I tried to recharge my number [protected] by Rs.50 on mobikwik.com. The amount of Rs.51 was deducted from my mobikwik account but I didn't receive the recharge or any confirmation sms. I complaint to their customer support almost thrice with ticket no. 19344 & 19785, but I didn't receive any response from them. I think this site is a fraud. They are all cheaters. I warn my dear friends here to stay away from such web sites. I tried to recharge my number [protected] by Rs.50 on mobikwik.com. The amount of Rs.51 was deducted from my mobikwik account but I didn't receive the recharge or any confirmation sms. I complaint to their customer support almost thrice with ticket no. 19344 & 19785, but I didn't receive any response from them. I think this site is a fraud. They are all cheaters. I warn my dear friends here to stay away from such web sites.

I dint get any message after recharging, but the amount has gone!

      Hi,

      I have made a online bank transfer of Rs.1020 into my mobikwik account, but it is not credited into my mobikwik account. This happened on 30th of June and I called at the customer service number to complain. Someone said it will be credited back into my bank account within 24 hours. It's been 6 days now the amount is not credited yet and my calls and emails are being unanswered.

      Request you to take action against this company immediately and help me get back my money.

        i have applied for online vodafone prepaid recharge for an amount of 89Rs with a payment no of [protected] on 28/06/2011.Recharge amount was debited from HDFC account but till now i have not received my currency and to contact for any queries this mobikwik Systems does not have any conatct no n no response for the query mails.

          Dear,

          Sir/Madam,
          I made a payment of Rs. 51 through net banking of Oriental Bank of Commerce. My Bank account is debited but mobiwik account is not credited.

          My Transaction I.d is IB SM TXN.ID- tory[protected]

          I got it from my bank account statements. Please solve this issue.

          I made a ticket i.d 15431 but noone is responding there so i wrote this complain. Mobiwik is now cheated their customer. So this may be another scam.

              Sir,

              I had registered at Mobikwik on 29th march 2011. I has done a recharge for Rs 51 to another reliance number. After my bank transaction was over the site showed that the transaction failed. The amount had been deducted from my bank account also. Later i got a mail to my account telling me that the amount has been credited in my e wallet account. So i logged out and again logged in but the wallet was empty.I had not got a recharge MSG to my mobile also so registered a complaint in the site. Then I did the recharge of 50 after transferring the amount to the MobiKwik wallet. This recharge was successful. But later when i checked my balance i had that 51 credited in my account but with no message or notification neither to my phone or my mail.

              Later a customer care executive called me and his tone of talking was so rude and harsh that i must tell you being a customer I have never received such a behavior from any services before. I told him i was sorry because i didn't know the amount was credited but he was still blaming me for registering a complaint in the site.He told that my account was blocked due to fraudulent activity and if i needed to unblock my account I must send ID proof. He gave me so many lectures and his tone was rather very harsh. So after getting such a response from the site i don't want an account in the site nor do i want my account unblocked. There are many sites over the internet which provides even far more better quality work than this site.

                Hi,
                I recharged for Rs 50 and then again for rs 100.
                Both the times, the actual recharge happened only for Re 1.
                Also, nothing is showing up in my transaction history.
                I had a balance of Rs 714.
                Now the balance has reduced to rs 560 and there are no records in the transaction history.
                Its been over 48 hours that I have written to their support.

                  I paid to e-wallet Rs. 510 to get 500 on 21.03.2011.
                  It is debited from my credit card but not got added to mobikwik balance.
                  Ticket nos are-11289,11309.
                  No customer care no is provided.
                  Don't know when it will be credited?
                  Please raise concerns about these fraudulent activities.
                  Even they have loads of campaigns in giving free coupons, I and many of my friends have not got any coupons after charging so many.

                    Yesterday(on 17th March), i tried to recharge my Mobikwik account balance paying Rs.340. The amount is debited from my bank account, but still nothing is credited to my mobikwik account balance. Can someone tell me is this really a fraud company. Do they have any customer care number to contact.
                    Even i have raised a complaint on their site, and my ticket number is 11005. But till date this is still an open issue....

                    17 march 2011 - i did a payment of 65 rupee in my mobikwik account ([protected]@yahoo.com). At the end stage of payment (after completion of payment from my PAYPAL ACCOUNT) their server gave some technical error and after that from that day to now i did not get my 65 rupee in my account. i have sent many emails, calls. but they are not replying.

                    So don’t go to use this website.....

                      www.mobikwik.com is not a good website. Their Customer support is poorest.

                      7 march 2011 - i did a payment of 200 rupee in my mobikwik account. At the end stage of payment (after completion of payment from my debit card) their server gave some technical error and after that from that day to now i did not get my 200 rupee in my account. i have sent many emails, calls. but they mother[censored]ers are not replying.

