I transfer 100 rupees to my brother but it's gets pending but it's not refunded from 7 days . It's too late . They have also not a customer care service. It's have no any help line number. It's too worst app.

    Unable to withdraw shop on Emily loan

    Hi I am sanjaya Kumar Lenka and my mobile no is [protected] and mail I'd is [protected]@gmail.com. I have applied a loan on mobile and after 15 days in loan it shows my approve limit on shop on emi is 60000. When I want to withdraw it it shows" cannot withdrawal at this moment and contact customer support". After this I complain it through ivr but there is no solution since last 10 days.     Mobikwik transaction Id [protected]. My amount of 1514 has been debited from mobikwik wallet as i tried to pay to Myntra. But the transaction failed but i did not receive any refund from mobikwik. Myntra says the amount never reached them. And mobikwik is just withholding my refund amount. Fraud company mobikwik is. Stay away

        My cibil report has entry that I have personal loan with idfc and it is impacting my cibil score.I never enquired about the loan and neither used that amoumt.
        When contacted Idfc first bank they told contact mobikwik and they are lending partners. I have installed mobikwik app and neither enquired about loan however they opned personal loan account in idfc first bank without my consent or documents submitted.

        Either parties mobikwik and idfc are no where concerned about this while after lodging complaint.

        With immediate effect both mobikwik and idfc first bank please close my personal loan account as it is impacting cibil score.

            Dear Sir,

            I am registered user of Mobikwik vide M.No, [protected] & email- [protected]@yahoo.in

            I have made payment of Rs. 7919.55 to an online merchant on 27.06.2022. But the payment had not credited to merchant's account till date, nor it is credited back to mobikwik wallet. When i m trying to see details of the transaction, no detail is showing in Mobikwik statement. I raised query on app, but no reply received. Then i started sending email on [protected]@mobikwik.com / [protected]@mobikwik.com, [protected]@mobikwik.com & [protected]@mobikwik.com. But till date no reply received or no call received. Instead of this, there 3rd class recovery agents are callling for due payment.

            Bill for the above amount has been generated on 05.07.2022. Why should i pay the bill, if the amount is of no use for me & also i will not pay any interest levied by mobikwik on this due amount.

            Please look into matter & arrange the detail of transaction. So it can be traced. I am very much sure that transaction in pending at the end of Mobikwik. This is an example of worst customer care service.

            Please do the needful.

              I made the payment to one UPI using mobikwik, It got pending and the money got deducted from creadit card.. It's been more than 10 days.. Isn't it a crime to block money more than 7 days??

                Complain 1: refund did not credited to wallet.

                MERCHANT Transaction initiated date 7 may 2022 15 49 hrs amount rs 1081.00

                Transaction id attached

                After multiple tickets no resolution has been provided till date 12 july 2022

                Complain 2: amount rs 11699 transaction failed on 23rd june 2022

                No refund has been credited till 12th july 2022

                Even after raising dispute to amex card through mobikwik.

                All the details attached.

                  I added 10, 000 rupees in my mobikwik account.
                  Within 10 minutes, amount is gone from my account.
                  When I found in transaction details, some body added in ICICI credit card without any otp and my control.

                  Please help me to get my amount back. I am in emergency situation
                  My brother is in hospital in emergency.
                  Please I need amount.

                      I have taken a loan from mobikwik zip pay later, because of my financial situation which was not good then because covid lockdown i lost my job and I was unable to pay the loan amount. I recently got a job and request them to give me 1 month time but The recovery agent called me every day i asked him to give me some time but he is blackmailing me that he is going to call all people from my contact list and spoil my reputation and he called some contacts and harras them too and damaged my reputation pls take very strong action I'll be also raising these issues with RBI, Finance Minister And people of India on twitter and request RBI to cancel the license of Mobikwik also I'm going to File an FIR against Mobikwik of Harrasing, Bullying, Threat and Defamation.

                          I got this email from mobikwik, that didnt help me in any ways, upon signing in to mobikwik app zip paylater service i found that against a usage of less than rs 22000 till march 2022, they are charging including all penalties interests till date, rs 28922 !i had written to you and rbi sachet that mobikwik is charging extremely high interest and penalty charges totally against rbi and nbfc norms i had requested mobikwik to split the outstanding into emi for next three months, but i didnt get any respite from them upon signing in into their app i found that they are asking rs 28922 uptill now in a one time payment, no payment request as per customer convenience thru split emi system ?this is totally customer harassing and customer befooling action, i can ask rbi to initiate strict action against fraud firm like mobikwik, and i can request google play store to remove this app its violating their norms, and cheating befooling defrauding customers on day to day basis .

                            I have taken a loan last year in April month for 12 months.
                            I cleared all the 12 EMI'sbof Rs 1874 every month within time by May'2022.
                            But mobkwik kept imposing late charges for no reasons and kept calling, messaging again and again. Although I have been complaining them regarding this issue for past 7-8 months.
                            Even a senior of Mobkwik talked to me on call and said that they will remove those extra charges.
                            But last month another representative called me to pay late fees, when I escalated about my previous conversation with the senior,
                            The representative said that senior was lying.

                            I made so many complaints even asked to close my account and don't trouble me with calls and messages, but they didn't do anything. Even they call my father and trouble him by giving wrong information.

                            I got fed up with all this and cleared the penalties of Rs 1647 as well in June '2022.
                            Now they are messaging and calling me to pay July month's emi. The loan provider is INCRED and there are no more dues.
                            These mobikwik people are causing problems in my life and causing me mental trauma.

                            Please take severe actions on the same.
                            I just want my mobikwik account to be closed completely.

                            And I need the reimbursement of the trouble caused to me.

                              I have done a transaction worth 1588 through mobikwik amex blue card on 13 april 2022. The transaction got failed at mechant end but money was deducted from mobikwik wallet. I have raised complaint against transaction on the app with support ticket no. 24835320. There was just a single reply that your issue is being reviewed. I have been continuously messaging their Twitter support also but every time just same reply that we are working on your issue.
                              I have even mailed their nodal team on 2 june but not even a single reply from them. It's been more than 85 days now.
                              I have raised a new ticket on their app 7 days ago but that too not even a single reply.
                              Every RBI guidelines have been breached here by mobikwik. Almost 3 months now.
                              Please refer to the ticket no. Mentioned above if any official wants to solve my issue.
