      I have ordered a product from amazon on 13 th april and later i had to cancel it . Amazon initiated a refund on 13 may worth 17999 but it's still not credited in my wallet. I have even tried to reach mobikwik but still no proper response

      Totally useless company pathetic customer service they did nothing to solve my problem. I raised a complaint 2 weeks back but no response

        A transaction (Ref Num:[protected] of Rs 10000 has been made from my Hdfc Bank Debit Card on 17th May at 11:51am to merchant CoinDCX through Mobikwik payment gateway.
        The money has been debited from my account but the transaction failed.

        It's been 12 days but the amount has not been reverted back to my account

        The confirmation email from the merchant (CoinDCX) of the failed transaction is being forwarded to you
        Also the bank transaction details are attached herewith for your reference

          On 20/05/21 i have deposited 579 rupees in my wallet the money has been deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting in my MobiKwik wallet

                      Mobiqwik charges exorbitant amount of transactions fees -- the first sign that they are cheats, looting people's hard-earned money through such charges. (To add 10000 rs, I have to pay extra 200rs as service charge. Then, to pay the 10000 rs from mobiqwik to a merchant, I have to pay another 175rs as convenience fee. So, to use the mobiqwik wallet for transacting 10000rs, I end up paying about 500rs as transaction and convenience fee!)

                      As if these cheating tactics were not enough, I have now no clue of the 10000rs I was trying to transact yesterday. On May 28, 2021. I attempted to transfer the amount of 10000rs to 'Neblio Technologies Private Limited'. The amount gets deducted from the wallet, but no trace of the amount with the merchant or mobiqwik. Their bot-controlled customer service is absolutely useless and serves no purpose but to frustrate a customer and zero out their experience. Mobiqwik, return my money immediately; this is an emergency. Do not play with people's money.

                      What is your contact number? Every number I find online related to you guys returns invalid. Return my money immediately.

                      Managed to contact their customer service. The customer service agent, Pawan Kumar, insulted my emergency situation, mocking it. This is not the sign of a credible company. @Consumer complaints, request you to follow up with my case; I need my money that Mobiqwik is holding.

                      @Mobiqwik: Return my money immediately.

                            This complaint is regarding the Unauthorised transactions that took place using my credit card today 27th May through NOBROKER RENTPAYMENT.

                            I haven't authorised the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was not in my possession. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message.

                                      Sir, I paid money to coinswitch kuber app from mobikwik app, but payment was not send to coinswitch app. The payment is debited from my bank account tomorrow.
