I paid my zip bill on time amount deducted from my account but it didn't get updated to mobikwik account, the transaction was successful from my side, but they didn't update it now they charged penalty on it, but I have paid my bill already, talked to customer care they said balance will be transferred into bill and no penalty wlll be charged, they lied there's no update regarding this, in history it's showing that the payment is done but there's no invoice slip for it like other transactions I have paid my bill they didn't update it and amount is deducted from my account and charging the penalty, it's there scam to earn through penalty
