I requested company to close my Zap account which was wrongly opened then the Mobikwik replied me that this account can not be closed but no activation charges will be recovered and even it is debited then it will be waived off. But when these charges were replied then I requested company to waive off this charge on 2nd Oct, 21 but the company did not reply till 18th Oct, 21 and even continued late fee and penalty. On 18th Oct 21 the company replied that the charges will be waived off but I will have to pay the late fee & penalties.
I have again complained that when the original charges were wrong then how can the penalty or late fee can be imposed. This complaint is also pending since 18/10/21. I have also contacted on the phone on 18/10/21 the attending lady staff assured me that the necessary corrections will be done soon. But still the regular reminders are being sent me to pay the outstanding amount.

    I paid MobiKwik pg 1117.22 as it was a option in the payments but later realized that the amount was not received by merchant. the shop confirmed of no payment received but it was debited from my account.

      As on 7 October 2021 at 3:05pm I made a transection using dhani one pay card to transfer my rent through mobiwik and amount get debited and does not get credited I wated to long tried to call them but they didn't help my queries, as I talk to dhani customer care also they said it's mobiwik pblm.as I have not recieved any cancel msg from mobiwik..
      As I have all the details regarding my payment bank status where you can clearly see no transactions are made

        My registered mobile number..i transaction to flipkart on 1 August the amount is 184 from mobikwik.
        Thats transaction was unsuccessful but amount was debited...still am not get my refund, the flipkart say merchant not received the amount so contact the mobikwik American express card customer...but mobikwik still no response correctly..the flipkart send the mail about the amount was not get merchant...i attached the screenshot too...

                Dear sir/ma'am,
                Today I installed mobikwik and I told me to complete kyc after completing the kyc it told me to upload latest selfie then it said you are not eligible for for zip pay nither I applied the zip pay account nor I wanted zip pay account so please look into this because of it my cibil score should not get affected

                  My money of rs.4000/- is pending in mobikwik wallet. Neither no one is responding on mobikwik helpline number nor i can lodge complaint to mobikwik due to account blocked by mobikwik

                        I had made an online electricity bill payment for Noida Power Company Limited on 4th Oct 2021 using my debit card.
                        While the amount was deducted from my bank account but the same has not been credited into the merchants account i.e. NPCL .

                        Attached here is the txt message received from my bank.

                        Please arrange to investigate and sort out.

                          Did a mobikwik payment of Rs.270 (54.95 wallet balance+215.05 account money) by approving Mobikwik pg towards TATASKY DTH recharge. It didn't reach the merchant. The money got debited.

                            I was transferring money from wallet to bank account. Transaction is in pending state. I am waiting from 1 September. I haven't received my money in my bank account till now. Mobikwik Customer care is not able to resolve the issue. I called these guys many times but they put me on hold and says that please wait we are checking with seniors Or payment team. I called customer care more than 30 times in last month. Transaction amount is 41000 rs. and commission for bank transfer is 1523.97 rs so total wallet was 42523.97 rs. It is not a small amount. I am sharing the screenshot for transaction.

                              Had made a transaction worth INR 100 via Mobikwik for subscribing into ALT Balaji. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed. However I have still not received the refund.

                                  I was trying to add money ₹3500 in mobiwik through my personal credit card on oct1, 2021.
                                  The money was debited from my account but not added in mobiwik wallet. I have tried to contact customer service but ended up in depression.. their customer support is not at all available..I am in need of that money but they are not even ready to hear our concern..I donno y these app is in market if they dont even have proper customer service.Requesting you to take action accordingly and refund the money asap..

                                    I had ordered protein powder from healthkart and paid through mobikwik but due to some reason I cancelled that product. Healthkart has successfully refunded money . Mobikwik is showing money refunded successful in upi but I haven't received any refund in my upi till now.
