Mobikwik — can't do transaction

It showing invalid cell number and mail doesn't exist, what to do, not even do bank transaction and whom to complain about this and where to lodge complaint, it looks something fishy, please some one help me in this regard, initially everything seems ok, now can't do even small recharges, worried about my money, plz help... It will solve or not solve as early as possible

Dear sir

Mobikwik has not given cash back as per promise of RS 300/- as I recharged Rs 399/- it is denied such kind of fraud is taking place by this app.

I have tried to place an order with Shopclues however the amount is deducted and stucked with u. Please refund my amount asap.

I have already contcated with shopclues for the same.

Either you refund or should i contact to consumer forum. My bank also states that the amount is with you.

The amount is stucked with mobikwik.. Mobikwik has no customer care number no chat option available..for customer.

I have add money Rs. 4000/- on 16.01.2019 on mobikwik wallet, but due to failed transaction the amount has been deducted from my bank account but not added in mobikwik wallet till now.
