I RECEIVED A EMAIL FROM THE ABOVE SITE THAT IF YOU WILL RECHARGE YOUR MOBILE OF RS 100 THEN THEY WILL GIVE DOUBLE TALKTIME UNDER THEIR SCHEME ON 31TH JAN. IN WHICH THEY WILL IMMEDIATE RECHARGE OF RS 100 AND ON THE 1ST FEB THEY WILL GIVE COUPON OF RS 100. I RECHARGE MY MOBILE NO. [protected] OF RS 100 FROM THE SITE WITH THE USER I.D [protected]@GMAIL.COM AND PAYMENT REFERENCE NO. IS [protected]. BUT I DONT GET ANY RECHARGE COUPON OF RS 100 ON TILL NOW WHICH WAS PROMISED ON 1ST FEB. I HAVE BEEN WRITTEN TWICE TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE BUT NOT ANSWERING. The above exchange of correspondence will give you a detailed picture of the problem faced by me. To summarise, I had applied to Tata Sky for a second connection in place of my Cable connection. I was advised that the installation will be carried out on[protected] and I would have to pay INR 6400 for the same. Instead of waiting for the debit in my account, I recharged my account online with INR 6000 as I already had a credit balance of INR 1380. I made a payment online through Mobikwik whose name appeared on the list of parties offering collection of recharge amounts. Their acknowledgement of receipt is attached. While accepting the payment they indicated that for better security they wanted me to send my ID document and were KEEPING the payment on hold till then. I sent them a copy of my Voters Card the same day but received a reply from

[protected]@googlemail.com that the message to [protected]@mobikwik com had been delayed and they would try for another 2 days. As a precaution I again sent a copy of my Passport again on the 17th. This too failed to be delivered after a wait of two days. Meanwhile Tata Sky's installer and the accounts people are not activating the connection as the account is showing a debit balance of INR 4800. I have sent them my Banks advice showing that INR 6000 has been debited to my credit card account on account of the transaction with Mobikwik. Their last communication insisted that my Bank has held up the payment and so I enclosed the Credit Card statement which also shows the amount debited on[protected]. In short, MOBIKWIK is sitting on the money paid by me for the last 5 days, and Tata Sky's installers/accounts are refusing to activate the connection, and I am suffering as my Cable connection has been disconnected by the installers and the second Tata Sky connection is not being activated. Please sort this out urgently as it is a clear case of 'deficiency in service'.

    i have been charged Rs. 102 for adding balance to my mobikwik account and the amount has been debited from my bank account, however the mobikwik balance is showing Rs. 0.00. i have sent mails day before yesterday regarding this matter alongwith attached order receipt from ccavenue containing transaction details to the mobikwik support email address and have also posted my complaint twice. trouble ticket no 8739 and 8807.still no action has not been taken as yet. also i cant fill in the transaction id for the transaction as required as there is no record of the transaction at all in my mobikwik account, despite which i have been charged from my debit card account. i have also sent another complaint today at the mobikwik support. trouble ticket no. 8850. pls resolve the issue immediately.

      stolen money

      yesterday i had my first transaction (amount 102 INR) with the online mobile recharge website mobikwiK through my debit card and what i discovered was something that frustrated me to the core. 100 INR were supposed to be added to my mobikwik balance while i saw that my account is showing my mobikwik balance to be Rs. 0.00. And my bank account has been debited of the amount 102 INR. Also i sent them quite a few mails and registered complaints...

      Mobikwik hacked !!!
      www.mobikwik.com was hacked.

      It seems that Mobikwik Data Base has been hacked and website says:
      "MobiKwik.com users are requested to please read our Security update.
      For security purposes, please reset your password by clicking here."

      When i click on the security update, it says "ERROR ESTABLISHING THE DATABASE CONNECTION".
      It looks to be mobikwik is not safe anymore.

      I found the following Mobikwik hack to make a freecharge.

