There is no proper response and no followup by customer support. This was the worst service i ever had. NEVER EVER recommend anyone for MobiKwik. Paytm is far better and responsive, No need to ask for them expected cashback. Here for each offer or any cashback customer need to struggle and take follow up. Worst WORST wallet Service. I have done transaction of mobile recharge for Mobile no [protected] for Rs 25 amount deducted from my bank account of SBI but balance is not received till this time. Transaction ID is 006410. Either credit balance in my account or recharge balance.
