        Hi, This has happened many times with me while paying via mobikwik wallet. They advertise of giving 200 cashback for transacting through fashionandyou.com but that never happens. I paid thrice from mobikwik from fashionandyou and they say you will get the cashback but that never happend. The transaction details were Transaction Type Debit from Wallet Merchant Name www.fashionandyou.com Transaction ID [protected] Debit Date Fri Jun 19 15:35:29 IST 2015 Debit Amount 656.00 Wallet Balance 289 Wallet Type Semi Closed Transaction Type Debit from Wallet Merchant Name www.fashionandyou.com Transaction ID [protected] Debit Date Sat Jun 06 11:51:20 IST 2015 Debit Amount Rs. 1439.20 Wallet Balance Rs. 0 Wallet Type Semi Closed I raised the ticket with them long back but they did not ever bother to respond that. The ticket no. was 2783399. The limit was whne I recharged my phone yesterday and the money got deduted but the phone was not recharged.           I have recharged Rs. 499 to day morning 7.30 AM to MTC WIFI No. [protected]. To day is the last day to get back my earlier GBs. But so far not recharged. I am going to loose my earlier GB.             I recharge my Reliance 3g dongle no [protected] with an amount of Rs.750 on 29April 2015 but did not receieve any credit on the account, However when i filed the ticket no.2632418 dated 13 May 2015 with Mobikwik they confirmed the transaction as successful but as i contacted the operator as per Mobikwik customer care suggestion, the oerator confirmed no such transaction has been successful. I have filed the complaint again but still no response from the Mobikwik Team, the inconvenience that I am suffering after using this application cannot be explained. Hence, I request you to kindly credit the amount either to my wallet or to my Bank account at the earliest.

              AMOUNT DEBITED FROM ACCOUNT BUT NOT ADDED IN MY WALLET

              This is in reference to ticket #2642231 dated 15/5/2015, an amount of Rs.1000 was debited from my account but not credited either in My wallet or credited back to my bank account. After filing the ticket no 2642231, the customer care confirmed the status of the transaction as failed and assured that money will be returned in my account in 15 days which is not returned till date. Kindly look into the matter and intimate me accordingly....

                I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place today, using my mother's debit card. She got a call from the number [protected]. The person claimed that he was calling from the SBI and that my mother's ATM card has been blocked. He asked for the debit card number and the one time password. As my mother does not have much knowledge about the internet banking process, she was easily duped, and gave off the debit card number. As soon as the call was over, she got an sms from the bank, stating that a transaction of Rs 9999 was made from her card towards Mobikwik.com. She was quick enough to get the card blocked . I have sent a mail to the backend department of mobikwik.com which handles all fraud complaints ([protected]@mobikwik.com), but haven't received a reply yet. What should I do so that it could be tracked early and hopefully the transaction could be aborted at an earlier stage.Could anyone suggest a better approach which will help me in getting back my money.

                  I got call from the company saying that they are speaking from sbi bank as i have credit card of same bank and they are giving free discount card to me.On further asking the concerned representative about the charge of that discount card they told me it is free of cost afterwards they collected my credit card details then send me otp for transaction on seeing the amount I again asked tge representative that what is the charge and by whag source I have to pay he again told me it was free of cost afterwards when I gave him opt and all I got the bill of Rs 9000 credited to my credit card bill and still till today I have not received the discount card .And now due to such experience I have blocked my credit card.Is there any way to get back my money as bank also refuses to revert the transaction and asking me to pay the whole amount.

                        on[protected] some one phoned to my mobile stating that he is from atm centre and want to verify my atm cards. unknowingly I fall into his trap and an amounts of Rs.200/- each were debited to online purchase from MOBIKWIK transaction nos.738765 and 737734 from POS [protected] which was noticed by me later on. I request you to return the amounts immediately to my sb acs.

                            I have made payment through mobikwik wallet on 5th june 2015, on firstcry shopping and there it was mentioned that you will get 20% cashback, but I didn't get cash back even after 11 days. I have raised ticket and called to the customer care several times, they always said that cashback will be completed within 24/48 hrs. but problem does not solve yet. now i think that 20% cashback is a false announcement by you. my TICKET #2798910 and TICKET #2777739.

Wallet Debit to Giftxoxo - Rs.2350 Transaction Id 136661 13/06/2015 18:48:57 hours I did not even make this transaction. My password was reseted without my acknowledgement. I did not even receive any transaction alert from mobikwik or giftxoxo for this transaction in my mail. i really feel cheated by mobikwik now. All my money is gone now. Please help me out fast. I just have 12.53 now.

                                    Hi I have sent email to their customer service that I want to close my account. They did reply back asking they want to know the reason. I mentioned the reason on june 3rd 2015 saying I do not have any deals with this account and hence I want to close and get refund of the money back. But after this reply it has been several weeks and still there is no action from them. My wallet money is struck with them. Plrase help.

                                      dear sir/mam few months ago i forget my atm passsword in this regard i requested bank for new atm pin and i got new pin after 1 month in this mean while i was unable to use atm bcoz i dont posses pin that time but when i got new atm pin and when i check my account balance that time i saw that i have dedcted 5000 rs in 2 time 4000 & 500 respectively
