    Mobikwik wallet was showing zero balance but I had money in that wallet and in history there was not showing whether my money is transferred or not

      My Aadhaar linked to another Account

      My name is muhammed.k recently i downloaded mobikwik app and registered as new and when i doing KYC i got error message that "This aadhar Number is linked to another mobikwik account please enter new one" and i called Mobikwik customer care 2 times.On 1st time on 25/5/2021 one customercare executive told that he registered complaint i have upload orginal adhaar id on mobwik complaint section so i uploaded my orginal adhaar id.       I recharged my jio number [protected] with amount of 20 rupees, it shows that transaction failed but the amount has been debited from my account.I want refund.I have used debit card.My mail [protected]@gmail.com.

          Sir, I paid money to coinswitch kuber app from mobikwik app, but payment was not send to coinswitch app. The payment is debited from my bank account tomorrow. Sir plz help me i thing this app is scam or doing fraud with people! First time I use this app give me poor result. No one pick call from customer care services.

                My paytm app shows I made a transaction on 12 may and it got deducted from my bank. But mobikwik is not reflecting it in their wallet or anywhere. I used it to put money in CoinCDX go application for crypto trading. The app says within 7 days you'll get a refund from mobikwik but it's been ten days now.

                    Hi

                    I had to add Rs 2000 to the wallet of Coin DCX Go and selected Mobikwik UPI option. And I tried to add Rs 2000 to Mobikwik wallet but Rs 2079 was deducted from my bank account and Rs 2000 got added as Mobikwik Zip which I am not able to use.

                    Also, what I understand that Mobikwik Zip account gives advance amount to it's consumers but this Rs 2000 that got added is my money that got deducted. Please resolve the issue.

                        I wanted to recharge my mobile 19 may2021. Phonepe to mobikwik Rs.106.20 got debited from my bank account, but the recharge was not done. The payment is shown as success under UPI transition rather than recharge.Kindly Refund for my money.

                          To get in touch with customer support. Called up the helpline no. To be hearing a recorded message. We are experiencing a high volume of call, and this might take a longer than usual time. 1) what is the longer than usual time. 20 min to an hour ¿ 3 different times and 3 different days and the same recorded message I get this is a good Cust. Service. In chat support also only 2 query and u r out no further comment and i[censored] want to chat now after 12 hours it states. What a good way to sheild yourself

                                      My Pay Zap account number is 40772477. I have not asked for activating this but Mobikwik fraudulently activated and is asking me to pay charges. My amount is Rs 224. Please close this account and I don't want to use it anytime in future.
