Dear sir/mam - electricity payment yet done, its showing money added to wallet. Please support and confirm mobikwik order-54b76c102c332 date-24 mar 2017, 03:11 pm ist amount-rs 200 recharge/bill payment for[protected] transaction id: mp[protected] now in this case, please return back to my amount 200 rupees to bank account due to delay in service/or add to voilet in mobikwik account. Date 24th billing amount is not transfer in my electricity bill in till date. Please support...

Mobiwik confirmation is given below but not solve in till date. There is no support from mobiwik site with customer support help site.
