I have been frauded in mobikwik zip. Where the fraud person transacted total amount of 23000 from my mobikwik zip pay later account. I have already registered fraud transaction on mobikwik. The person approached me through Twitter. Please resolve the issue i am sharing the transaction ids in the screenshots of the transactions.

I was making a paymwnt for food from swiggy while doing the payment there was no option for upi or bank account or to pay from the wallet rather zip payment was the only option available . Also, for using ZIP they are charging 99 rs extra .
When I tried to contact the customer care, noone was there to respond . I have very bad experience with Mobikwik.

Recently i have made a payment on swiggy through MobiKwik zip payment.
And without pre-notice or information, they have charged me an amount of Rs 399 as an activation fee charge...seriously? Mobikwik is literally and clearly looting its customers.
Plss refund my money back as no one charges such a heavy amount as activation fee for the first usage.

मेने 9 July को आप के MobiKwik से SMC (surat municipal corporation)में 4289 rs का property टैक्स transfer किया हे ज़ो आपके Ac में successful दिखा रहा हे lekin अभी तक beneficiary के account में credit नहीं हुआ हे में ने MobiKwik aap से भी complain दर्ज़ किया हे लेकिन वहा से अभी तक कोई respons मिला नहीं हे तो pls या तो beneficiary Ac में ट्रान्स्फ़र करे या फिर मेरे Ac में वापिस credit करे because it's been 19 days

Hi!! Itz been almos 6-7 months I paid my bill on MobiKwik and I agree to the fact u that I made the payment late for which I was being charged penalty charges on daily basis. Then I agreed to pay if penalty would be removed and they said yes it will be… u pay the amount u used and that was 5k and now my penalty amount is still there and since last 7 months I am being penalised on that penalty amount I have made trillions of customer call and chats and pleaded every1 infact my cibil is impacted because of it… can u tell what is the next take on it

Mobikwik Zip Pay later.

I have purchased a Bata sandal from myntra on 22nd Jully & paid through Mobikwik ZIP pay later. After sometime I canceled the order & myntra initiated the refund instantly on same day. But i have not received the refund yet. It is 27th jully today.. I constantly tried to contact with the Mobikwik customer care but they didn't reply my call / email. The worst customer service ever I have faced.

why? Please! Help me...

I am gopalakrishnan S. I have transferred money INR 4, 677.89 from mobikwik wallet to registered bank account on 20th - july -2022. Money transfer status is showing pending from 20th and till date the amount is not refunded. i have raised the complaint in mobikwik app help desk and till now there is no response or call . i have called to mobikwik customer care and the executive told me that money will be credited to account with in[protected]. the money was not credited . i am calling continues till today to customer care. none of my call are connecting . more than 30 times i used to call to customer care. there is no response and some pre recorded voice will come and call will disconnect. The response is very bad and my money is not credited. please take necessary action .

I've taken a loan of 1000rs 4 months before and have now repaid it. But in my cibil report it's showing that it's now paid and is impacting my cibil report. So I've to take education loan and require a NOC. SO PLEASE get in touch with them as soon as possible and help me resolve this. I'll attach the screenshot for reference.

On 24/05/2021, I Deposited ₹24, 000 and it didn't get credited and after few days it shows transaction cancelled, after that I complained for more than 20 times where they only give us due dates of 8-10 working days but still they don't respond to us

There are two issues
1)someone has hacked my mobiqwik account and deducted all the 15600 amount from zip however i paid this bill amount 15600 to mobikwik by my bank upi and i offed the zip and logged out.But sir again next morning same 15600 amount deducted by hacker.
I am so worrid sir

2) and second issue is that i borrowed 15000 loan from mobiqwik emi section and ordered a phone via flipcart. Amount deducted from wallet Rs 14528 but order not placed. Sir till now i have not got this refund. Please how i will pay the emi because i have not used the amount.
I request you help me in both the cases. I am so worried and affraid.

I added 5000 in my xtra account in Mobikwik and the transaction is successful from both ends but the money is not reflecting in my account. The history and statement saying they do recieved 5000. I'm kind of worried now. Please solve this as soon as possible.

Updated by Kaixbi Also there is no option of asking for help regarding that transaction in the app. The customer care themselves is not responding.

Added money in mobikwik but it is not reflected in the app whereas amount hasbeen debited from my bank. And even the transaction is not showing in the history.
This is a serious issue as mobikwik is not even acknowledging the transaction as failed transaction in the history.

Someone hacked my mobikwik Zip pay and used my all money.
I complaint them on twitter and mail but nothing reply from them

This is my last try by this method otherwise I filled a FIR CASE on Mobikwik Company .

Upon me. I had reported this incident to the Mobikwik Zip pay later team via the help section; however, they asked me to elaborate the concern when I had already done so. Nevertheless, I again wrote the entire issue and uploaded it yet again in the help section.

To my utter shock, after waiting for 17 days for a resolution from them, I still have not received a resolution. Mobikwik app does not let me access anything on it...
