I added money on coindcx through mobikwik my money got deducted and the amount didn't receive by coindcx and on mobikwik app there was no transactions showing after few hours there showed a transaction but i was unable to get the transaction id as i was not getting any invoice the only thing it say when i press on that transaction showed invoice not available for this transaction where did my money gone????

    The mobikwik debited ₹79 from my account for unauthorised police purchase without my consent and their coustomer care isn't responding to the matter. I wasn't aware of it, and the app debited the money form my Wallet without my permission

      Since 28th January 2022, Rs 1970 refunded by Myntra vanished from my Mobikwik wallet and till date NOBODY seems to have any clues about the same. Only 'Technical teams are following up" is the standard reply I get from their customer service representatives. Pls help and advice

          I have made one transaction of 2600 Rs. through mobikwik on 29th October 2021 which was failed. But still I have not received my refund amount after several reminders. mails and complaints through their app.

            My name is nilofar sameer khan, on 20/02/2022 i am rechage my jio mobile no [protected] via your upi, and that time my jio trasanction is failed and amount rs 602.20 is deducted from my account and which is not refunded to me,
            after that i called you in your customer care services but they are not pick up my phone call and i am suffered and harashed, then i mailed you but you are not responding then i decide to file complaint against you, regarding my money,
            sir i requst you that pls refund my money as ealy as you possible, and i enclsoed the trasanction statement with this complaint,
            if you are not refund my amount then mobikwik upi is whole and sale liable for future expences and interest also given to me.
            then i again requsted to you give me back my money of rs 602.20

                With reference to the above subject I booked train tickets thru IRCTC portal on 8th Feb at 20.14hrs and used Mobikwik payment gateway to do the payment,

                The amount of Rs 7348.60 got deducted from my ICICI bank account and the tickets is not booked, The transaction id is [protected],

                Kindly refund the amount at the earliest.

                I have called your customer care and they have given me an email address that is only for document verification.

                IRCTC should look into putting a grievance addressal mechanism for failed transactions.

                Called IRCTC and they say Mobikwik has to refund as the payment is not reflecting in their account. Mobikwik says that they do not have any record of the transaction in their system. I have provided the transaction ID in my main complaint and all relevant details. If any other details are required I can provide the same. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction for your reference.

                      Hi,
                      I have not opted for zip services in mobile app. But in cibil statements it is showing that 2000rs is a loan from IDFC bank for the first from the past 1 year.
                      Now the issue is, without my concern, how it is showing a 2000 rs loan in the account.
                      I called the bank and they informed me to resolve this issue with mobikwik.

                      but mobiqwik customer care no. is not transferring call to their executives even after so many tries.
                      In this app only logout is there but no option to close all activities in this app.
                      what to do, please help me.

                        'One Mobikwik Systems Pvt Ltd' is a fraud company. They defrauded Rs. 60, 000 from my parent's credit card account by tricking them into providing credit card details.
                        Please stay away from this company.

                        I wanted to add money to my crypto app so I clicked on add through MobiKwik and then the money got deducted (Rs.1000) but yet, it's not showing the amount.

                              I have placed an order from myntra using mobikwik zip balance, the order was cancelled by myntra and money was returned to mobikwik zip balance, I raised an complaint against in complete order and that's it, they blocked me from the app and asking to pay for unused zip balance, I have tried reaching them but none of my efforts helped me contacting them.

                                I have returned my order from flipkart and flipkart refunded the money to my original payment merchant (Mobikwik). But, the amount of ₹864 is still not reflecting in my account. I called up flipkart and they said they have refunded the amount and share me the transaction reference number but amount not credited.

                                Please help...

                                  I am late on paying mobikwik zip, but i said i would pay all the charges incurring for the extra period, but all i need is little bit of time like till the end of this month. They are blackmailing like we are sending person with notices to your home and they will deal with like that and i have all the call recordings and messages.
