Mobikwik — Bus reservation

I had tried to book bus reservation through my MobiKwik wallet .travelled date 23 may 2017 from Chidambaram to chennai .my wallet amount deducted without confirmation of tickets hence I booked another ticket afterwards I got confirmation message just before 10 minutes travelling due to this am able neither travelling nor cancelled please help for refund

Added rs 299 to mobikwik wallet - ref I'd 54cbd2b036109 thru bank now its shows zero balance.
