Today i repaid my mobikwik zip balance and amount is debited from my bank account but in mobikwik amount is not updated....

I had 20 k in wallet so I transferred dat so bank... but still it's showing pending... Pls help...

My payment is pending...

I will pay my eb bill at zap payment on 17/08/2021 but 18/08/2021 repay that amount to zap but now it's showing outstanding whats the reason of it....

I paid mobikwik pay later due but amount deducted from my bank or due not clear...

I have paid a ZIP outstanding 2748.36 rupees via Google pay. The status of payment is successful but not yet reflected in Mobikwik Zip account. Kindly look into it very seriously as soon as possible and help me with a proper action.
Please note I am not going to pay the Zip amount again atleast you solve the issue so be careful and solve it....

Easemytrip is telling that refund is pending from payment gateway of mobiwik.
Made almost 100 complaints and customer care calls almost 100+times but no response. Evertime telling to wait 7 more days and days

In this my refund is initiated by 21 July but still today 28 aug refund not credited in my account . I call and message by help desk too many times but no response from your side they say credited soon but when no-one knows .

I paid rent to my landlords account money was debited from my account still now my landlord not recived and my bill payment shows pending...

I had taken a loan from mobikqwik and I decided to close the loan.they told that to pay the tree emis I had paid 4 emis but giving proper communication how to close the loan and telling rbi given guidelines that not to close the loan untill the tenure has been completed. If they not provided the force closure option I will not pay the loan. Kindly take action against the mobikqwik company....