                      So don’t go to use this wesite.....

                      My issue with Mobikwik is resolved now i can see my money in mobikwik

                              The above exchange of correspondence will give you a detailed picture of the problem faced by me. To summarise, I had applied to Tata Sky for a second connection in place of my Cable connection. I was advised that the installation will be carried out on[protected] and I would have to pay INR 6400 for the same. Instead of waiting for the debit in my account, I recharged my account online with INR 6000 as I already had a credit balance of INR 1380. I made a payment online through Mobikwik whose name appeared on the list of parties offering collection of recharge amounts. Their acknowledgement of receipt is attached. While accepting the payment they indicated that for better security they wanted me to send my ID document and were KEEPING the payment on hold till then. I sent them a copy of my Voters Card the same day but received a reply from

                              [protected]@googlemail.com that the message to [protected]@mobikwik com had been delayed and they would try for another 2 days. As a precaution I again sent a copy of my Passport again on the 17th. This too failed to be delivered after a wait of two days. Meanwhile Tata Sky's installer and the accounts people are not activating the connection as the account is showing a debit balance of INR 4800. I have sent them my Banks advice showing that INR 6000 has been debited to my credit card account on account of the transaction with Mobikwik. Their last communication insisted that my Bank has held up the payment and so I enclosed the Credit Card statement which also shows the amount debited on[protected]. In short, MOBIKWIK is sitting on the money paid by me for the last 5 days, and Tata Sky's installers/accounts are refusing to activate the connection, and I am suffering as my Cable connection has been disconnected by the installers and the second Tata Sky connection is not being activated. Please sort this out urgently as it is a clear case of 'deficiency in service'.

                                i have been charged Rs. 102 for adding balance to my mobikwik account and the amount has been debited from my bank account, however the mobikwik balance is showing Rs. 0.00. i have sent mails day before yesterday regarding this matter alongwith attached order receipt from ccavenue containing transaction details to the mobikwik support email address and have also posted my complaint twice. trouble ticket no 8739 and 8807.still no action has not been taken as yet. also i cant fill in the transaction id for the transaction as required as there is no record of the transaction at all in my mobikwik account, despite which i have been charged from my debit card account. i have also sent another complaint today at the mobikwik support. trouble ticket no. 8850. pls resolve the issue immediately.

                                  yesterday i had my first transaction (amount 102 INR) with the online mobile recharge website mobikwiK through my debit card and what i discovered was something that frustrated me to the core. 100 INR were supposed to be added to my mobikwik balance while i saw that my account is showing my mobikwik balance to be Rs. 0.00. And my bank account has been debited of the amount 102 INR. Also i sent them quite a few mails and registered complaints...

                                  Step 6:- now mobikwik will pays that amt. Back in paypal but one thing remains that is your mobikwik balance is still 100rs. Thats a trick.

                                    Mobikwik is a big time scam..This is the feeling I get everytime I see my bank statement..I had transferred 250 rs in to my mobikwik account from my bank account on[protected]. I recharged for 100 rs for my number which was successful but then mobikwik blocked my account without even contacting me.. When i contacted the support they reactivated my account but my balance was just Rs.52 and even in that I recharged for 40 for my number.. I did not get the recharge done in my mobile but the amount got reduced in my mobikwik balance.. Seriously pissed off with their support because they did not even answer me back when I complained about Rs.40 being not recharged and I do not know why my balance got reduced by Rs.100

                                    I had registered at Mobikwik on 29th march 2011. I has done a recharge for Rs 51 to another reliance number. After my bank transaction was over the site showed that the transaction failed. I had not got a recharge MSG to my mobile also so registered a complaint in the site. Then i did the recharge after transferring the amount to the MobiKwik wallet. This recharge was successful. Later a customer care executive called me and his tone of talking was so rude and harsh that i must tell you being a customer I never received such a behavior from any services. He told that my account was blocked due to fraudulent activity and if i needed to unblock my account I must send ID proof. He gave me so many lectures and his tone was rather very harsh. So after getting such a response from the site i don't want an account in the site nor do i want my account unblocked. There are many sites over the internet which provides even far more better quality work than this site.

                                    I got my Account with mobi kwik rechrged and they debited my account for RS510/- now They have blocked my account for no reason What so ever. THIS IS A BIG FRAUD COMPANY>

                                    Mobikwik is not a reliable website for prepaid recharge. I have lost Rs.230 from the time I started using their website for recharging. I have used mobikwik only two times and did a full talktime recharge. To my shock, I found someone with the phone number [protected] was transferring money from my airtel phone without my knowledge. Airtel said this is not at all possible since transfer can be done only using options in my phone. But there are so many cases of hacking and smart phone apps that allow a person to transfer money from someone else's number without their knowledge.
