I added 5000 in my xtra account in Mobikwik and the transaction is successful from both ends but the money is not reflecting in my account. The history and statement saying they do recieved 5000. I'm kind of worried now. Please solve this as soon as possible.

Also there is no option of asking for help regarding that transaction in the app. The customer care themselves is not responding.
Bank account not linked in xrtra earn account

Added money not reflecting in Mobikwik Xtra account - Comment #4028642 - Image #0
Added money in mobikwik but it is not reflected in the app whereas amount hasbeen debited from my bank. And even the transaction is not showing in the history.
This is a serious issue as mobikwik is not even acknowledging the transaction as failed transaction in the history.

    Someone hacked my mobikwik Zip pay and used my all money.
    I complaint them on twitter and mail but nothing reply from them

    This is my last try by this method otherwise I filled a FIR CASE on Mobikwik Company .

    Please Help me Please..

            Unethical late payment fee and penalty levied upon me

            Upon me. I had reported this incident to the Mobikwik Zip pay later team via the help section; however, they asked me to elaborate the concern when I had already done so. Nevertheless, I again wrote the entire issue and uploaded it yet again in the help section.

            To my utter shock, after waiting for 17 days for a resolution from them, I still have not received a resolution. Mobikwik app does not let me access anything on it...

            Hi Team,

            I have trying to reach the customer care since past 4 days, every time they disconnect the call and when they answer they say I will get back to you in 24 hours

            No calls so far, every time I try to connect the customer care I get a different individual, I explain them the problem and they disconnect the call. This is really a 3rd grade customer service,

            I had been trying to do the payment since 18th but it gave me error that “ Something went wrong, Please try again “ .

            Request you to please remove the late fee charge so that I can do the payment, because of this issue I am unable to use this app . Need your quick intervention on this . Thank you

              I did a transaction of 25000 towards credit card bill payment on 7th Jul 2022. It has been more than 15 days my transaction still showing pending. I called many times on Mobikwik customer support even dropped more than 10-15 mails to their mail ids- [protected]@mobikwik.com, [protected]@mobikwik.com, [protected]@mobikwik.com, [protected]@mobikwik.com but not getting any response from their end expect auto generated replies.

                I paid my zip bill on time amount deducted from my account but it didn't get updated to mobikwik account, the transaction was successful from my side, but they didn't update it now they charged penalty on it, but I have paid my bill already, talked to customer care they said balance will be transferred into bill and no penalty wlll be charged, they lied there's no update regarding this, in history it's showing that the payment is done but there's no invoice slip for it like other transactions I have paid my bill they didn't update it and amount is deducted from my account and charging the penalty, it's there scam to earn through penalty

                  The collection agent of Mobikwik called me and assured me on the call that if I pay my zip bill they will waive off the entire charges of penalty.

                  Now its been 2 weeks, Neither your collection agent is picking the call, Nor the charge has been taken off, I have a call recording and shared on [protected]@mobikwik.com via email and on twitter but no one responded till date

                      Dear sir/mam

                      Sir I had called the customer care in the beginning and told that when I activated this loan by mistake because I needed cash loan not shopping loan.
                      When Amy hadn't even started, I called and asked to be shut down but then or now no one listened. Sir I am very disappointed with all this.
                      I'm so upset, I didn't take any extra money from MobiKwik and didn't make any extra purchases, I get threatened...

                      My name is Ganesh Pruthviraj recently i downloaded mobikwik app and registered as new and when i doing KYC i got error message that "This aadhar Number is linked to another mobikwik account please enter new one" and i called Mobikwik customer care customer executive saying that in mobikwik side they cant do anything. On mobikwik there is pay later option so I very afraid of that if someone missued that account that linked my adhaar.so please take action and unlink my adhaar from that unkown account. And block that unknown account please help me

                        Ordered on ecom merchant my using Mobikwik Wallet for the amount of 4248/- ( Order ID : [protected] ) . I cancelled that order to buy diffrent products. The refund amount credited to Mobikwiks bank account from merchant side instantly (2 days ago). But till now mobikwik not updated my wallet balance . Also my 4248/- is not listed in Mobikwik 's any of transaction section to approach help . Raised a complaint by using deposited 4248/- transaction, for that too they not given any respond. In twitter mobikwik told to DM, But that too crossed 24hrs still no reply from them ..am planned for tour, that's why am make this purshase. But still my money stucked in Mobikwik side, can't order another product due to this.

                          Hi.. this is sabitha.. on june 30th i tried to place order on swiggy worth 541 using zip amount twice because 1st attempt order not accepted by the swiggy order got failed but here in history its showing successful.. but no invoice is there.. just its showing (#orderid:2033c5cfdf62) if i tried to open this transaction to see invoice its not opening.. i tried to talk with customer care about this they are saying that this amount refunded on july 1st only and it is adjusted with your previous pending payments .. but i my self cleared all bills except this 541 .. that time there is no pending dues actually except this 541.. i was waiting for refund but due date came and i paid with 200 extra. Very very bad experience.. not only this i madly used this mobikwik zip amount again to order on myntra .. after that i return that product so they intiated refund instantly but again its not showing any refund status and next day due date is there.. if i wont pay, i supposed to pay 200 extra.. what is this ... very very fraud mobikwik..

                              I had made a payment of 4513 through gpay on the 16 th of July which was unsuccessful and the amount was credited back to my account..so I tried making payment on 18th July again through gpay and the amount has been debited from my bank account but does not reflect on the mobikwik account nor the amount has been refunded back to my account..I will not be able to make the payment until the amount is refunded back as I’m in short of funds And my due date is tomorrow and post due date I will be charged penalty from ur side..I have made payment even before the due date but it’s not updated..I will not pay u the penalty charges for no mistake of mine

                                    I want to enquire about the transaction that was placed on[protected]. I had made a transaction of amount ₹2147 on myntra . The amount has been debited from my mobikwik wallet but order was not placed neither the amount has been credited back to me. This is not the type of service that is expected. I’m in utter confusion about this whole process. I contacted myntra but according to them they have not received the money. I want my refund back that’s it .
