Mobikwik — bank balance deducted but didn't receive amazon gift card

I had purchased 2 amazon gift cards total worth 664 rs on mobikwik today but still didn't get my amazon gift card and my bank has deducted that balance. First i had buyed a gift card worth 332rs but it didn't become successful then i buyed it again and didn't get that too but after this my bank deducted total 664 rs and i want a refund or my amazon gift card. Plz solve this problem as soon as possible.

Updated by Aman Burnwal On 19/03/2020 I had purchased a Amazon gift card worth 332 RS and used 16rs as super cash but after buying this my bank deducted 316rs balance but I didn't received Amazon gift card so I buyed it again but it again deducted my bank balance and I didn't received any gift card.i want refund or both Amazon gift card.plz help me as soon as possible

I have made mobile bill using mobikwik and amount got deducted but i see there is no payment made against my number even after deducting the amount. I want to look into this and solve my issue. I have reached customer care many times and i see no response and i have written this complain over the application and it's been 3 days no one is looking.

Taken money 16950 as credit card bill payment.
Given 72 hours of refund or update time. But no getting till now after more than 80 hours.
Now i am checking that this company taken always large amount customer target.
Please help me to bring out this money