      This is the major hack

      Step 1:- open www.mobikwik.com

      step 2:- now register in mobikwik

      step 3:- now recharge your mobikwik via paypal account.

      Step 4 :- i recharge 3.03$ and i get 100 rs in mobikwik account

      step 5:- the main thing is now begins - cancel the payment which is done how what just do it by hook and crook.

      Step 6:- now mobikwik will pays that amt. Back in paypal but one thing remains that is your mobikwik balance is still 100rs. Thats a trick.

      You , it doesn't even work.. I had tried it few days back. Just because u caught a whiff and that too an unwieldy one, thus proves that there are d**Kh***s like you scattered all over the planet.

        Dear sir,
        Mobikwik is a big time scam..This is the feeling I get everytime I see my bank statement..I had transferred 250 rs in to my mobikwik account from my bank account on[protected]. I recharged for 100 rs for my number which was successful but then mobikwik blocked my account without even contacting me.. When i contacted the support they reactivated my account but my balance was just Rs.52 and even in that I recharged for 40 for my number.. I did not get the recharge done in my mobile but the amount got reduced in my mobikwik balance.. Seriously pissed off with their support because they did not even answer me back when I complained about Rs.40 being not recharged and I do not know why my balance got reduced by Rs.100

        Recharge not done and The amount is debited from my bank account

        I recharged for 50 rs on my number on 13 march 2011 which was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted from my bank acoount.. they did not even answer me back when I complained about Rs.50. my number is [protected].. do help me soon!!! i need an urgent response from you.. do reply
        I had registered at Mobikwik on 29th march 2011. I has done a recharge for Rs 51 to another reliance number. After my bank transaction was over the site showed that the transaction failed. I had not got a recharge MSG to my mobile also so registered a complaint in the site. Then i did the recharge after transferring the amount to the MobiKwik wallet. This recharge was successful. Later a customer care executive called me and his tone of talking was so rude and harsh that i must tell you being a customer I never received such a behavior from any services. He told that my account was blocked due to fraudulent activity and if i needed to unblock my account I must send ID proof. He gave me so many lectures and his tone was rather very harsh. So after getting such a response from the site i don't want an account in the site nor do i want my account unblocked. There are many sites over the internet which provides even far more better quality work than this site.

        mobi kwik — Recharge amount blocked

        I got my Account with mobi kwik rechrged and they debited my account for RS510/- now They have blocked my account for no reason What so ever. THIS IS A BIG FRAUD COMPANY>
        I have also recharged for my mobile with 197 Rs, it shown that you have sucessfully recharged your mobile, and the amount has been debitted from my account, but i have not recieved any message from the Service provider, and not my mobile is recharged.

        I guess this site is now a scam site, be alert.

        Mobikwik is not a reliable website for prepaid recharge. I have lost Rs.230 from the time I started using their website for recharging. I have used mobikwik only two times and did a full talktime recharge. To my shock, I found someone with the phone number [protected] was transferring money from my airtel phone without my knowledge. Airtel said this is not at all possible since transfer can be done only using options in my phone. But there are so many cases of hacking and smart phone apps that allow a person to transfer money from someone else's number without their knowledge.
        All this started only after using Mobikwik. I have no doubt they are into foulplay misusing numbers and account details.

        Mobikwik — Recharge was not done and amount deducted from account

        Hi There, I have been chasing you guys since last three days for my unsuccessful recharge but didn't get any response. This is really poor service. I also tried customer care number but didn't get response, noting happens. Really bad service guys
        Money deducted but not added in my wallet.

        This company is a big fraud. I had a belief on MobiKwik but i am loosing it now.

        I was paying a bill of my DTH Tata Sky worth 250 on 06/01/2015 which was unsuccessful, late on the money was not refunded into my balance. I raised a ticket #4152143 but no response.

        Later on I tried adding rupees 240 to the MobiKwiki wallet which was again unsuccessful on 06/01/2015, that also did not revert in my wallet. I again raised a ticket #4157642 but as usual no response.

