    Self Citi bank card has been used on 22.6.2022 for two transactions of Rs. 30450.00 and Rs. 10 for purchase of liquor online shopping. citicard has been informed and confirmed by citi card that merchant has not been credited with this amount as reported within 30 minutes of transaction. till date the amount has not been credited toself credit card although debited on 22.6.2022. as advised by citi card centre fir also lodged on 9.7.2022 for this transacaton.

      I transferred Rs 1581 on August 4th 2022
      9:52 pm.IST
      I made a payment and the payment failed through mercent end
      The money got debited but it's not shown in mobiwik history
      Plz refund my money and sort this history issue

                My self ankit jawanjalkar and I Was applied loan on mobikwik before five to 6 days ago and the company will tell me your loan will be credited in 48 hrs but now 6 days pass the amount is not credited to my account and emi will be show tell mi what can I do it for .
                If the amount is not credited in my account i will not pay any single rupee to company

                  I have bought one gift card from Mobikwik. In the order status it says that it was successful, but still didn't receive the gift voucher. I had raised the ticket with mobikwik support, but no update even after 20 days.

                    Dear mobikwik, PG transaction from my debit card was deducted from my account but was not credited to merchant account. Please check the transaction and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

                      Such a very nonsense company I never seen in my life. I taken zip loan of Rs. 25000 only the period of 15 days. Due to some my family problems I don't have sufficient funds to clear my dues but they charged penalty of Rs. 1500 for 15 days and 0.2% on total outstanding additional charges. And also again after 15 days they charging penalty of Rs 2200 for 15 days . What is this? I complaint about my family problems to them and I will say...

                        No number is reachable to any mobikwik customer, and I am also not getting call from your side. Please help me. Deactivate my mobikwik account. I dont want to use such app where no customer support and no use of the app. Just getting message to pay my ZIP wallet i.e 20, 000. I lost around 40000 through mobikwik.. they have disabled my mobikwik account but still I am getting message to pay 20000 otherwise they will add 1700 as penalty... Please help me... Really tired with Mobikwik support.

                          I ordered from Myntra and paid the money from my mobikwik wallet.
                          There was payment gateway issue and My money got debited from my bank account as a result my order was not confirmed.

                          I connected with Myntra support team and they said they did not receive the money but I see the money invoice and money transferred successfully through mobikwik wallet.

                          Request Mobikwik to look into this matter asap.

                                Hi Team, I have raised many request on the Mobikwik app to close my Zip account but they are not doing so. I don't find this zip account service useful anymore and have decided to not use this in the future, this is also being reflected in the CIBIL as a loan account, because of this I am asking to close my zip account which they have activated without my request in the first place. Please help.
