Dear team, I have not taken any loan from Mobikwik, my mobikwik other wallet has received Rs.28991. I don't want this loan because I can't pay EMI but I haven't received any response yet.       Today I have done Money transfer from Mobikwick to my bank. It is deducted from wallet but not at all credited back to my Bank savings account. I have been calling customer care. It is simply saying.we are busy. and even in chat support also simply says we are working on this issue. Please help me to solve this

            I paid due amount in time, but amount is not reflected in mobikwik wallet, I spoke with bank person they said amount got transferred to mobikwik bank account, when I check with mobikwik team they are telling amount not received. And also customer support also very worst they didn’t given any proper reason and also now they started charging late fee also, please take this complaint and check with them I hope I got resolved and I want my amp refund back fully

              I am also facing same problem in mobikwil zip pay later i paid my dues of but still mobikwik zip pay later is showing as disabled. I request you to please reactivate it

But They have not received the money and payment has been decline and coin dcx marked the money will be refunded by mobikwik but I did not receive any money till now in my mobikwik wallet or bank

                      I have done payment from mobiqwik wallet on 18/11/2021 of Amount Rs.1484/- towards L51302_Myntra designs pvt Ltd Order id: [protected] Amount was debited from wallet but order was not placed at myntra. I have raised a complaint in mobiqwik app but didnt get any response. Kindly resolve my issue asap and refund my amount.

                        Wallet amount debited but order didnt placed

                        I have done payment from mobiqwik wallet on 16/11/2021 of Amount Rs.3440/- towards L51302_Myntra designs pvt Ltd Order id:[protected] Amount was debited from wallet but order was not placed at myntra. I have raised a complaint in mobiqwik app but didnt get any response. Kindly resolve my issue asap and refund my amount....

                                    Money has been debited from my Mobikwik wallet but that money has not been reflected in the CoinDCX GO INR wallet, and the CoinDCX wallet shows your transaction has been rejected. I need my refund as I paid through Mobikwik wallet.
