Mobikwik — Claim for cash back from brand factory bhubaneswar (Future group) purchase

As the offer suggested in brand factory (Future group) if someone pays the bill (More than 2000) through mobikwik he will get flat rs.400 as cashback.
After 48hr also i didnt get my cashback.
The brand factory members told us that the cash back will be available to you within 48 hr but it is not happened as they told us

i was download mobikwik lite apps then i saw a accept payment option.I fill a bank details then i received Rs.1 immediately. but when was i receiving 6500 and 8000. mobikwik send me sms of our money send in my bank a/c on 18/12/16 but it was not reach in my a/c till now.
please give my money back as soon as possible.

Money deducted but not recived account within 11 days many time call but not recived, not resolved issue but geting resolved status

I was lots of times complaining but not help me. My amount debited from my account but not credit in wallet even not back in account So please help me
