My name is Akhil no. Sharma. I am mobikwik user whose zip number is [protected] whose zip amount is 12000. I made a payment from my Zip Paylater which bounced or it came in the wallet of my MobiKwik account or I thought the Zip Paylater was updated or I am sure. But when I got the statement to pay the bill I spoke to the customer care or transferred the zip paylater mian from the payment wallet to the customer care executive's solution I got...

My mobiKwik account is disable and I'm unable to pay my zip pay later bill due to this company is charging late fee. And I've tried to contact them multiple times & even talked to there coustomer support through fb messenger, email & call. It's been 2 months I'm unable to pay my zip bill & the r charging me late fee.
Because of the it will affect my Credit score.
Kindly review my case.

2nd April transaction a bsnl customer number transaction successful but customer don't get benefit of transaction then I call customer care number then they get cleverly take my OTP and transaction 1299 bank account to Mobikwik wallet but then my Mobikwik account disable and don't transaction through Mobikwik account still today my problem not solve 1299 rupees don't reverse my wallet to my account and my Mobikwik account disable then why...

Hello, My name is Ajnas Muhammed, I have performed a mobiKwik transaction of rupees 10, 522.72 on 2nd April to my coinswitch account . The amount is not credited to my coinswitch account. I have contacted coinswitch team, and they said they have disabled the mobikwik transaction on the coinswitch because of poor service of MobiKwik. On 8th April they have replied that the amount is reversed back to my source bank account with refund UTR:-...

I have ordered grocery from Flipkart on 7th April of amount 470/-. Order was not placed but payment was debited from my Mobikwik account. Flipkart was saying that they didn't receive payment.

Mobikwik is a fintech company which doesnt refund money into your account on time and lays late fee on that. And they scammed of 10k and now asking me to pay the total amount which i was ready to do but they disabled me on their account.and i dont understand how come RBI has given permission to this company...

They scammed me of 10k. They dont refund my money back in account in time. And now my account got Disabled and now not able to payback such that my cibil score is getting affected. Such a lame fintech company it is...

ONE MOBIWIK SYSTEM PVT is a fake fraud company which is causing fraud transactions . They will pretend to be a genuine customer support agents of your credit card and bluff you to get all details. like reward points or scare you etc.

Pl. block this fraud company ASAP....

March 31st I recharged for my jio number I he was recharge not successful but amount debited from my account...

They told me to pay now only, they keep calling me and torture for repayment I need 20 days to repayment please help me...

I was done a transaction of rupees 576 for my recharge, on 3 april 2022 at 3:55 PM.
I paid from UPI.
But the amount of 576 is deducted from my account but the Recharge was not done. And the transaction is showing successful.
Please forward your team to investigate as soon as possible and help to refund the amount.

I am use mobikik wallet bust last week I am use date -28/04/2022 time 10.30 pm mobikik wallet to bank transfer amount rs 10372/ use IndusInd Bank Credit Card amount debit but not showing mobikik wallet .I'm trying mobikik help desk bust not responding mobikik no any help please check...

I made zip payment to MobiKwik and it failed but my money got deducted so I had to make the same payment again. But my first payment didn’t reverse in my account till now...

Since a long there is no Zip facilities in Mobikwik. The Zip section is showing wrong information. All the Zip dues were paid on or before the due date. I had requested Mobikwik team to close the loan account in CIBIL and other credit reports, if any. They said it will be closed within 45 days. Now it's more than 60 days, the loan account is not yet closed. Doing lot of timepass everytime I ask about it... It's been many months I am requesting...

AN unknown person transacted illegally from my credit card for rupees. 93, 350 without my knowledge on 26/03/2022 at around 9 pm via MOBIWIK application....