        To make it more worst, the customer care number is always busy, they wanted us to wait for more then hours, neither they have any email to register complains.

        Such a bad application it is.

          Dear friends,
          Dont ever use www.mobikwik.com to recharge. My money went but recharge never done. I'm in a urgent to call. I would have preferred some other online mobile recharge sites.

          Please atleast respond now for this issue.
          I need my money back or recharge it. If the site cant recharge, y should they debit the amount from my bank account. I would have recharged in some other reliable online recharging site.

          C5000 — mobile recharge

          Since i bought the mobile in december i am having problems with it. Whenever i put it for charging it gives me battery full. 1st time the battery and pcb were replaced becoz the mobile used to heat. After tat twice i have taken it to the service centre at Borivali (W) Gokul shopping centre but they say there is no problem but i am still facing the same problems and i want my cell replaced. I wud like to know tat if the pcs are faulty why doesnt the company replace them in warranty immediately as it is troublesome for the customer.

          Mobikwik.com is a CHEATING WEBSITE, don't recommend for it. I have recharged for 398 and it said recharge successful and money debited from my bank account by adding it in wallet, however recharge didn't happen. I'm not able to contact them via e-mail or phone.           Also, It looks like MLM portal, please check the SMS recharge feature.
          you have to deposit the money to use SMS feature.

          It is safest than any other site. SMS and Scheduled recharges are Unique features.

          It happened to me twice before i figured it out. I was frustrated with unsolicited call to my personal number. Didn't had idea, how they got the number. So, got a new number, just activated. Nobody else knew the number, went to this site, added new number and recharged. Bingo ! calls from blank/unknown numbers starts !

          I've stopped using such sites. and advise you all the same. If ever want to recharge go to you mobile operator's site.

          I just tried to make a bill payment of 292.48 rupees only and it said that the payment failed. Hence, I tried again. Later when I checked my statement, It clearly shows the amount went through . . . TWICE!! . . Here are the details of the payment through my bank's website.

          I had attempted to recharge my vodafone number [protected] with rs 3000 denomination on 7th May. After credit card was charged, you had shown a message that manual verification is needed and vodafone account credit will happen in 24 - 48 hours. First of all I am wondering why this message was not displayed before credit card was charged. You must have taken my consent if I was willing to park 3000 rupees with you without getting recharge. Your action is deemed to be unethical.
          I sent you passport copy but still account hasn't received credit. I did that transaction for international roaming. Now I am forced to take a local vodagone number in Australia for one week stay. I would command you to immediately cancel my transaction and process refund to credit card.

          WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

          Last night it was my first attempt to put some money in my MobiKwik account so that i can buy stuff from EBAY. I put Rs.8, 200 with HDFC Internet Banking and the money was deducted from my bank account the same time but NOT CREDITED to my MobiKwik Account.

          This is what appeared in my Bank Account for the money deducted by MobiKwik :

          They sent an email telling me that my money is on HOLD ? But why ? And i need to send a Valid Photo ID. I did sent 3 times by now, with my Phone Number, Email address and Transaction ID appearing on my bank statement.

          I am for sure NOT going to use their services at all. It SUCKS. It's like you put your money in there, your hard earned money, and they put a hold on it. Their customer service sucks. NO Toll-Free NUmber, No Email. No response. I feel like i have been ROBBED.

          Guys do not believe Mobikwik, they claim that you will get 10% cash back if you pay with mobikwik wallet in snapdeal.

          I got SMS and Email from mobikwik saying cash back rs100 is credited to mobikwik wallet from snapdeal, but it was not reflecting in my wallet.
          I raised a complaint regarding the same but all in vain.

          I have stopped using Freecharge for this very reason. They deduct the amount and you don't receive the balance. You keep mailing or calling them and they will give you the same reply. Its irritating to call them all the time to ask for a refund. This problem forced me to switch to another app. I am using Billbachao at the moment and have found it to be really good.
