Mobikwik — can't transfer and not visible my balance. | |||
Hi, i made a payment in the app and that was deducted from my account. This payment is showing as failed in the app. I have tried contacting mobikwik customer service and they told me my money will be back in 10-12 working days but now it is more than a month. I made this payment on 26 october for an amount of 18000 inr. My registered phone no is [protected]. Please return my payment as earliest as possible... Calls received from [protected] and recharged his own account. I tried to cash to my account but the kyc is not updated message is coming. Then how them transfer the amount with out kyc. This is done by mobiwink company customer care peoples. We cant receive the lose money. We are now cheated from others. If they take money they will not live successfully in his life.
