Hi team,
I had taken a loan from mobikwik of rupees 75000 INR for 18 months EMI of rupees whichever in mobikwik wallet I can transfer money in my account even I can not pay Credit card bills. It is worst company. As per my monthly EMI 5300 but for first month they are charging 7001 I don't know why they are charging 1700 extra. I asked for pre closer of loan but they told me that pre closer of loan is not available.

Please book a complaint against mobikwik company.

    Money debited during transition of IRCTC but transition failed and money
    debited from wallet and not credited back to wallet even after IRCTC refunded money to Mobikwik. I have complained this issue to customers support but they promised to solve this issue within 48hrs, but still after 12 days issued not solved.
    Complained 4 to 5 times.

    Hello sir/madam,
    I had done a merchant transaction on 20th Aug 2021 through mobikwik amex card but amount got debited from my mobikwik wallet but merchant transaction is failed.. As after I contacted to mobikwik they said that the transaction is successfully completed from our end..So no refund is initiated for you.. And merchant said the particular transaction is failed and should be refunded to original sources..No refund is received after 15days... please help me

      On 4 sep 2021 i had done 99 rs recharge on my fathers number using mobikwik. Amount has been deducted but recharge was not successfull.
      Kindly, resolve the issue as soon as possible.
      Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Till when can we expect them to work on our complaint.??

        Recharged my mobile number to rs49 through Flipkart mobikwik the transaction showed failed but amount got deducted from account this happen on feb 2021 but stil now the amount was not refunded.such a fraud..

                          I have paid a ZIP outstanding 2748.36 rupees via Google pay. The status of payment is successful but not yet reflected in Mobikwik Zip account. Kindly look into it very seriously as soon as possible and help me with a proper action.
                          Please note I am not going to pay the Zip amount again atleast you solve the issue so be careful and solve it.

                                Easemytrip is telling that refund is pending from payment gateway of mobiwik.

                                  In this my refund is initiated by 21 July but still today 28 aug refund not credited in my account . I call and message by help desk too many times but no response from your side they say credited soon but when no-one knows .
