I have made WEBIN[protected]-1 WEBIN[protected]-1 WEBIN[protected]-1 WEBIN[protected]-1 this four transactions on 6th april and didn't receive cash back for those. And WEBIN[protected]-1 this transaction on 12th april and didn't receive cash back for those. I filed a ticket on mobikwik, and they told me to wait for 48 hours, and after 48 hours, cash back was not received. Hence, I re-opened the ticket, which went unattended. I suspect that emails sent regarding cash back are automatically deleted. This is very cheap and disgusting.

      I just did the recharge from my credit card for NTL taxi, through NTL apps but the payment got declined, and the amount was not refunded to me. On 9th apr 2015 there are three fraud transactions has been done within 15 mins, for Rs.15000/-, on that Rs9999 has be swiped by your mobikwik website only. I am really surprised how this is possible. If you are not responding to this mail, i will laugh a complaint in cyber crime. Expecting a immediate reply from your end.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I have added Rs.500/- in my walled and payment has been made from bank for such transaction vide ref no 09/03/2015. 09/03/2015 PRCR/70005453/[protected]/[protected] DR 500.00(INR) But above mentioned amounts neither return in bank accounts nor credited to my mobikwik walled a reply was send to my for my previous complaits that you money will be retun to your bank account within 7-21 working days and sorry to write you that it has been 25 days over no such payment were retun to me. kindly look into the matter otherwise i shall file a legal suit against your company for poor responces.                         Hi.We have done multiple purchase on shopclue on 29th march using mobikwik wallet from 1pm - 7pm. Whenever we were paying for an order, mobikwik was showing we will get 100% cash back upto max 100/- for each order. So, I went ahead and placed multiple orders till 7pm and earned cash back. But on next day on 30th March, mobikwik deducted ~2200/- from my account ([protected]@gmail.com) and 1500/- from my wife account ([protected]@yahoo.com), and sent an "OOPS" email that there was a "Technical Glitch" due to which we were getting cash back before 6pm too, and actual offer was from 6pm-7pm transactions. Now, HOW THEY CAN DEDUCT MONEY FROM A MONEY WALLET WITHOUT MY PREMISSION. If I am not wrong, PSS Act2007 says money cannot be deducted without user premission. Second, if there was a technical glitch then why should I pay for their mistake. I have lost 2200/- + 1500/-=3700/- due to this. I would like to point out that we have the invoice for all the items and all the invoices generated from mobikwik website saying that the money has been refunded in my account. MK have no legal right or standing in which MK can make a mockery of a consumer and use my hard earned money as per mobikwik will and wishes. This is a mistake with mobikwik campaign, MK promotion scheme, MK people and hence MK can?t just ?OOPs? it away and take back my money. This is unethical. And we will drag MK to the consumer court for the same. Who is MK to sweeten it by 10% or 5%. Take this penny away and refund our entire amount. This is not a banana republic and we are not uneducated consumers who can be taken for a ride. MK should accept mistake and pay up for it. MK should know the power of media and let me completely assure MK that my frnz n I will leave no stone un turned in approaching them. on 30th march 2015 I have contacted their customer care and they came back saying its a technical glitch and they are sorry for that but they did not refund my money. Why should one end user like me has to pay for their mistake. If there was no 100rs cahsback offer, why we should do shopping. But they made us fool by first giving cashback and then taking back. Any wallet company cannot deduct money without our permission. It was not just us but many people have lost their money.Since its a small amount for them, they might be thinking no one would care to complain. Please look into this issue. I already raised 3 tickets, sent email to their nodal officer, written on facebook and twitter..But everytime same copy paste answer of "Technical glitch"..Why they are not getting that if there was no 100% cashback offer, then why should we place multiple order. And why we should pay for their mistake. They might come back to you too that this was a technical glitch. If so, then pleae help me to file a case in consumer court against Mobikwik. We will not let mobikwik run away with our money, period. Also I tried to contact RBI, but RBI is saying they dont govern mobikwik, while on mobikwik "About" website page, it is clearly written that they got licence from RBI and operate under RBI guidlines. So even RBI refused to intervene. Really disappointed. Waiting for positive reply. Thanks in advance.

But not put in my wallet.debited date 8/3/2015 =196 and 4/4/2016=198 Total=396 Its very shocked to me when i check my a/c statement detail and message detail.i send snap shot of these as a proof.                                   I also agree with this. This time mobikwik is so un professional. It's totally their mistake but they deducted customers wallet with out any intimation. There is a technical glitch from their side so they should accept it. It's mobikwik old story to block wallets but now they completely cheated customers. Such type of websites should be closed/banned.
                                  Cheaters!! Took my money to. They are not even giving me my 100% cashback for transaction which i did in their official offer period.

I Complaint at mobikwik.com[TICKET #1635146 AND #1611023] and as the result of reply i got to know that my refund of 160 rupees has been done but still I do not got my refund of 160 rupees into my mobikwik wallet. I, therefore request you to keep my complaint in consideration, and refund my 160 rupees as soon as possible.
