On 25th nov, 2021, I transferred 4500 from my j&k bank account to my mobikwik wallet. But my mobikwik wallet balance is not updated. Please refund my money

    I was ordering on Myntra.com and successfully paid via Mobikwik wallet, money was debited, but the order was never confirmed. I emailed Mobikwik support but they are not responding since 2 days.

    Kindly revert the transaction and refund my money.

    I only have the following document of the transaction.

      On 25/11/2021 around 12:58 PM, I have trying depositing the amount Rs.51, 000/- ( Rupees fifty one thousand) only from my Saving bank account to Mobikwik Wallet, but amount only deducted from my ICICI Saving account, amount not deposited to Mobikwik wallet.

      Request reconcile your statement and refund me the said account at the earliest please.

      I have attached connected documents for your ready reference please.

        My name is Pradeep Kumar Sharma recently i downloaded mobikwik app and
        registered as new and when i doing KYC i got error message that
        "This aadhar Number is linked to another mobikwik account please
        enter new one" and i called Mobikwik customer care 2 times.On 1st
        time on 23/11/2021 one customercare executive told that he registered complaint i
        have upload orginal adhaar id on mobwik complaint section so i uploaded my orginal
        adhaar id. But on other day 26/11/2021 i got reply for that they cant do anything on
        this and i called customer care on 2nd time on 26/11/2021 customer executive saying
        that in mobikwik side they cant do anything. On mobikwik there is pay later option so
        I very afraid of that if someone missued that account that linked my adhaar.so please
        take action and unlink my adhaar from that unkown account.

          My Aadhaar linked to another Account

          My name is Pradeep Kumar Sharma recently i downloaded mobikwik app and registered as new and when i doing KYC

                I paid Rs.5000 via my bank account to Mobikwik on 24th Nov 2021, around 11 pm, the payment to Mobikwik was successful to Mobikwik but the amount is not deposited to coin dcx app.

                  Money dedected from my bank account but not received at merchant account and I hav attached a screenshot of the transaction as well I have transferred 4000, 2000 on 16th November and 2000 on 23. November and both of these has same issue that I have explained above

                    I am one o[censored]r user mobikwik I settle my bill amount and penalty everything I should paid off at zip pay later app yesterday 3:15 pm onwards till now my account is not reactiveated, I chat on app also 24 hours after its activitate they said but till now can't reactivate in this mail I attached screenshot, am expecting from your kind response pls kindly solved it my issues.reactivated my zip pay app again.TILL NOW MOBIKWIK CAN'T REACTIVATED I TRUST & HOPE U

                        When I have added money through mobikwik to COINDCX money has been successfully debited but not reflected till now in COINDCX, it shown pending in COINDCX, Worst service ever, you can see my screenshot.

                        Kindly resolve my issue,

                          I am already discussed this issue to in cred private ltd. they told me we are a only lender partner of mobikwik they told me ask this reason to mobikwik why overdue shown in my cibil report when i have already paid my emi amount on time in every month. aand i have applied for only one loan from mobikwik which emi is timely auto debit from my bank account in every month but they show one other account in my cibil which is overdue in sept month but i haven't applied for this loan and loan amount not credited my bank account or wallet.

                                  I've placed an order on Myntra and paid it through Mobikwik via UPI. Amount got deducted from both MOBIKWIK wallet and Bank, but order is not placed on myntra.
                                  I've tried multiple times to contact MOBIKWIK, but they don't respond

                                  Myntra says they haven't received the amount

                                  I need a refund of my amount.
