If you can not resolve any issue then why you come up with any offer - like pay using wallet and get discount etc ..                     I have added 50 rs using coupan code MA7NWGU2 which i got in holi offers. i had contact them with ticket no 2278506. after some day they replied me with "We understand that you were not able to redeem the Coupon code.                             I wanted to pay for my shopping and therefore I recharged for Rs. 6290/-. I got message that tranaction is declined in Mobikwik but I received SMS from Bank that the transaction is successful. Still that amount is not credited into my account and I sent emails but no one is responding. I will wait for few more hours and then I will file complaint in consumer court. I will also update here the next scene and I know very well how to deal with these kind of scams.
