    Mere MobiKwik ke app se emi le rakha h or uske 2 emi aati h 192+257 MobiKwik app ke hisab se ye 2 emi h or ye dono ka amount 1148 h jishka screenshot m dal dunga but mere account se ye company 1184 debit kar rahi h jish ke karan mere account m penalty lag rahi h because mere account meri emi 1148 ki h to 1160 amount tha or 590 ki penalty lag gayi or ye 590 rupee ye fault MobiKwik ka h or pay mujhe karna...

      I have three failed transaction for which only one transaction got refunded and the remaining two transactions didn't got refunded. i paid through american express blue card from mobikwik wallet for booking train tickets on amazon. Amazon is saying that we didn't receive any money from mobikwik its a failed transactions resolve the issue by consulting the mobikwik.

            From last 10 days I have done a 30, 000 transaction with Mobikwik wallet which is still pending, I chatted with customer support of mobikic 2 days ago, they told me that your issue will be resolved soon which is not done yet, for last 10 days I am complaining again and again but No redressal has been done by you till now, your customer exicutives are always busy, you mail system is fake, I can't send you any mail, your mailbox is full of complaints, worst performance

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              On March'2021 i have applied for a booster loan unknowingly, The loan which I applied for was to pay my family medical expenses. I'm Really sorry that at that critical condition when my parents were at ICU I didn't have time to read the terms & conditions because I was not in that stage .
              Moreover to this my main motive was to pay for Oxygen cylinder & medicine bills at that moment, I do not want to buy anything from any merchandiser nor local market which this loan was credited for to my mobikwik account.

              I have wrote 40-50mails to Mobikwik customer care tram to take back the money which i haven't used but no response from them .

              I request you to kindly support me in releasing this issue from my account .
              It will be grateful & helpful if you consider my application & resolve this matter at the earliest .

              Customer care executives are disconnecting the calls, No response on Mail & Mobikwik is showing its original face to customers .

              Immediate urgent attention is required . My money has been deducted from my account even though the payment has already been made.

              Almost 12000 rs has been deducted from my account & I need this money urgently.

              The Loan is cleared but still my account is debited with 2954 Rs . I request you to kindly treat this on a priority basis .

              Attached is the payment HISTORY but still getting abusive & threatening calls from the Mobikwik Customer Service team. I have saved the Audio Clip.

              I have already raised my complaint ticket No[protected] on 04.03.2022, but still no response or call back from Mobikwik Team, Please resolve & relieve me from this problem .

Then i initiated a payment of rs 2736 by mobikwik and used code “MBK500” and made payment by my UPI ID .The payment was successful by UPI but mobikwik site did not move furthur and finally myntra didn’t receive the payment.                       I did a transaction on 17 April To AJIO from ZIP pay later ( mobikwik), since the transaction was unsuccessful then and there, it is not reflecting on the statements of MobiKwik app and thus i don't have any transaction I'd for the transaction, but now they have added that amount in the bill at the end of the billing period, and now they are asking me to pay before due date and failing to do so will effect my CIBIL score and also I'll have to pay a penalty of ₹500 . I have complained about this to there customer care 8-10 times yet there is not response .

                              Hi, I made a payment of Rs21000 towards my credit card using the instant credit card payment option in Mobikwik app.
                              First i transferred Rs 4079 and then Rs. 20117 after which i started to transact and made a payment towards my credit card, while making the payment it was strange as the app was redirecting me to my UPI Account rather than the mobikwik wallet and while i overlooked this situation and processed the payment through my UPI Account an amount of Rs 21000 was deducted from my account and paid towards my credit card simultaneously when I checked the balance in my mobikwik wallet the same amount was deducted and in my savings account passbook i see three transactions 1. Rs. 4079 2. Rs. 20117 3. Rs 21000 in this case i have lost Rs. 20117 from my mobikwik wallet. Later i did a payment towards my credit card for Rs. 100 and found out the insurance option when checked it directs you to UPI Account and when unchecked it directs you to the amount available in Mobikwik wallet again i see an entry in my savings account for Rs. 100 also Rs. 100 is deducted in the mobikwik wallet. This is my first negative experience with Mobikwik.

                              Hi, i am unable to reach anyone at mobikwik for a conversation over the phone and explain them what exactly has happened. The help section in the mobikwik app is not helping at all they keep going resolving the issue raised by saying the bill has paid, which is right because it was deducted from my UPI Account (Savings account), this is unfair and the team at mobikwik with understanding of ledger needs to look into this. I have attached the amounts deducted from my account and credited to mobikwik for clarity and if this does not do credit my money back then mobikwik is stealing money from them users.

                                  I have sufficient balance in my account but also they didn't deducted my emi amount but afterwards they told me to pay via payment link i have it but also i am receiving that my emi is not paid they are telling if try to mail them the mail id doesnt work if contact help in app they will also not reponse rightly like happen where to contact
