Mobikwik — bill payment transaction id mk[protected]

Reminder complain no 11164754

Dear sir,

We regret to inform that we have paid punjab state power ltd (Pspcl) electricity bill a/c [protected] vide order no mk[protected] dated 24/05/2019

Rs.2080/- through and said amount debit our credit card but not credit punjab state power corporation ltd a/c and electricity bill still pending

And bill unpaid so we want to know where my payment 2080/- has gone so are requested to do the need full early as sonn possible otherwise

Legal action to be taken.

Same happed with me.. its been 4 days but neither electricity bill is paid nor i received money back.. this app sucks.. theybdont even reply to issues.. they just send computer generated messenger
