Mobikwik — Cashback not received two times

I have been using Mobikwik service without problems for most of the time. But I didn't get any support from them the only time I needed it. They were supposed to add cashbacks in my account for two Shopclues purchases on Dec 12, 2014. But I didn't receive those cashbacks. I waited and then opened one ticket in 14h Jan, 2015 (TICKET #1947036) regarding this issue. There wasn't any response for 1 month, and today (16th Feb) I get to know that my ticket has been marked as resolved, by just telling that, "As per our records, cashback has already been credited to you.", although the transaction history does not include any information about that cashbacks. I opened yet another TICKET #2194829 regarding this, but I have no hopes left. I want to mention that I also tried to contact MobikWik support via Facebook and Twitter but they haven't responded. Meanwhile, I have used Mobikwik and faced no problems. Transaction ID: 29660383 Debit Date: Fri Dec 12 23:45:55 IST 2014 Debit Amount: Rs. 449.00 Can you please check and add those cashbacks.
