Money deducted but not reflecting

My paytm app shows I made a transaction on 12 may and it got deducted from my bank. But mobikwik is not reflecting it in their wallet or anywhere. I used it to put money in CoinCDX go application for crypto trading. The app says within 7 days you'll get a refund from mobikwik but it's been ten days now....

Deduction of credit card amount

Hi, my 10100/- amount deducted from my credit card.on April 17th 2021 at 12:20am ...when I redeem my credit card points unfortunately I clicked the card details and mpin...so, pls refund my money back. Can you give information about my amount where is it....

Money deducted and added in Zip

Hi

I had to add Rs 2000 to the wallet of Coin DCX Go and selected Mobikwik UPI option. And I tried to add Rs 2000 to Mobikwik wallet but Rs 2079 was deducted from my bank account and Rs 2000 got added as Mobikwik Zip which I am not able to use.

Also, what I understand that Mobikwik Zip account gives advance amount to it's consumers but this Rs 2000 that got added is my money that got deducted. Please resolve...

Unable to find my money in MobiKwik wallet

An amount of ₹2035 is debited from my account to MobiKwik but the amount is not reflecting in my Wallet.
Could you please resolve this issue and credit back the amount to wallet asap...

Recharge Not Done But money is Going

I wanted to recharge my mobile 19 may2021. Phonepe to mobikwik Rs.106.20 got debited from my bank account, but the recharge was not done. The payment is shown as success under UPI transition rather than recharge.Kindly Refund for my money....

Bad Customer service

To get in touch with customer support. Called up the helpline no. To be hearing a recorded message. We are experiencing a high volume of call, and this might take a longer than usual time. 1) what is the longer than usual time. 20 min to an hour ¿ 3 different times and 3 different days and the same recorded message I get this is a good Cust. Service. In chat support also only 2 query and u r out no further comment and i[censored] want to chat now...

Order not placed in dominos, money deducted

Hi, Transaction done on 16/05/2021 7 pm hours Wallet Debit to DOMINOS Transaction Id VMBK[protected] debit 542 was not successful. Domions did'nt received the order Please refund the money in wallet. Uninformed ZIP fees charged without giving an option to select payment mode.

Hope you are safe!

I am writing this to inform you about the scam Mobikwik is performing in the name of ZIP/Pay Later.

I recharged my TataSky account on 17th April 2021 and while recharging, I was not given the payment method to make the payment.

Mobikwik directly debited it from the ZIP account and charged me the 99 Rs activation fees with the recharge amount.

I had purchased one assist wallet protection plan through mobikwik in Nov '20 and I did not give consent for auto pay or SI mode for renewal month on month by debiting my hfdc credit card ending with 3318 but my hdfc credit card was being debited for
the last 6 months from dec'20 to may'21 for an amount of Rs 474 /-monthly Rs 79 /- It is a violation and misuse of others card usage and fraud

Pls cancel my one assist...
