Mobikwik — Cash back have not credited to my wallet | |||||
Hi, This is regarding the cash back of Rs.195 which has not credited to my Mobikwik wallet. I booked one flight ticket from Via.com on 21st nov'16, that time there was the Mobikwik offer going on (and it is still there on Via.com), and I paid 2931 Rs (with the cash back of 195Rs). I called 23rd nov'16 to the Mobikwik customer care and he told me that it will take 24hrs more to credit to my wallet. I wait till 26th Nov'16 I called again on 27th Nov'16 to Mobikwik customer care that time they told me that when I booked the ticket (21st nov) there was no offer because the offer got expired on 20th nov'16, I was very disappointed as I discussed with the same with customer care but they are not ready to listen. From last 2-3 days I am calling Mobikwik customer care but the call is not throwing, I was put on hold every time for 20 min and this is not a toll free number. I request you to please refund my money. This is the second time I am facing issue with the Mobikwik, I raised the complaint also but they are not responding to it. Complaint Ticket #5585539. I have the screenshot of Ticket amount which is paid to Via.com which is 2736 Rs, where I transferred 2931 Rs to Mobikwik Wallet. (The balance is my refund amount) I am attaching the screen shot of (i)Mobikwik offer on Via.com.
