I have trying to reach the customer care since past 4 days, every time they disconnect the call and when they answer they say I will get back to you in 24 hours
No calls so far, every time I try to connect the customer care I get a different individual, I explain them the problem and they disconnect the call. This is really a 3rd grade customer service,
I had been trying to do the payment since 18th but it gave me error that “ Something went wrong, Please try again “ .
Request you to please remove the late fee charge so that I can do the payment, because of this issue I am unable to use this app . Need your quick intervention on this . Thank you

Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is a serious issue as mobikwik is not even acknowledging the transaction as failed transaction in the history.
