I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing situation I have encountered with Mobikwik regarding an instant loan I availed in August 2023.
Despite maintaining regular payments, I faced challenges with my bank account in May 2024, resulting in a delay of 10-12 days for that month's EMI. Unfortunately, during this period, I was subjected to severe harassment by Mobikwik agents via WhatsApp and phone calls. These agents not only threatened me regarding repayment but also resorted to intimidating tactics by contacting my family and coworkers, making false claims about revealing my financial situation to them. They even threatened to come to my home and office, which caused significant distress to me and my associates.
In response to this harassment, I uninstalled the Mobikwik application, only to find that their agents continued to call my contacts persistently, breaching my privacy and causing further anxiety.
My attempts to reach out to Mobikwik through calls and emails to address these issues have been futile, with no response from their concerned officers. This lack of response, combined with the unprofessional behavior of their agents, has exacerbated the situation.
Furthermore, I have observed several alarming issues with the Mobikwik application:
• It does not uphold customer privacy, as evidenced by the unauthorized access and misuse of personal information.
• The customer care executives demonstrated unprofessional and harassing behavior, which is unacceptable.
• There are apparent violations of NBFC RBI guidelines, raising concerns about the legality and ethics of Mobikwik's operations.
In light of these experiences, I caution others against using the Mobikwik application due to its safety issues and the unprofessional conduct of its agents. It is clear that Mobikwik has failed to adhere to basic customer service standards and regulatory guidelines, which is deeply concerning for any user.

8th may 2024, my mobikwik wallet balance deduct of rupees 9521 for ixigo. Some fraud linked my account and made this transaction please help me to get back my money please.

Please unlink him from my account.

Hi my name is durga mahesh i want to no y mobikwik is showing that i have pending loans when checking my credit score plz tell me what is this and y it has happened to me remove it mistake it is not depicting the loan in mobikwik app but it was in credit score therefore delete mistakdecrease my contact details are phone number is : [protected] and my email adress is : [protected]@gmail.com

I had booked a tatkal e-ticket on IRCTC via Mobiquik wallet on 5th may 2024. Since that ticket didn't get confirmed, I had to cancel that. According to IRCTC, they have sent the refund to original source of payment, but still I am not seeing this reflected on my Mobiquik wallet.

Clear trip is clearly saying they didn't recieve the money so you all are cheating on my money.I will sue mobikwik in court.In 2 transactions I lost almost 11000 money.

Rent is not yet transferred to the landlord, even though money was debited by Mobikwik two days back i.e. on 21 April 2024. Transaction ID is MBK[protected].

My email linked to other peoples mobile number but company not helping to unlink it. I fear it may be misused by other parties, I'm open to provide all necessary documentation but please help unlink with other person number and link with my number.

I paid a rent from my credit card. The amount from it got deducted but the receiver didn't get the amount which I paid. The mobikwik is showing the status of transaction as pending . Kindly complete my transaction as I need to pay me rent to the Landlord

I made credit card bill on April 1st rs.40000, that amount didn't credited to my credit card and when I checked the app its showing failed. I sent multiple mail to mobiwik support team and grievance team I didn't get any single response from their end even I called several times from there also I didn't get any respond, they will say 48hrs to wait and now it's been 11days till now they can't solve my Complient, so requesting you to please refund my amount to my account.

With due respect I am giving u guys last warning because even after telling you that I am not deepak to whom u have issued the loan on phone [protected] I am abhishek mishra who has recently purchased the new jio sim and this no is allotted to me from the company itself and I am not Deepak

So stop sending message to repay the loan of deepak to me and u guys are keep sending me messages and call

This is my last warning to company stop sending me message other wise i will file complain of harrasing and mental torture i am a doctor and i cant focus on my patient any issue to them MOBIKWIK WILL BE RESPONSILE

The rent payment showing successfull but amount not credited in my bank account pls do something faster because I took those money from MobiKwik zip I have to pay the bill by April 5th I took the money on march 31st but still they were not credited in my landlord account

I'm using Mobikwik wallet since approximately 3 years and I'm paying their dues on time but due to some financial uncertainties i wasn't able repay last month and I've told them that I'll pay but I need few more days time but they are threating me and calling all my contacts and disturbing them when they are busy with their works. and texted me by stating he is a lawyer and a legal notice in whatsapp.

I'm finding fraudulent activity on my CIBIL report in the name of TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD

They have shown an amount of Rs 6000/- in which they have entered my PAN card details, name and phone no.

I have also submit a another complaint against this on cosumer complaint portal and also followup by mail regular to mobikwik helpline but not get any proper resolution regardig this.
the finance companies share data anythng to CIBIL institute without checking and confirming.
they misguide to consumer about their loan and their datas.

Hello team, while doing kyc it shows adhar card already linked with another number. I do have only one contact number since begining and i feel someone is misusing my adhar details. Please help me with the same asap

I have unauthorised loan which I have not used and I was not aware of this loan also. It has decreased my credit score also and showing to pay outstanding balance of 22243 to pay loan of 5000. I have been using only MobiKwik zip balance which I have paying on time always. But don’t know how this loan is showing in my credit score. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.i have tried to calling customer care also but no one is picking up call.so that why i am writing mail if someone can look into it this is very serious issue.
