I have done one transaction worth close to 2000 Rs from MobiKwik to AJIO. There was close to 500 Rs reward was mentioned. I didn't get the same so I raised the ticket and it should have taken a max of 24 hours as per their policy. But I didn't get the response in a timely manner so I did mention that I won't pay dues in time if you don't clear the query on time.

Now my query was not answered satisfactorily for almost or more than 2 weeks intentionally because I had a due date for payback within two weeks.

Post two weeks they provided a ### response with 50 Rs as cashback and said it was 50 Rs only but now they charged me an unnecessary penalty may be from 50 to 150 rs for missing dues. I clearly mentioned that I will clear the dues only if you remove the penalty.

They didn't remove it but instead started charging more on every 15th day or in a month and started calling and harassing for dues clearance. I asked the same thing every time that please remove the penalty and I will clear dues and will never use your service in the future.

They also made my CIBIL score bad. Now I would like to raise a complaint about this malpractice and harassment and mental torcher and would request you to take strict action against the same so they cant do this kind of blackmail and bullying thing with anyone else.

I am still ready to clear my dues without unnecessary penalties but I need confirmation that this was malpractice from their end and they need to improve my CIBIL score back to what it was before this transaction.

    Pending transaction wallet to bank

    I have done transaction wallet to bank 1922.42
    But amount was deducted from wallet but amount not credit to bank stll it showing pending status.. Kindly check on priority.. It's too urgent...

    Hi team, my bill for rs. 967. I paid on 16 Mar 2022 rs. 919. But upto now it is not reflected in my mobikwik account. Also my account is disabled. Please resolve thiss issue and activate my mobikwik account. Thanks in advance

          I made the transaction of 4047.20 RS. on 11th March 2022. My transaction id is 5d9f14b0fc206. Also my ticket no. is 24247320. In this transaction, my money got deducted from my Mobiquick wallet but no refunded to me back I waited till 7 days as they told the refund time. I want my money back credited that's the complaint.Still its status is showing pending .

            I complained to the helpdesk of mobikwik regarding the misuse/erroneous use of my wallet. Instead of providing the resolution they are delaying the issue.

              I have booked my gas on 09.03.2022 through transaction id MK[protected], but still my cylinder not delevered.
              refund my money or kdeliver my cylinder i enquired indian oil and my distributor but no transaction registered. mobikwik only have to answer

                HI, i want to close my zip account. as it is showing it as a personal loan. i raised multiple tickets none of them got any replay. there is not proper help line number or mail id provided in website or app.

                  Hello my name is Tejas. My issue is they are charging me more amount than may outstanding and penalties which is more than 2000 rs and the reason for may delay in payment is mobikwik because i have been trying to contact them from feb but they don't have any customer care service . If you tried to call them they will say that their customer care is not available. I have been trying from 1 month now but still same response from mobikwik. One of their third party customer care call us and harras us to pay money which we never used and they affect our cibil

                    117 Rupees automatically debited from MobiKwik account and there is no response from Support team. I don't know how to claim dispute transaction from MobiKwik. I never allowed any one to deduct 117 from my wallet.

                      I ordered goods from flipkart for rs 813 on 8th march and paid via mobikiwik blue card with transaction id[protected], but after few hours flipkart notified me that the transaction has been failed and any amount debited will be refunded since from that day i'm waiting for my refund, nor my order placed neither i got my refund
                      flipkart confirmed me that payment not received by them via email hence now its turn for mobikiwk to refund my amount
                      even after several tweet complaint and tried calling nothing received, even the phone line is not working from past 1 week (number of mobikiwik i tried calling is [protected] and this is the only number written on their website)
                      even the help section of the mobile application is asking me to wait forever and also not allowing me to reply any mesasage
                      please help me

                        Hello,

                        I've made an transactions using my zip payment of ₹1220 on 10/03/2022 on ola money but unfortunately the amount was deducted from mobikwik zip payment but was not reflected in ola money wallet and when I've asked them they've informed that refund was initiated however it was still not reflected in mobikwik and infact the repayment bill was generated that says I've to pay this unsuccessful transaction of ₹1220 as well. Please do resolve the issue ASAP before deadline so that I'll not incur any fine for unsuccessful transaction.

                        I've tried calling and sent emails however there're no platforms where i can get my issue resolved with ease.

                                  On March 15 10:02 AM I made transaction using postpe card to add money of Rs.2000 to mobikwik wallet. Money deducted is postpe card but not added to mobikwik wallet. The transaction also not listed in mobikwik. When I reached to postepe support, they clarified that transaction is done from their side and coordinate with mobikwik for reversal of money. Mobikwik customer support is not responding to my issue. Mobikwik support, Please review the payment of Rs.2000 with Txn.Id[protected] and refund the money.

                                    I have done transaction in IRCTC for Rs 2600.18 on 09/02/2022
                                    The money got debited from wallet but reversed back to wallet by IRCTC on the same day
                                    The Fraud starts now The money refunded on 09/02/2022 by IRCTC got credited to my wallet on 17/02/2022 and Mobikwik charged me for the full amount of 2600.18
                                    Till today there is a credit of 2500 in the wallet and They are asking me to pay Rs3300 with late fee of Rs800
                                    This is a great fraud by Mobikwik
                                    Today as of now Company has to pay Rs 100 forcibly deducted from my wallet
