    This was the mail I sent to mobikwik team, but they simply shared the beneficiary details and washed off their hands, begat will I do with the beneficiary details, please help me to get my refund as debit happened thro my debit card to mobikwik

    Dear Team

    This is to bring to your notice on the fraudulent debits happened from my debit card yesterday night
    I tried paying for Rs 29.29 in Quikr services.com using my debit card, but simultaneously got the following Amounts got debited from my account
    Received OTP for 29.29 only, but after entering the OTP, amount got debited for such huge values, Refer txns for these amounts in the attached bank statement

        It’s looks you are fraudulent

        I am not happy with your unreliable service

          I had purchased a kurta from myntra and made payment throgh mobikwik wallet. Myntra status shows that refund is credited but it's not yet reflected in mobikwik wallet. Its been 7 weeks since myntra has credited the refund but i cant see the refund in wallet.

                I have made transaction on 8th June for 7535 Rs .It has been more than 3 months i have not received my refund.The bank has shown proof that the merchant has collected but Mobikwik is stating that they have already made the refund but is not sharing any refund date or reference number.

                    Hi,

                    On 14th Aug, 2:59PM, I dialed "[protected]" to order some food item, merchant asked me to deposit Rs100 in advance. I tried to make the payment through Phone IVR and Rs96000 got deducted from my Amex Credit Card ending with "1002". This got transferred to ZP- Mobikwik wallet - PG, Gurugram.

                    After immediately, I logged the complain in Amex CC and put this transaction on hold.

                    Transaction Number: "AT212260004000010043643"

                    Kindly look into this and hold this transaction.

                      I have done a transaction on Flipkart on 5th of August 2021 amount was paid by Mobikwik wallet by using Amex card amount of rupees 1226 the amount has been deducted twicely but transaction was got failed on Flipkart website the Transaction ID is
                      [protected] the timing was 4:35 p.m. and another Transaction ID is
                      [protected] the timing was 4:45 p.m.
                      Still the refund is not processed yet.

                        I paid Rs. 799 for times prime subscription but I did not get any cash back. According to the scheme, If I make the payment from mobikwik wallet, I should get 35% cashback but didn't receive it. I tried to call customer care but they didn't help.

                            On 16th july i have purchased from myntra and then I returned some products. I can't able to get my refund money from myntra that i paid through mobikwik. myntra has already confirmed the payment on 26th of July for 585 Rs.. I want you all to look the issue very soon... Its been more than 2 weeks. This is very bad assistance to the customer by mobikwik... I am not going to use mobikwik if it doesn't resolve my problem in 72 hrs... I tried calling and emailing them but they didn't reply a single time... I can't able to resist it anymore... I want quick solution of my problem. If they can't handle the company and customer problem, they should just close it for customers sake..

                                My wallet to bank transfer transaction of[protected]+Convenience fee) was failed on 5-Aug-2021, but the amount is not refunded. I raised the issue on the same day via Mobikwik help and the response I got was 'Amout is refunded to your wallet, but it was not. I replied them saying it"s not credited to my wallet, they said they have escalated the issue to a concerned team. After 6 days since I raised the issue, they again said the amount is required to your wallet please check, but it was NOT. I replied them again saying it's not credited to my wallet. It has been 8 days and the is not refunded. Kindly help.

                                    I have taken a loan from mobikwik zip pay later, because of my financial situation which is not good right now because covid lockdown i am unable to pay the loan amount. The recovery agent called me every day i asked him to give me some time but he is blackmailing me that he is going to call all people from my contact list and spoil my reputation.
