Mobikwik — cancellation amount not refunded

I had booked the flight ticket (Spicejet) through mobikwik wallet and also cancelled the ticket on 1st nov but still cancellation amount is not refunded into my mobikwik wallet. According to the spicejet company, amount is already refunded on 05-nov. Please provide the cancellation amount on urgent basis.
