Hello there was a 50% cash back offer for karnataka users between January 26 and 31st, I recharged my DTH and Post paid bills on 28 and 29 January 2015, but I did not get cash back Post Paid Bill Payment for karnataka sim [protected] Transaction ID [protected] Transaction Date Wed Jan 28 18:36:16 IST 2015 Transaction Amount Rs. 299.0 Transaction ID [protected] Transaction Date Wed Jan 28 18:35:26 IST 2015 Transaction Amount Rs. 299.0 Wallet Balance Rs. 299.00 Mobikwik Customer care peoples are not responding my requests and they are simply closing requests and saying issue closed. After many follow ups i got 150 rs from mobikwik and another 150 rs is pending

Finally they respond and added 150 to my wallet but not sure which transaction they added. Still I did not get cash back another 150.
