    I paid on shopclues.com via MOBIKWIK WALLET. So I should get 10% cash back. I got a message on my mobile number that cash back has been added to my wallet, but the cash back hasn't been added to my wallet. My wallet balance remains zero. Is this the way you fool your Users??? And twice I paid through MOBIKWIK wallet, both time I got message on my number but cash back hasn't been added to my wallet. I want my cash back, that too for both transactions, as soon as possible.

      Paid MTNL bill on 8th of April through Mobikwik and it has been 25 but still on their site it is unpaid As per MTNL they have not received the payment and as per mobikwik the payment was successful on 9th of april...what should i do... Last date is 29th for payment

        Bipin Preet Singh is a fraud...Who cheats people, I have also affected...When I added 2000 by seeing a promotional offer of 10% back, The 10% did not add to my wallet rather showing there is some error in adding, when I mailed to them The next day they just block my account by showing some fraud reason that, there was some illegal operation has done with my wallet and again I raised tickets, still they do not reply anything. Its already 20 days has gone...This is not cheating or what...So guys Be aware of this fraud CEO and company both...

            On 28th March 2015 i shop a mobile phone @ ebay and try to pay with my ICICI Netbanking via MOBIKWIK. That transaction was an unsuccessful one, But the amount Rs.563.10 debitted in my ICICI account. Then i complete the same order with my SBI Credit card. Then on 29th march 2015 i made a complaint to Mobikwik, they reply me, Namaste! Thank you for taking out time to write to us. We understand your concern o[censored]nsuccessful payment. The good news is that your Payment was successful so we have added the amount to your Mobikwik Wallet for you to keep enjoying our services. For now, we are sharing a summary of the payment update.                 Dear i have made two recharges 222*2 from Mobikwik and recharged failed and mobikwik team are claiming that payment has been made to airtel and airtel team respond with that such transaction not been made One side mobiwik team claimed that money has been transferred to airtel and other side Airtel team claimed none payment has been made.                       Fraud transaction with my debit card

                      I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place yesterday, using my mother's debit card. She got a call from the number [protected]. The person claimed that he was calling from the SBI and that my mother's ATM card has been blocked. He asked for the debit card number and the one time password. As my mother does not have much knowledge about the internet banking process, she was easily duped, and gave off the debit card...

                          I have made WEBIN[protected]-1 WEBIN[protected]-1 WEBIN[protected]-1 WEBIN[protected]-1 this four transactions on 6th april and didn't receive cash back for those. And WEBIN[protected]-1 this transaction on 12th april and didn't receive cash back for those. I filed a ticket on mobikwik, and they told me to wait for 48 hours, and after 48 hours, cash back was not received. Hence, I re-opened the ticket, which went unattended. I suspect that emails sent regarding cash back are automatically deleted. This is very cheap and disgusting.

                              I just did the recharge from my credit card for NTL taxi, through NTL apps but the payment got declined, and the amount was not refunded to me. On 9th apr 2015 there are three fraud transactions has been done within 15 mins, for Rs.15000/-, on that Rs9999 has be swiped by your mobikwik website only. I am really surprised how this is possible. If you are not responding to this mail, i will laugh a complaint in cyber crime. Expecting a immediate reply from your end.
