I have problem with my wallet in Wallet amount was debited automatically with out my permission I got msg u have debited money I have raised complaint but didn't get any response and I can't login my wallet it was showing disabled so pls solve the problem

    I was placing an order on myntra using Mobikwik as the payment method and on mobikwik I used upi id to make payment.
    The money got debited from my account but the order was not placed.
    I am attaching the transaction snapshot for your reference. Kindly initiate the refund as soon as possible.
    Its my hard earned money. Hope you understand.

      Hi, I made a payment of Rs21000 towards my credit card using the instant credit card payment option in Mobikwik app.
      First i transferred Rs 4079 and then Rs. 20117 after which i started to transact and made a payment towards my credit card, while making the payment it was strange as the app was redirecting me to my UPI Account rather than the mobikwik wallet and while i overlooked this situation and processed the payment through my UPI Account an amount of Rs 21000 was deducted from my account and paid towards my credit card simultaneously when I checked the balance in my mobikwik wallet the same amount was deducted and in my savings account passbook i see three transactions 1. Rs. 4079 2. Rs. 20117 3. Rs 21000 in this case i have lost Rs. 20117 from my mobikwik wallet. Later i did a payment towards my credit card for Rs. 100 and found out the insurance option when checked it directs you to UPI Account and when unchecked it directs you to the amount available in Mobikwik wallet again i see an entry in my savings account for Rs. 100 also Rs. 100 is deducted in the mobikwik wallet. This is my first negative experience with Mobikwik.

      Hi, i am unable to reach anyone at mobikwik for a conversation over the phone and explain them what exactly has happened. The help section in the mobikwik app is not helping at all they keep going resolving the issue raised by saying the bill has paid, which is right because it was deducted from my UPI Account (Savings account), this is unfair and the team at mobikwik with understanding of ledger needs to look into this. I have attached the amounts deducted from my account and credited to mobikwik for clarity and if this does not do credit my money back then mobikwik is stealing money from them users.

          I have sufficient balance in my account but also they didn't deducted my emi amount but afterwards they told me to pay via payment link i have it but also i am receiving that my emi is not paid they are telling if try to mail them the mail id doesnt work if contact help in app they will also not reponse rightly like happen where to contact

            I my name is mahesh I have used mobikwik blue card for buying Amazon digital gold transplantation successful but merchant not recieved and intimate refund and never credit back, i used date 21/04/2022 and complaint customer support bteam but not rectify the issue and never see solve this so pls i need to request refund amount I don't penalty.

                Money transferred to irctc from the wallet today (1 may 2022) but i did not get the ticket. I have not get the money back yet.
                Registered mobile is [protected].
                Kindly check the transaction of rs 436.
                According to mobikwik it takes 24 hours to refund the money but i still have not get the refund. Kindly refund asap. Plz send an information mail that the issue is being processed. Thank you.

                    Refund not received even after two weeks

                    1. I tried to pay my LIC premium on 18th April on Amazon.in worth Rs 2182( order id.[protected] using my mobikwik blue amex card(no. [protected]) but as usual the payment was failed and money deducted from my mobikwik wallet. I immediately contacted amazon customer care and they said the amount didn't reach to them the transaction was failed and the refund would be credited within 3-5 days which I have still not received.

                    I did a payment transfer via mobikwik wallet . The same went into pending state. On complaining about same they 1st said to wait for 4 hours. Then they are asking to wait for 2 to 3 days.
                    This is unacceptable. My money is needed on urgent basis and they have hold the same.
                    I want my money immediately.

                      I got call from this number saying its from mobikwik i was getting problem in zip service so i told him he said he will deactivate zip service. And asked for otp i am aware of fraud happening now days so i remove All my money from my account and give him otp he.tried to steal from my bank but got failed due to insufficient balance then he asked me to add 10000 balance in my account and said its company procedure i was confirmed it is fraud and cut the call but any how he deducted 51rs from my paylater zip service
                      So please kindly take action and refund my money back guarantee

                          Mobikwik is a Delhi based fraud company.
                          They will ask to use their wallet
                          When u will load money they will disable your wallet with the money
                          My 14000 rs is stuck in wallet and their customer care people fool me daily.
                          They asked me to send self attested copy of Aadhar card and credit card amount debit confirmation mail screenshot .
                          I have send the 10 times. Each and every time they send mails that pls send documents to process the request.
                          They have duped my amount. Someone please help me

                            I have done transaction with mobikwik zip wallet for sum of rupees 12999 and the transaction get successful from there side but the beneficiary or account number doesn't exist so how could you make the transaction successful . I have called 3 time to customer care they said you will get refund by 28 April 2022 but still I don't get any refund from them mobikwik customer service is not responding me properly so where should I make complaint. Please I need refund today itself only and my question is to mobikiwk if account number doesn't exist so how could you make the transaction successful from your side?

                                  Hi I never asked for Mobikwik zip pay, they forcefully kept 30, 000.It is kept with 0 level security .Even shopping apps have better security, atleast you get to know if someone else is trying to log in from another device.In case of Mobikwik the account got easily hacked and in three transactions 30k has been taken out.Mobikwik's customer care is always unreachable and have pathetic backend service .They are not taking any liability of their poor security and there are thousands of sufferers like us .You can find so many complaints about them on social media still they are practicing these careless security with commoners money.Now even the account is blocked and these I'll practices will effect my CIBIL score .They are running lives of so many Indian commoners through fraud practices.

                                    Hello sir I made transaction of fund transfer 15865 from credit card to my Bank account. amount is debited from credit card but not credited to my bank account and it showing payment under process and it will take couple of hours with pending status but still i do not recieved the amount in Bank account . Kindly look into this and don't let your customer suffer finantial losses thank you
