AMOUNT DEBITED FROM ACCOUNT BUT NOT ADDED IN MY WALLET

This is in reference to ticket #2642231 dated 15/5/2015, an amount of Rs.1000 was debited from my account but not credited either in My wallet or credited back to my bank account. After filing the ticket no 2642231, the customer care confirmed the status of the transaction as failed and assured that money will be returned in my account in 15 days which is not returned till date. Kindly look into the matter and intimate me accordingly....

Dear Sir, I am recharge my mobile on dt 27.05.2015 through my debit cards. this is successfully transaction . My Bank account has been debited but my mobile has been not credited. In this matter, I am write many complaint to company, but mobikwik company not give any response to my complaint. In this is Fraud company. Don't use this app/site. Thanks Sachin Garg

    I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place today, using my mother's debit card. She got a call from the number [protected]. The person claimed that he was calling from the SBI and that my mother's ATM card has been blocked. He asked for the debit card number and the one time password. As my mother does not have much knowledge about the internet banking process, she was easily duped, and gave off the debit card number. As soon as the call was over, she got an sms from the bank, stating that a transaction of Rs 9999 was made from her card towards Mobikwik.com. She was quick enough to get the card blocked . I have sent a mail to the backend department of mobikwik.com which handles all fraud complaints ([protected]@mobikwik.com), but haven't received a reply yet. What should I do so that it could be tracked early and hopefully the transaction could be aborted at an earlier stage.Could anyone suggest a better approach which will help me in getting back my money.

      I got call from the company saying that they are speaking from sbi bank as i have credit card of same bank and they are giving free discount card to me.On further asking the concerned representative about the charge of that discount card they told me it is free of cost afterwards they collected my credit card details then send me otp for transaction on seeing the amount I again asked tge representative that what is the charge and by whag source I have to pay he again told me it was free of cost afterwards when I gave him opt and all I got the bill of Rs 9000 credited to my credit card bill and still till today I have not received the discount card .And now due to such experience I have blocked my credit card.Is there any way to get back my money as bank also refuses to revert the transaction and asking me to pay the whole amount.

          1 every thing done but redemption not done. i read redemption procedure so don't send again . I already recharge DTH for Rs200 by ICICI card there are not asked your system.             on[protected] some one phoned to my mobile stating that he is from atm centre and want to verify my atm cards. unknowingly I fall into his trap and an amounts of Rs.200/- each were debited to online purchase from MOBIKWIK transaction nos.738765 and 737734 from POS [protected] which was noticed by me later on. I request you to return the amounts immediately to my sb acs.

                I have made payment through mobikwik wallet on 5th june 2015, on firstcry shopping and there it was mentioned that you will get 20% cashback, but I didn't get cash back even after 11 days. I have raised ticket and called to the customer care several times, they always said that cashback will be completed within 24/48 hrs. but problem does not solve yet. now i think that 20% cashback is a false announcement by you. my TICKET #2798910 and TICKET #2777739.

                    My account is blocked with around Rs.638 in it. I have mailed them about this but they think I'm fraud and they have blocked my from everywhere I can contact them like twitter, email address, etc. No response from the company and my money is stuck in wallet with account blocked. Please help me

                      Hi email id - [protected]@gmail.com. MOBIKWIK wallet balance was 2362.53. Wallet Debit to Giftxoxo - Rs.2350 Transaction Id 136661 13/06/2015 18:48:57 hours I did not even make this transaction. My password was reseted without my acknowledgement. I did not even receive any transaction alert from mobikwik or giftxoxo for this transaction in my mail. i really feel cheated by mobikwik now. All my money is gone now. Please help me out fast. I just have 12.53 now.

                        Hi I have sent email to their customer service that I want to close my account. They did reply back asking they want to know the reason. I mentioned the reason on june 3rd 2015 saying I do not have any deals with this account and hence I want to close and get refund of the money back. But after this reply it has been several weeks and still there is no action from them. My wallet money is struck with them. Plrase help.

                          dear sir/mam few months ago i forget my atm passsword in this regard i requested bank for new atm pin and i got new pin after 1 month in this mean while i was unable to use atm bcoz i dont posses pin that time but when i got new atm pin and when i check my account balance that time i saw that i have dedcted 5000 rs in 2 time 4000 & 500 respectively

                                My name is abhijeet from Kalyan My mobikwik username is abhijeet.[protected]@yahoo.com I had raised the request for failed transaction in myntra app. my ticket no was 2736411. they reasolved the ticket without any proper answer. I ordered shirt and pant from myntra.com on 30th May. the amount rs 1047 has been deducted from my wallet. but there is no any order generated in myntra. com. when I asked to myntra.com. team said that they have not received any payment from mobikwik . therefore no any order is generated . they did not refund my money and send the below feedback. Mobikwik replied :- amaste! We understand your concern about merchant transaction. Please be informed that it takes approximately 7-10 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your MobiKwik wallet once received. For now, the status of your Merchant transaction is successful at our end. In case we get the refund, then it will be added to your wallet balance automatically. Please note: Consumers are not eligible for any Cashback amount for Cancelled/Partially cancelled transactions and Cash back amount (if any) will be adjusted against refund amount. Thank you for being a valued MobiKwik customer. Regards MobiKwik Team

                                They resolved the ticket no 2736411 without proper reason.I raised the request again. They gave the same answer. & did not refund my money. The reply seems computer generated. I raised the request again now.Mobikwik dont provide the customer care no . pls help me to get my rs 1047 . they are not taking responsibility.

It seems one transaction for Rs 223.47 was not processed correctly and the money has not been refunded to my ICICI bank account as well.
