I am registered user of Mobikwik vide M.No, [protected] & email- [protected]@yahoo.in
I have made payment of Rs. 7919.55 to an online merchant on 27.06.2022. But the payment had not credited to merchant's account till date, nor it is credited back to mobikwik wallet. When i m trying to see details of the transaction, no detail is showing in Mobikwik statement. I raised query on app, but no reply received. Then i started sending email on [protected]@mobikwik.com / [protected]@mobikwik.com, [protected]@mobikwik.com & [protected]@mobikwik.com. But till date no reply received or no call received. Instead of this, there 3rd class recovery agents are callling for due payment.
Bill for the above amount has been generated on 05.07.2022. Why should i pay the bill, if the amount is of no use for me & also i will not pay any interest levied by mobikwik on this due amount.
Please look into matter & arrange the detail of transaction. So it can be traced. I am very much sure that transaction in pending at the end of Mobikwik. This is an example of worst customer care service.
Please do the needful.
