Hello.. I've registered with phone number [protected]..yesterday at about 6pm I've ordered a non veg double combo pizza from Dominos worth rs 424..I've paid the amount with my mobikwik account wallet.. It took the due amount from my wallet.. But the dominos order wasn't placed.. I've called the dominos shop from which the delivery was to be done.. They made me sure that no order was placed.. Even I've got a sms from mobikwik after paying the amount.. It says- ' Dear User, MobiKwik Tranx Alert Type: Debit Amnt: Rs 424.00 Merchant: DOMINOS Status: Success New Wallet Balance:Rs 0 Orderid:AMBK[protected]' Kindly look into the matter and fix this issue to refill my wallet with the same amount.. Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i am prahul i am sending my money in docomo posipad plan that cash will not get docomo office that cash will reback pls...this much many will cut in my account 3182 tranx ref[protected]

I am not receive my cash back
I am giving the details of the issue. I have registered two complaints
with mobikwik, the details are given below. I have not received any
response from them.
Ticket #2083150
Transaction Id [protected] Recharge [protected]( Airtel DTH) was done
for Rs 299 under the scheme of Rs 100 cashback for Delhi NCR Region.
Cashback was promised to be credited by 31 december'2014. Till date Rs
100 have not been credited back. Kindly arrange for cashback urgently.

Airtel dth no [protected] was recharged with rs 299 on 23/12/2014 under
the scheme of Rs 100 Cashback. Cashback was promised to be credited by
31st December'14. Cashback has not been credited till today. Kindly

Mobikwik has not replied to the tickets raised. I have also written a
number of mails to them but to no avail.
If possible kindly arrange for redressal of the issues.

    I wanted to pay for my shopping and therefore I recharged for Rs. 6290/-. I got message that tranaction is declined in Mobikwik but I received SMS from Bank that the transaction is successful. Still that amount is not credited into my account and I sent emails but no one is responding. I will wait for few more hours and then I will file complaint in consumer court. I will also update here the next scene and I know very well how to deal with these kind of scams.

      I tried to recharge my mobile with 92 Rs special recharge using mobikwik. My money went to Mobikwik wallet and it is not recharging my mobile. Again and again error: "Sorry! Recharge/Bill Payment Failed, Please Re-Try". Even you number :[protected] DELHI is not working no one is picking up. Continuously music is going on on the phone. Please return my money or recharge my mobile else it is assumed that you are a fake site.

Even after sending the document i didn't get any reply from them. I posted on their facebook page and sent multiple emails. They dint reply to my complaint.           They finally replied back on facebook and the amount was credited to my mobikwik wallet and i made my payment to ebay and successfully received a discount of 15% flat.

                      THere has been no reply by the services of mobikwik for my blocked account since a week and them claiming to give the support to tickets in 24 hrs time. Any no to call onto to get the problem solved since my mobikwik wallet has money in it

They are cheating and fooling the people.veryn worst online recharge website.I dont know why they put my amount as hold one.moreover there is no customer care number to check the status of payment and account balance in wallet.
