had to pay the bill using the offical Airtel site today and transaction was instant.
What to do now as there is no response from mobikwik team.
