Dear sir, I have added Rs 20 in my mobikwik wallet through my debit card on 4th May 2017. Balance was deducted from my bank but not added to my mobikwik wallet. Please find the below mention details and add the balance to wallet.
Date- 4th May 2017; Time- 9.30pm; Amt- 20; Ref no[protected]; txc status- Success; my mobikwik id- Sanjay.[protected]@gmail.com.
My bank statement also attached for your reference. Please do the needful asap

29 April 2017 ko apne jio no.[protected] ko 309 se recharge subh 10:48 am pe recharge kiya tha.mere a/c se 304 balenc kya hai But na hi Abhi tk mera number recharge hua aour na hi balenc vaps aaya.
